The experience has been a good one so far, the community is quiet, I don't see there to be any issues with parking, the neighbors that I've come across seem to be friendly, and the staff has been great so far. I hope that the good experience continues through out my stay.

This community has it ups and it also have its downs. I love my place and the area I'm in. I wish the entrance gate was a little better. But i feel they are working and trying to improve so I'm happy with that.

My experience has been great so far. I haven't been living here long but all of my requests have been answered in a timely manner. The staff is professional and always return phone calls. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and not a lot of loitering.

Easy application. Very friendly and professional leasing staff. They could work on keeping the garbage to a minimum. The service requests will not be fulfilled unless you hound them. If you work during the same hours as the leasing staff your in trouble

The office staff was nice but highly incompetent and the gates were broken more often than they were working. That being said, my stay felt safe and I was never worried about crime. There were a lot of children in the area and they were, of course, very noisy.

It's largely an excellent community. Everyone is friendly and the staff are proficient and do a great job at remembering residents. There are a few concerns such as a gym with regularly broken work out machines, and dumpsters that regularly overflow (and stink up the parking lot), but other than that its great.

Very convenient to work/downtown, great for young professionals who like to go out after work. Outside is very clean and kept up. Nice quiet neighborhood, gated apartments space and tall ceilings. Havent been here for long but so far so good.

Everything is great so far. From the security to the convenience I find capitol gateway to be an excellent place to live. The prices are also reasonable and the staff is responsive and courteous. The amenities are in great shape which is another plus.

Maintenance has yet to complete my entire work order. It is unacceptable for the Maintenanace man to come in our homes and not leave a service form. Also there should never be trash left in our home to be taken away. I would greatly appreciate it

THERE ARE CRIMINALS LIVING IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! DO NOT MOVE TO HERE!!! My bag was stolen from me while I was working out at the complex's gym by my own neighbors. Management did not do anything to let me in my apartment that night and I was left stranded for the night. I had to wait until the next morning to get in my apartment, and while I was dealing with them in the leasing office, my car was stolen from the parking lot! ALL THESE CRIMINALS ARE STILL LIVING THERE AND NEITHER THE POLICE NOR MANAGEMENT DID ANYTHING FOR ME, EVEN AFTER THE THIEVES WERE IDENTIFIED ON VIDEO.

My stay here at capital gateway has been great no complaints the staff is amazing helpful an nice.The community is fill with play area an grilling as well.They have meetings to keep residents aware of things that are going on in the community.Great location has a lot of shopping places around.So if your thinking about moving here you won't be disappointed.

Started out great but ending poorly. Management seem to not care about about tenants only about payment. With issues that I have had not once has upper management has not contacted me to find out what if anything they can do to resolve my concerns.I just do not understand.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to others because of the staff. They don't live on the property and really don't care about the tenants safety or livelihood. The property manager is all about making numbers and not giving the resident what they need in the apartment units. They went up to $1300 a month on a 2/2 unit but the units are not upgraded to a $1300 a month price. Not to mention a lot of break-in all over the complex.

It has been very Subpar, and to make matters worse my rent was to increase over $400 definitely not worth it when people paying $30 a month to live there. Also at time of move in my carpet was not cleaned and they would not clean it because management said that it would cost them too much, yet I am playing market rent.

It's horrible very noisy and bugs everywhere inside. The people that live there are very rude and it feels generally unsafe. I've been subjugated to one racial comment and I haven't been living there for even two days. I don't recommend it here.

When I first moved over here the staff was superb,friendly, easy to communicate with. Now we have a manager that has no people skills and they continously have increased the rent. Maybe it would be helpful to make this an all adult community or at least have it sectioned off for singles and families.

There was a big hassle to move in and the process took three to four weeks for paperwork, maintenance takes at least a week, a few apartment break ins and needs better security, but besides that its a quiet place and never big issues and spacious apartment.

I have been living with this community for almost 3 years. It is very convenient from a location perspective and I could see myself staying for a while longer. I like the engagement the management has with its residents and would like to see more programming if possible. However, I would like to see the grounds to have more cleanliness (removing mattresses/couches and excess trash/spilling trash), more responsive security during late hours and addressing loud noises.

I moved in last summer and I love the urban feel, location and the staff! I plan to renew my contract for another year. The 24-hour fitness gym is great and I love the jogging around the pond and neighborhood. The pool is very nice and I can enjoying the picnic areas with friends & family year-round. As far as the crime... it's petty stuff considering we live in DOWNTOWN Atlanta! As with any major city with major traffic there will be some incidents... no big deal. I Love it here!
