The entire team has been nothing short of amazing-every interaction has been warm, calm, respectful, and accommodating. The customer service here is truly top-notch. I especially want to recognize Pam, who guided us through the entire application process. She was professional, patient, prompt and caring every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and pleasant. She is simply the best! The property itself is beautiful, and the apartments are just as impressive. I am so grateful that my daughters and I were able to have such a smooth and positive experience here. Great community to live in, close to the nature with multiple lakes. One of the best waterfront living communities in Tampa. The only thing that's missing here is the washer and dryer facility inside home.

Great place to live. Staff and maintenance are fantastic. When I originally moved in it was a townhouse with my daughter and grandson. It was a smooth transition to a one bedroom apartment. I have been very satisfied ever since.

I was impressed by this apartment complex as soon as pulling to the front and being greeted at the security shack and courteously being directed to the leasing office where I found a very friendly and helpful staff. The property is very clean and well-kept, I saw nothing dilapidated and all units are easily accessible. Facilities are nice, clean and up to date. The Carlton Arms are definitely worth consideration.

Hands-down, best apartment I have lived in. Yes they're not up-to-date. They're very old however the front office maintenance Landscaping crew 10 out of 10. Particularly the maintenance is the best I have never had such a professional, and quick maintenance crew. I have never had an issue living here, if I did, it was resolved quickly. I also greatly appreciate how clean everything is.

The staff at Carlton Arms is great. Always willing to help and responds promply whenever there is an issue. The complex is more affordable compared to similar complexes. Only negative is turning in and out of complex on Fletcher but nothing the complex can do about that.

This community is very clean and well kept near shopping center and interstate 75 and 275 and it's nice to come home to quietness it feels very safe here and the rent is reasonable can't complain about maintenance excellent and management beautiful customer service excellent attitude

The community is quiet and peaceful..I love this location, if there were more promotions for discounts on rent would be great! I wish there were more community events involving food, I am a little bit of a greedy resident...lol

Nice place and location

I went knowing nothing about the area and was relocating . Vonda was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions was very thorough and explained policies. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and all staff encountered was friendly.

Above and beyond staff who are attentive, courteous, and helpful. The grounds are kept in beautiful shape, maintenance and security are pleasant and present, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Location is convenient, in the city but it doesn't feel like it. Right off I-75 and a quick jaunt to nearby cities. Very central. Restaurants, stores nearby and a nature park across the street.

Carlton arms is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly/helpful, the community is peaceful, and they keep the community looking beautiful. Since moving in almost 2 years ago, I have seen multiple renovations to make the community better for residents such as new roofing and repainting. While there aren't washer/dryer hookups in most, the community laundry houses are affordable and convenient

Very peaceful, quiet, very kept clean, security could use a patrol car to rotate around property , it will help with the theft's that's been going on . Other than that , I would recommend this to any friend that's looking.

Carlton Arms is the most peaceful Place to live -surrounded by Nature - right on the Hillsborough River .The Members of this Community are very kind -pet and children friendly -and the Office Members are always eager to help and super-friendly .I would recommend Carlton Arms for either -if you are single or you have a Family .In all my 15 Years of living in this community I have experienced Peace and joyful Living .

This community is great. Well kept up, regular maintenance and peaceful neighbors. Kids playing area, tennis court and two swimming pools offer decent recreational opportunities.I wish they had a bigger gym with more equipments.

Office staff is not great and really doesn't care much, but maintenance team works hard. Apartments show wear and tear and have many maintenance issues, often caused by other residents. Residents frequently cause issues for others including leaks, blocking in vehicles, and smoking in the building.

Quiet community. I've lived here since 2020. I used to live by myself, I felt very safe. I still feel very safe. Having two pools is a definitely a plus. I do wish they had more washer and dryers though. They fix things quickly and efficiently.
