The office staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is also helpful however I had been having some difficulties with A/C that took a while to figure out on their end. We have to pay a monthly trash fee but it is not very consistent. We have sprinklers outside of our apartment that smell terrible. The paint on the inside of the apartment is cheap and chips off and gets so dirty but you can't clean in because it will take the paint off.

I've been very happy here for the past four years. All the staff are great, front office, Diana especially. She has been one of the sweetest and kind person I've had the pleasure of knowing since I moved here. Maria is a hard working and proficient woman. Basically all of the staff here are all professional, efficient and very good at their jobs. And Grace Hill even though we've only communicated albeit through email it's been a pleasure. Thank you. I had a great experience throughout my experience! Aliyah was amazing to work with. When I moved in I had to make a maintenance request for my air conditioning and Andrew was great. The safety in the community is awesome as well and it is very dog friendly.

everything is great!!!! The staff is excellent, especially Ms. Dezree Dilorenzo is perfect. the maintenance people are very good at all conditions ie repairing items in a timely matter plus taking care of storm matters.

We have enjoyed our 2 years with Hawthorne Village. Unfortunately we will be leaving town soon so our time is coming to an end. However, I continue to recommend Hawthorne Village to others who need affordable and nice housing!

This is a well taken care of community and the staff does a wonderful job of staying up on repairs that need done to the roadways. I enjoy being close to nature, so having a wooded area close to my door is perfect for me.

I've loved living here and enjoying everything they have to offer. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Hawthorne to anyone looking for a great place to live. ?? Looking forward to fall activities

We love the location of the residence, because we have everything nearby and the maintenance and appearance of the residence. The part we don't like is the unconsciousness of the neighbors when driving inside the residence without respecting speed limits or stop limits, in addition to not slowing down or keeping your distance while parking

We been here years. As I said. One hurricane took blew down a magnolia tree. I really admired and wish they would put one back up other than that fantastic. Office staff is caring. Ground keeping clean.

Beautiful apartment! Move in experience was flawless, office staff is very helpful. Very little noise, the community is quiet. My only 2 issues is that dumpster area could be maintained better and my mailbox could be closer to my unit. I have to go several buildings down to check the mail, rather than the office which only a few yards.

The front office staff are incredibly polite and understanding of residents issues and questions. The maintenance staff are equally polite and even friendlier, not once have I passed by one of the gentlemen without receiving a simple wave or greeting. I love this community thanks to the wonderful people who keep it running!

Been here eight years. Very quiet community. Maintenance Team & Front Office Team are always very helpful. Love sitting on my porch with the ocean breeze, watching people as they walk with their children & pets. Crepe Myrtle trees are beautiful when in bloom. I have 4 very large trees, in bloom, I can view from my windows. I love all the windows & closet space in my apartment. Some say apartments need updating, but I'm ok with what they offer.

Too many people not havings access to get in gate, wait for your anyone to go in first, they'll go around U-turn then go in after others who have a pass, makes us nervous who's making their way in to the neighborhood

The service at Hawthorne Village is vey efficient and sufficient. The guys really take pride in the work and tenants requests. I wanted to make sure I chose an apartment community that really cares about the tenants, and I have to say, I’m quite impressed and very pleased.

I have lived in several apartments and Hawthorne Village is by far the best. The maintenance people are particularly quick about responding to requests for service and keeping residents advised. The complex is amazingly quiet.

Mostly very quiet community with the occasional dog barking. Generally clean, a nice pool and an improving gym. There is also a ping pong table although I couldn't find anyone to play against. Administration office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

The office personnel and the maintenance department. Everyone that's employed with Hawthorne village apartments in Port Orange are excellent. They are always there for us, and very proficient in everyway! I am sending in a 5 star review!! They care deeply about our community here??

It’s really nice place and safe for kids and families plus everything is really close like schools grocery gym and restaurants the school is really so close. The stuff are nice, the community is always clean.

It’s going well here. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a great location. I’m enjoying it. My only complaint is the lack of pantry’s throughout the apartment. There is plenty of parking as well which makes it easy at night.

Leaks in the roof take months to fix and management does nothing to even temporarily stop the leak. Residents just have to “live” with the leaking roof and damaged walls and ceiling. The maintenance personnel are friendly, professional and do their best. But they are limited by the management.

The trash pickup which we are required to pay for is sporadic at best, sometimes never coming and management communication is not very good. Also, pool closures are a regular occurrence. This last time, the pool has been closed since the end of July and is still closed and it is October 1

Hawthorne Village is a wonderful place to live, convenient to shopping, great restaurants, highways, and beach areas. The community is friendly, the apartments are comfortable, and the development gives a very pleasant appearance.
