The location of the apartment is great! I love that most of all the building I like in is really quiet and I love my neighbors everyone minds their business and pretty quiet and clean. Our trash area is always clean as well

I have a tax credit unit and even for that price the neighborhood is trash! Constant break-ins and vandalism. I've lived here several years and I only recall the pool being open one entire summer season. Whenever I had issues it was always a process the office staff is incompetent by no fault of their own they just replaced them so often they couldn't be properly trained.

Capital Gateway use to be a great place to live, I hope things will get better, security does not walk the premises anymore, the gates have not worked properly since COVID -19 and the service by some of the staff is poor and they are very misleading to where your trust and value within the community declines.

Paying 1400+ for apartments then to still have white refrigerators Is ridiculous . These apartments are nice but they need to be upgraded. Good location . Plus I wish they open up the waiting list for people

The entire staff is AMAZING but especially Brandon and Willie. They go the extra mile to stay on top of your move-in . They give many helpful tips , many referrals for apartment appliances and more. They also follow up with you after you move in . The apartments is very spacious . The community comes with a lot of amenities. Just a great community so far overall.

This is a new home that I wish I had chosen sooner. There are plenty of apartment options in Atlanta, but between rising prices & management takeovers, you aren't sure who to trust. Capitol Gateway is someone you can believe because they do stand by what they present to you. Their office management all the way to the maintenance staff, everyone treats you with respect.

This community is safe but this place is a bit boring. No idea how to find the amenities like swimming pool/gym. Get ready for your deliveries to be stolen from your doorstep. It does not come with a washer/dryer.

It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. The one bedroom dayton unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is passable, and there's plenty of storage space. There were a couple maintenance issues when I first moved in, but it's overall not too bad.

I love this community . Katrina provided me with exceptional customer service ,all throughout my move in process. I was even able to move in a few days earlier then expected and my unit was flawless. Our move-in date changed to 4 days later so we had to reschedule our movers, ga pwr and Xfinity. We were notified of this a few days before our original move-in date. On our 1st day of moving in (Nov 20, 2020) we noticed there was a roach infestation in the unit day 1, and the apartment wasn't cleaned. I sent our leasing consultant an email about it. They were open Sat, but no one answered the phone. I drove to the leasing office, no one came to the door. I saw a resident on the street and she had a number for the community coordinator that was able to assist us. Unfortunately, we have to wait until Monday to see what our options are. We went to purchase raid bombs for the apt. We had to cover our items, set the bombs and leave the apt for 2 and a half hours. When we came back. There were still so many roaches in the apartment. We had to clean with bleach again that night (day 2 in the unit). Today is day 3 (Sunday, Nov 22, 2020), we still haven't heard from our leasing consultant. We still have roaches. It's horrible. We haven't unpacked any of our items, besides equipment for work and a bed to sleep in that we're sharing. We had to cover and conceal as any items as we can to prevent the roaches from entering our personal items. We have been eating out for 3 days because we're afraid if the roaches are this active with no food/cooking how they would be if we prepared food. This is very disappointing. We were so excited to live in this neighborhood. We saved so much money to prepare for this move. We hired movers to move our furniture and personal items. We took off work for our move-in day, we set up ga pwr and Xfinity for 11/16. We were told (only when I called to see if we can finally view the unit) that we have to wait until the 20th. My movers weren't available on the 20th so we had to find a new moving company (thankfully we didn't lose any money with the original movers), we had to call and have our power and internet services moved. And after that, once we moved in there is an infestation problem. And on the next day when the leasing office was open, we weren't able to get any resolve because no one was actually in the office.
