Overall the experience of living here is pretty good, the only issue I have had has been one neighbor being a little rowdy but you can not really control that. The staff is great, the location is very convenient being right on the main drag of the city and having two major highways accessible within a couple minutes. Everyone on staff is great and I enjoy living here.

Living here has been great so far. The community is very quiet, safe, and very accesible to stores, schools, and gas stations. I haven't had any problems with anybody around. Everyone is very nice and you definitely feel at home here.

Everything has been amazing from touring the unit /grounds , the application process, the wonderful communication from the staff to moving in . I am very happy that Ive decided to make Hawthorne Village my home .

I moved in with my girl friend Izabella after living in Ocean Oaks during the covid 19 pandemic. So far so good. We have been enjoying our apartment with the lovely tall ceilings and lovely design. I recommend it.

No complaints whatsoever. Quiet, pleasant community. Front office is great. Near lots of shopping and entertainment options plus right by I-95. Would recommend to anyone looking for housing in Port Orange

Satisfied with my overall experience and you absolutely cant beat the location! Whenever I've had an issue, which has been few and far between, the response time has been excellent and the necessary repairs etc. has been completed promptly. The valet trash is a great feature as well. But overall it's about location, location, location!!

My flat mates and I have mostly kept to ourselves but for the most part thats not been an issue. People are mostly respectful, and we definitely cannot say management does not provide opportunities for community engagement!

Excellent Office Staff and Maintenance Staff. Nice neighbors. The Apartment mamagement is always making sure that it keeps everything in tip top shape. We picked Hawthhorne Village to live at because it had the best Google rating of any apartments in Port Orange and Daytona Beach. After living here for a little over 3 months, we can see why. Everyone working for Hawthorne Village (Greystar) really works at earning that rating.

love the location so convenient and staff is friendly. When Maintenance is needed they are always on top of things here. Local shopping is great and good school district. For apartment living neighbors are very understanding and noise level is at a minimum

I believe everyone at Hawthorne is very Professional and welcoming. Everyone is very willing to help in assist you in any way that they can. The community is well cared for and all of my neighbors are very sweet.

I love the amenities for my 2 kids. They have a park, a pool, mommy has a hottub and a gym to go to before work. The location to the kids school is perfect. The application process was so easy because I had the paperwork necessary and it was a quick 3 weeks before I moved in. They didn't have my apartment ready so they gave me an available unit and accommodated us perfectly.

Hawthorne Village is a great small community. Located right off of I-95 in the city of Port Orange. Everything you could possibly need is located within a 5-10 minute drive. The community staff and maintenance team are always willing to help.

Poor experience. Dealing with ants since moved in. Have not felt settled in over 2 weeks. Have to dine out everyday. Ready to move out if it is not resolved in the next week. I would recommend to friends because of location however would make sure the apartment is inspected well before move in.

I absolutely love it here. Jessica is so helpful and professional. She has helped us tremendously throughout our whole move in process from start to finish! Cannot thank her enough! Every neighbor Ive come across has been friendly as well. Its nice and quiet and clean. Its such a wonderful place to live!

Hawthorne Village has been an answered prayer! The staff is efficient and works with you to help move in smooth. The apartments are comfortable and the entry ways make it feel like you have your own home. We love it here!

Lovely community and perfect location. Love how spacious the apartments are and the floor plans. Landscaping is beautiful and the entire community feels like home. Very peaceful for the most part despite some noises from neighbors.

Beautiful complex and apartments. Very quiet and safe. Maintenance is quickly done and completed throughly. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and beautiful. The dog park is an added plus and they just recently put in a dog wask area too.

I've been here for over two years and generally have had a very good experience. The staff is pleasant, the grounds are very well-maintained, and issues are resolved very promptly. I do miss the monthly community events that were held when I first moved in and the rent increases are becoming unreasonable but the community itself has been really nice.

It is very fun and enjoyable to drive I to every day. The apartment itself is very spacious and home feeling. The gym and pool are nothing but exceptional along with the staff and open communication lines.

Quiet community. Very well maintained, with beautiful landscaping. Convenient to highly rated schools, shopping, and parks. Pet friendly. The staff has always been helpful and easy to work with. Love it here!

Good apartment living experience and fair value for the money. Layout/floorplans are well thought out; apartments and grounds well-kept; location very convenient. Good sized community pool plus the dog park, picnic area and fitness facility are nice add-ons too. Recent resurfacing of parking areas shows owner's commitment to staying on top of things on behalf of residents.

Hawthorne staff are outstanding. Very helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel like they are taking care of their own home when they come to help you with an issue. When I moved here I was leaving a hostile environment and they provided safety and comfort that goes beyond a thank you. This safety and kindness means the world to me.
