This a great cummuinity much like any other neighborhood it is not without crime and activity in the late hours, However there is a neighborhood watch and friendly neighbors who watch out for one another. My bad experience has come from the front office in the form of bad service and horrible communication. I believe a change in the front office is desperately needed.I have seen management make changes to improve safety and neighborhood relations and so far it has been positive. My only reason for leaving is the way I was handled by two young leasing agents that had not been trainned in common respect.

My main complaint with Capitol Gateway is that the grounds and complexes are not kept as clean as I'd like, lots of chicken bones and broken glass scattered around. Otherwise, I've enjoyed my experience. The price is a bit high, but the apartments are nice, the front office has gotten much better in the time that I've been there, and I've never felt unsafe.

Capitol Gateway has a nice staff and a great location. The available parking is a plus, gated and street. The floor plans are nice. Having a washer and dryer at the bedrooms is a good design. The maintenance this first month of moving in has been slow, but I do enjoy living here.

So far the community is pretty quiet and there is plenty of things that are available for us to do here. The staff is very helpful and works with the clients, which is very nice when looking for a new place to move to. The leasing office made it easy for us to talk to them and find a place that best suites us.

The apartments are nice but the atmosphere can be very distrubing. The property could be kept a lot better than it is. The noise level is very disturbing at times. However, the convienence of things around is one the best assests. The inside of the apartments are great nevertheless.

The community looks great. However, the management was not done properly and they could not keep their promises. One of the staff promised to clean the bathtub stain before my move-in. Now two months have passed and after two repair requests, no one has come fix the problem. Also, some residents do not put their trash in the trash compacter and as a result, there are roaches everywhere.

Extremely noisy, disrespectful neighbors. Apartment is fine. Spacious 1b1b (~700sqft). Expensive for just carpet and no granite or upgraded cabinetry. Not all the outlets work properly either. Can walk to work and MARTA rail station, so the convenience is great. Easy I-20 & I-75/85 access. The do fix issues really fast there, which is great (usually within 1-2 days)

Right now my --- manger is Monty wonderful guy moni is in the office to beutiful gril always very helpful and explan things careful jada she is new but she has been doing things things that is helpful the other two guys are always nice and polite

My A/C went out on a Saturday evening in June. I left numerous messages on the emergency maintenance line Saturday evening and Sunday with no call back. When I called the rental office Monday they said the on-call system was broken and would not compensate me for the two days I went without A/C.

Got a great deal and an early move in. Any issues I've had so far have been taken care of promptly. The apartment community is lively and puts on great events, sometimes with corporate sponsors such as our cable provider and with other organizations in the community. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of almost any venue in Downtown Atlanta, such as Centennial Park, music venues, Auburn Ave, Edgewood, and more.

My experience with Capitol Gateway Apartments has been nostalgic to say the least. There have been an equal amount of pros and cons thus far. Pros are the convenience of the location and the interior of the apartment. Cons has been the professionalism of the staff. Leasing consultant left out minor details regarding the move-in. Rates and terms weren't consistently communicated.

It is a bit of a ------ community. People don't clean up after themselves. Litter is everywhere. I'm wondering if a certain number of apartments are for section 8 housing? There is loitering right across from Rawson-Washington park, and it gets noisy sometimes.

The Capitol getaway apartments is an amazing complex located in downtown Atlanta. Very affordable with spacious rooms for housing. The staff is professional and provide a great resident experience. I love the community and the convenience of location in the city of Atlanta.

It has been nice . The people are friendly and keep to themselves. It's hard trying to get them to update your apartment. I was told that you have to move out before they will update your apartment. Some of the staff is friendly.

This survey pertains to servicers upon renewal.I have seen a tremendous decline in the property due to very poor management allowing Kids with basket balls and toys to run up and down the common stairs/stairwell without any regards to other paying tenants that pay over $1,000 to rent. Every morning, there is so much trash all over the place. I notice with the leasing office they will type out a letter for stating policy, however will not enforce the rules. There is a great deal of lack of professionalism, and I am requesting someone from corporate to respond via email, or Cell listed below.

Decent location. Decent apartments. Nothing special. The walkways are filthy and the dumpster area is always disgusting. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, and fairly quiet. It's a good place for someone starting out or on a budget.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I will for this place. I can honestly say the community is decent and I have not had any major problems. The location is great and not the worst traffic for the area. The only issue I have had is with maintenance. I have had toilet issues since I began my lease (almost over now). Maintenance would come out and I guess use a plunger, but as soon as I put tissue in to see if it works, it would clog back up. This has been an ongoing issue. Sometimes I would just leave it and use the other bathroom. The kids here are very annoying, as all kids are. One kid jumped in FRONT of my car while I was entering the gate. Like, WTH! Not that this has anything to do with the actual community, but I had to get that out. There are a few dogs around and I rarely see poop on the ground. For the most part, the gates are always working properly. Sometimes there's trash on the ground, but it's picked up. I have not had nor heard of any issues with safety. I will often see a security officer walking the property. Moni in the leasing office has been extremely helpful throughout my stay. I am not sure as to everyone else because I usually try to work with one person. I was actually going to renew my lease, but the rent will go up and I do not think it's worth the rate, though I would recommend this property to anyone.

We're not likely to it stay here. The community isn't taken care of adequately, the gates are always unlovked, the trash is always, and the other neighbors and children are respectful of the rest of the community. I don't feel valued in here.

The community has vastly improved in the time that I have lived here; the grounds are well maintained and most units look well kept. The community is at the heart of the State buildings, Marta rail and bus lines, restaurants, parks, and schools.

The complex overall is very acceptable. Few issues with high mgmt. New online payment system is very buggy, and Asst Prop Manager Monty(?) can be a huge pain, about it and in general. With anything other than a basic problem one should beware

Great friendly and professional staff here at Capitol Gateway. The property manager Ms. Faith Harris has been the best manger here. She's is very professional and handles situations very promptly and ensures that your issue if any was taken care of. community. Nice and spacious apartments

I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone. The gate in my building has been propped open every day that I have lived here which makes me feel extremely unsafe. The parking lot is constantly full of cars without permits forcing me to park on the street.

Every responds promptly. Most of the staff is nice,professional and friendly. Whenever there is a problem and I call or go to the office it is handled we as soon as possible. I love living here and will definitely refer it to others to live here.
