Not renewing lease Overpopulation of the same race of people. Minimal diversity. Property on a downward spiral. Several incidents with car breakins. Minimal to no parking. No longer the Carlton Arms it once was.

If you have problems with upstairs neighbor like constant noise issues management will step in and resolve. Maintenance staff is courtesy and respond promptly. Christmas party in club house is awesome and so is the food.

I've lived at Carlton Arms North since 2012 and have always been able to rely on their staff for friendliness and swift attention to any maintenance issue. Also, I've always felt relaxed and comfortable with being at home because of their security practices and knowing their overall attention to the environment has always been a priority.

I like being there, but since said employee moved in I haven't been as happy. They're loud, the small of marijuana is awful and the quality of the maintenance isn't good. I believe there is some room for improvement for the residents, especially in my building.

The community is always clean and well taken care of, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The staff is friendly, and the property feels safe and welcoming. Overall, it's been a great place to live. The only minor inconvenience is that there are no washer and dryer units inside the apartments, but everything else has been excellent.

I have been living here over 20 years and obviously absolutely love it mainly for my view, the quietness, and the excellent maintenance response when requested as well as overall maintenance of the property. The property is beautiful and the staff is courteous and friendly as well. I truly feel safe and secure even during hurricane season.

I would recommend this apartment complex 10/10 the staff are so friendly, it's in a great area location wise and has front gate security 24/7 which was an important decision in picking this community. There are also two separate laundry rooms so they make it easy no matter where your apartment is and two separate pools.

Move in was flawless and the apartment is clean and amazing. I still need to use some of the amenities but so far both me and my dog love it here. I like the security at the gate. Looking forward to dipping in the pool soon. ??

I love living at Carlton Arms. It is a quiet and peaceful community. I love living on the big lake for I see beautiful sunsets and the trees and water are very pleasant and relaxing The office staff and other workers here are awesome, friendly and very helpful. I feel safe here.

The community is beautiful. I love that they can show you available Apartments so you have an idea when you walk in. The grounds look lovely. The only thing that I would suggest is that the upgrade the stairs to deeper steps because the steps are too steep.

I have lived at Carlton Arms at different times over 25 years. Whenever I'm in the market for apartment living I cannot find any other apartment community that can match the quality, cleanliness and service to compare with Carlton Arms. Anyone who lives here knows it's the Tampa Bay's best kept secret.

When this new dishwasher was installed I was never told how start the dishwasher and no " Manuel " was given to Us.... Maintenance wrote, " The service request for service issue #44726-1, `DW does not work` was completed on 9/9/2025 10:06:05 AM. The technician completed the following action(s): Other - Please see completion notes (The resident didn't know how to work the dishwasher.). This comment maintenance wrote seems as if they are blaming me when I was never told which buttom to push first or never given a manual....Are they " coached " on their mistakes as I am at work? Im human, yes but I dont blame my Guests- In Your case residents. The dishwasher turned off after maintenance left the 2nd time. He said these dishwashers were faulty and Carleton Arms was ordering a better model. I tried turning the dishwasher on the way He told me this morning, again it turned off by itself. I would like a functioning dishwasher but do not want to waste a dishwasher that is good. I washed the bottom rack of dishes in the sink and apartment mate will do the other half, the top tonight as instucted per maintenance person who wrote this report. He also said to leave dishwasher empty until the newer models arrives. I prefer to find solutions to problems although I am ( have been) frustrated about this dishwasher and how I was, " blamed." Carlton Arms North is truly a dreamscape. The views are so beautiful, you can tell the grounds team really takes pride in their work. The community is so peaceful and filled with so many kind and helpful people. The office staff is always there to assist with a friendly face. The unit was in great condition at move in. My experience has been great. No major issues, just minor inconveniences like when the roads were being paved or when the roof was being replaced, but those were a benefit to the residents. This is understandable.

Vonda at the security booth is always very helpful and knowledgeable of the area! It always brightens my day to see her. She even remembers our names. The landscapers Are also very good and are always working very hard.

Overall experience at Carlton arms has been a great experience. I don't have any complaints at all. The staff and my neighbors are great. I have never stayed in one place for more than a year I've always moved out because of type of issue. This is my first ever renewing my lease for the 2nd term. Thank you Carlton arms for all of your amazing work and up keeping of the community.
