I have been living here since 2020. The staff is wonderful and the property is well kept. I truly enjoy living here. I feel safe and comfortable. I enjoy the events the staff hosts to keep the community engaged.

I have been at Carlton Arms for over 40 years. I have enjoyed my entire stay. I am hoping that one day they will recognize my years and at least give me one free month of rent. The maintenance staff are always excellent with repairs.

This apartment complex is great! Affordable, well taken care of and a lot of amenities. I've enjoyed my stay ever since being here - the staff are great and there attention to detail is somthing you don't find to often around this area.

I am very happy with the maintenance service's quick responses, pest control, and landscape. Staff is very friendly and eager to hep. I have lovely neighbors of all ages, ethnicities, and interests. Landscaping is great. I am beside a lake and see a heron as I write this.

I've lived here awhile. Some issues but resolved, not maintenance related. The apartment I live in needs renovations, kitchen, bathroom, carpeting It needs painting. The rent is reasonable considering the rental rates in this aream

Good apartment. Only downside is the inability allow small minor auto work be done due to terms of lease but other wise a nice place to settle down for Abit and save money for yourself. The wildlife here is nice enough with the little fresh water ponds and lake they have and access to the Hillsborough river.

I moved in here with partner in June of 2025 and we've never been short of happy here! We're in a townhome now and we absolutely love it and will be renewing our lease. If our rent is raised too high we still won't be leaving the community as they prioritize current renters when downsizing or upsizing your apartment.

Best place you came live for the money. Always on point. Love this place. Staff and maintenance security everyone here does a great job. I love my view of the lake just wish public transportation was better in the area. See alot of people walking up long road to get to bus stop

The prompt attention to my request was nice. However even after leaving a note to contact me to be honest for this service request at no one contacted me. Someone just entered my unit and I have a dog. I wanted to speak with maintenance and point out directly my issues. So not being home I was told all is fine with this issues when in reality I need to file another request and hope it is looked at further.

It's a quiet community with children's play areas, two swimming pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, clean green spaces, and a variety of birds. There are also lakes with illuminated fountains. The entire area is peaceful, and maintenance is efficient; work orders are addressed promptly.
