It's a very clean property residents make awful messes the Green Scene cleans it up right away front office ladies they do whatever they can to take care of the issue and to make you happy maintenance is always there when you need them most issues are taken care of right away it's a great property to live at

"As a 23-year-old, I moved into Carlton Arms Apartments and have been very pleased with the experience so far. The complex offers a peaceful and secure environment, which has made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I love the scenic views around the property. The maintenance team is responsive, and I appreciate the well-maintained facilities. My #1 experience was the different leasing options that fits my professional/future needs when talking to the front desk. Only wish we had stainless steel appliances instead of white fridge/oven & microwave.

Loved it when we first moved in. Some concessions were made (carpet everywhere and no in unit laundry) but with the increasing housing cost the value no longer matches the cost. I am disappointed long term renters are not offered longer leases with set costs.

CAN is the best most affordable community in the Tampa Bay Area. The response time for service requests is unmatched. For a community this big you would expect to wait forever to get things handled, but not with Carlton Arms. I really appreciate everything Carlton Arms offers.

I've never had an issue, this place is extremely quiet, clean and safe. The Office ladies are so kind, and Maintenance is on point. I appreciate everyone on this property Carlton Arms North is one of the best place I've ever lived. I've been in Florida for 10 years going on 11 and most of my time has been right here on this property.

very pleased. feel taken care of for a good rent. staff and the maintenance crew are both skilled and friendly. i like that many or most of the maintenance crew also live here and a stake. i also like my neighbors, both in my landing and in the building. i love the diversity as. well, both or age and ethnic backgrounds.

I like the beautiful view of Carlton arms apartments. I appreciate bigger space for patio and balconies. However, I think in-unit laundries should be facilitated, kitchen faucets can be with pull downs sprayers, and bigger closets can be a big help in organizing the house.

I enjoy living here, would be amazing to have washer & dryer hookups available to all apartments. Would be worth the money to upgrade. More speed bumps to stop people from accidents with cars, people & animals.

Compared to most places in the area, Carton Arms north is top notch! I lived many years in Temple Terrace and the area was noisy, dirty, and unsafe. CAN seriously makes an effort to keep the property up and make it a place worth living in.

Carlton Arms North is really a community can call home. It's safe, serene, great location and staff are amazing. We love the views of the sun going down reflecting on the water. The grass is perfect for picnics. We love living here.
