This community has been very nice and affordable. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for their first apartment and wants something that is very affordable. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to different places in the area.

So far the experience has been great there I have no complaints. I have only been here for a week and already convinced my daughter to getting an apartment here when her lease is over. Staff and everyone on site is very welcoming?

Quiet neighbors, clean apartment units, personable staff. Lots of shopping options, parks, food and easy access to major highways. Maintenance response is quick. Cons: heavy traffic, the grounds are beautiful but littered with dog poop and the laundry rooms have several out of service machines which leads to a crowd at all times. 4/5.

There are some areas where it could be more accommodating for the tenants that have lived there for a long time, but I must say that compared to other apartment complexes this group is efficient, cordial, and always wanting feedback. I love it here!

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. That's a great it has been a great experience moving into this community. The staff were really helpful helpful, especially Pam and others. They ensure that the moving process was smooth and nice and the apartments, especially the townhomes are really good. The set up is nice. The prices are the best you can get in the market, so yeah, it's been a great experience so far.

scheduling was seamless. Pam got me in to see an apartment ASAP. you need to complete your application first but someone followed up with me within 24 hours. they do have a waiting list so i advise for you to reach out sooner rather than later. i wasnt able to see my specific apartment before i moved in and unsure if this is a normal process. applications processed quickly. apartment is clean. neighborhood is quiet. i feel safe.

I love living here. I'd stay forever if I had laundry machines in my apartment although the laundry room is clean, well-lit, and always open. The pool is well-maintained; I wish it were open earlier and later. The office staff is excellent, polite and helpful. I have lived in two buildings and never heard anyone from inside my apartment! One building had children, and now I am on the ground floor. Being able to see lakes from your apartment is a beautiful benefit. Walking around them is a pleasure.

Clean, courteous and friendly community in a perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants and major highways. Lots of attractions and entertainment nearby. Management and maintenance are prompt and very helpful to their residents' needs. We love it here!

Carlton Arms is a wonderful community full of excellent employees that at adamant about appropriately applying their attributes to create a community of cohesion. I have lived here since 2016 and have appreciated every day. I can't recommend this neighborhood enough.

We moved in October 23rd 2024. So far we like it. It's quiet and peaceful here. The grounds are well kept. We love being surrounded by nature. The office staff is great.
