So far, so good, except for the condition of the windows, mold and poor quality of blinds. In all honesty, we have not encountered any problems perhaps due to the short length we have been here. Our apartment is very quiet

I enjoy living at Hawthorne Village Apartments the office staff Maria Diane Eric and the rest of the office staff are very nice and professional also the maintenance men are very effective and fast at their job. The grounds are always well kept up the noise levels are very low and I'm glad to be living here at Hawthorne Village Apartments.

I love it here !! It is a great place to raise a daughter. The staff is always having fun things to do to bring everyone together and are always willing to help anytime you need it. The apartments are convenient to everything in Port Orange or close to 95 to go outside the area. I have a dog and she loves going to the Hawthorne dog park or taking long walks around the fountain. Anyway you look at it a WIN for all !!

Nice place to live. Close to everything in town that you need to go to. Staff up front is nice, and able to help you with whatever it is that you need. Buildings are newly painted and upkept quite well.

I love this community because the location is great and a few minutes from everything! The office staff are exceptional in every aspect. They are knowledgeable, helpful and truly try to meet your needs. Maintenance, can't say enough! Friendly, courteous and gets the job done quickly. I am in my 5th year here at Hawthorne and plan to stay as long as they will let me. Lol Great Job Hawthorne. Keep up the good work.

As a new transplant to Florida, Hawthorne Village offers exceptional upkeep and safety. It is nestled in a very quiet area yet very close to the entrance of 95. And no, I do not hear the highway! The staff are always friendly and often have Holiday event dinners and get togethers. very nice pool and workout room... Wish I could work here!!

I love this community because of several reasons. The location is perfect. The staff is amazing. Diana and MJ are very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. The manager Maria is always on top of everything. Andrew in maintenance is wonderful with the residents. The only reason I moved was to buy a house after getting married.

My roommate and I wanted to live in the Port Orange Area. We've visited EVERYWHERE in the area......but the staff at Hawthorne Village were so impressive, it clinched the deal. Diana Woods was not only extremely professional but knowledgeable and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are a decent size. It was definitely the right move. Thank you, Mrs. Woods, for taking your time out and explaining the lease in full. Highly recommended.

MARIA CABADAS and another maintenance man called the police on my parents because of the car they drove and his tattoos. Management here is the best management I’ve ever dealt with. But the property manager is doing something that she shouldn’t.

The staffs are here for you. The complex is very quiet and friendly. Management is always working to keep the complex up to great standards, this year painting all of the buildings beautiful new colors. Also put on new gutters on the buildings.

Having seen various apartment complexes around the Daytona Beach and Port Orange areas, I refuse to move out of Hawthorne and have not regretted my decision to stay here. The community managers are awesome, the apartments are nice and well maintained, and there's nothing else I could ask for.

Awesome place to live. Office and maintenance staff are very nice, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Apartments are spacious and have large closets and storage room. Property is clean, quiet and safe which are great. Beautiful pool and area with a grill and property also has a playground, car wash, and dog park. They have held super various dinners and a pool party which have been alot of fun. Bldgs are newly painted (beautiful) and new gutters installed. Come on over and check out Hawthorne Village.

Manager awful. No warning of $105 rent increase. Manager cannot make her own decisions. She fire the assistant manager who did all of her work while she would disappear for hours. Most times I went to office she was not present.

A friend of mine lived in Hawthorne Village for years with her daughter and conveyed to me that she loved it there. She knew I was looking for a nice place with ammenities. It has been a plesant experience from day one with the showing of my apartment. The staff is very accomodating. They were by my side the whole process. They made it so easy and pleasant . Over all it's a great place to live. Convenient to all that's important to me. Disappointing when I see the entrance which looks lovely but when one goes deeper into the community grounds begin to look seedy. We love living here and love the management staff! We decided we did not like our neighbors. So we constantly complained and complained about noise to management...eventhough it really wasn't really true.. and guess what they are now moving!!!! Hopefully our new neighbors will be more desirable people, if you catch my drift.. The management was 100 percent on our side and it is actually pretty funny that those "unidesirables" have to move. I suggest everyone to do the same if you can!! Thanks so much Hawthorne!!!!

We currently live here. Love it here. Place is very nice and you get so much for what you pay. There is lots of shopping and easy to get around. Only thing I would say is bad is that parking can get pretty bad.. There are nights it's hard to find a spot. Staff is very nice. There on top of things. Always fun things to do party's at the club house and food trucks.

Inadequate management staff and very biased!!The biggest issue we had living here was dealing with the management, they seem to ignore you and then pretend to care! The things they tell you don't add up and the always seem confused when you ask questions about issues. The apartment is decent and the landscaping is kept up regularly. I just could not get over the fact of how we were treated so we moved elsewhere. My recommendation is to document everything and don't trust anything you are told. They also tend to ignore your issues if they don't personally care for you or your kind.....

Great office staff. Cheap looking place inside. Buildings look awful. Needs pressure washed and painted. Nice location, staff, and amenities- but not worth the $. It looks like they built it 10 years ago and haven't touched it since. Looks like it belongs in Daytona not port orange
