I submitted the work request as part of my checklist from move in. It was nothing major just something that, at some time, needed to be looked at. When I turned in the list, it was immediately put in and I was told they would be out the same day! Sure enough they were and it was fixed. Great service from the office and from maintenance!

We requested a service call for an issue with the toilet. While resolving our issue, the maintenance crew noticed something else that was more slightly visually unappealing than anything else but they got us a new part and fixed it right away in the same service call without being prompted to do so. What more could you ask for? I mean, without comment or complaint, we know they just wanted us to have the best! I’ve been places where maintenance just wants to get in and out, do your thing so they can check their boxes and move on. NOT HERE! Loving Hawthorne Village!

I feel safe and very comfortable living here. Please fix the fountain behind the pool. You had it working for quit a few months and it makes very easy for me to mediate. I don’t think it’s fair for the other side of the complex to have a fountain working all the time and our fountain is not running any longer.

The grounds are well kept and a wonderful community. The front desk is always kind and professional. Neighbors are very quiet. And the community is close to so many shops, stores and restaurants. A great place to live.

Everything is great except the hot tub is useless, keeps going out of order and the exercise equipment room, one machine has been looking for repairs for over 2 years, so the staff says. The elliptic machine is in demand and now useless. Would be great if they told us they really do not want to repair it.

The leasing office staff - Maria, Diana, Dezree & Connie are accommodating and perform their jobs above and beyond any expectation! They respond immediately to any need or issue you may have as a resident and resolve it quickly. We are very happy living here and have full faith in the office and maintenance staff. Been living here 9 years and wouldn't live anywhere else!

Clean, quiet and amazing place to live. Staff super friendly. Pool big and clean, gym on the smaller side but good quality equipment, game room nice and get this.....the security gate actually works well!....great location near stores restaurants highway

I’ve been living in the Hawthorn Village community since 2006 with my husband. And we were satisfied with the level of service and maintenance here most of the time. Even after my husband passed away, I stayed in our apartment because of the familiar environment and convenient location of the Hawthorn Village.

This area is nice. They have food truck and events every so often. They email us if there is anything coming up. Staff that works here is friendly and any service calls have happened in a quick and efficient time frame. Keep up the good work!

The staff and maintenance crew here at Hawthorne Village are friendly, courteous, personable, and professional. When ever I have a request or question they are quick to provide an answer/respond. I never feel as though I am a burden when asking so many questions and they are always willing to help.

I found that Hawthorne Apartments to be an excellent place to live for a reasonable price. The community is located centrally to all the shopping areas and interstate 95. Most importantly, it is very close to the beach and Ponce inlet. The management and staff are very knowledgeable and made it easy to transition into my apartment.

I have lived here for approximately ten years. It’s a very nice area to live. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team is excellent. I’ve had very few issues and any that have come up, the staff is more than helpful.

We have loved living here this past year. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The neighborhood is also conveniently located. One thing that I would like changed is the jacuzzi access. In the winter, when you would use it the most, they only run it for an hour twice a day. We who are retired, would like to be able to go anytime. Pool is nice and clean, but it’s too cold in the winter

Overall satisfied with my apartment experience. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond. One issue, residents should not have to pay for water at the vehicle wash station. I understand paying for vacuum use because someone has to be employed to empty it.

I love coming home to Hawthorne Village. The layout of the apts is wonderful; they are large and clean. I feel safe here. The staff works hard and is dedicated. This price is about average. I love all the amenities. I would be sad if I had to move from here.
