I love Capitol Gayeway apartments. Nice apartments and great amenities, including pool, weight room, office area, kitchenette, and living room area. It's a very safe neighborhood and they have quick maintenance. I really enjoy living here.

This is in reference to apt 308 at 42 rawson and not 121 at 175 memorial. My first apartment did not have a clean carpet, smelt of marijuana, and the street noise and nosy neighbkrs impacted my comfort level. Chriatina accomodated me in my transfer because although that apartment location was not ideal, i like capitol gateway .

The office neglects to set reasonable curfew for children under 18 years old. Most parents are not watching their children. Parking rules need enforcement of non residents parking inside the gates regularly. This should occur weekly...

I've been living here and I enjoy the property and the staff and they are very friendly and helpful. The ground keeper keeps the ground clean and others then that maintaince do a great job. I can say that I live in a great community and I love it here

It's fine, there are some things here and there. It's a decent community. I feel like there are some people who play their music way too loud and talk to loud at night. Also, the location is great and it's got lots of access to different shops.

So far my experience has been decent, outside of the situation with the leasing agent. My move-in process was fairly easy overall, could of went slightly smoother but all in all I am content. The building is well lit and the noise is quiet. 7/8 out of 10.

Although I feel they raise the rents too often and by too much. This community is great. Always clean and maintained. Any maintenance issues are handled swiftly and the staff is always great. There are some slight issues with crime but this has more to do with the area in ATL, not the community itself.

its walking distance from georgia state university. its located near georgia state marta station. also near I-85/75 high way entrance. its cheapest apartment in atlanta downtown area. it has quite community, nice pool, and nice people.

Overall, this is a great community. No bug problems. No loud neighbors. Besides, alot of Ga State students live here. The kids aren't a problem. They are kids. Someone said something about how people hang around on the corners and breezeways. havent had a problem with them either. Just say hey and be respectful. And besides, they're not out there all the time and all hours of the night. So far, my residency here has been great. Everyone that lives here are very respectful.

The Complex appears well kept except I'm having trouble getting a few things fixed in my apartment from before I moved in. Peaceful environment, diverse complex, close to major highways, there's gated parking and good amount of parking for guests as well

The environment is good and the location is convenient. But the maintainness is sometimes slow. The neighborhood is generally good. The Leasing office staffs promised to give a referral reward fee but they just delay and delay, and never carry out their promises.

The apartment complex is nice and very convenient to a lot of things and places. however the office staff can be VERY rude and unprofessional at times. I understand there are guidelines that have to be meet but it would be nice to know that you live in a family oriented community where the staff treats you as such. The security is the WORST!! People are always on the corners gambling kids are always running and playing in the hall ways. Management needs to improve on the other hand GREAT property

This is the second negative review I've ever written. I like the apartments themselves, but I have lost all my patience and sanity after dealing with the leasing office. I have been told a million different things by a million different people. Rent costs vary - depending on who you ask, what their mood is, when you ask them, what month is it, which website you find it on, etc. etc. The final straw was today, when the leasing person I was dealing with put me on hold for 20 minutes and then lost her temper at me for asking silly questions. It was condescending and uncalled for. I was 95% sure that I would rent at Capitol Gateway, but I cannot deal with their negativity.

I'm ready to move. The office staff never answers the phone, when you go to the office they are talking. Which makes you wonder why they couldn't answer the phone. The parking situation is awful. They rent payment system never works. Not good

I like this community and they keep the grounds clean. Not a lot of noise through out the community. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend this community to a friend. Wish there was a major grocery store closer to do shopping. They respond fast to any maintance that needs to be done.
