I´ve lived at Preston Park for a little over 5 months now and I must say this is a wonderful place to live. The staff really does appreciate there residents. They put there best effort into making this a great community. The grounds are always beautiful. My maintenance orders are always done in at least 2 days if not 1. I think that anyone who is in the market should really check them out!

I don´t even live here!
I´m actually the person that said I wouldn´t let my dog live at Preston Park. I really don´t even live there. I have nothing better to do with my time than to write bad things about apartment communities that are nicer than my house. I also love to drive around Gwinnett County and threaten apartment communities that have directional signs.

I can´t wait to write more untrue things about apartments!!!!

Exceptional Service!!
I just finished reading what a few of the others have written about Presten Park and I must say, I am in awe of a few of their comments. I have lived here for over a year (since about the time they opened) and have even transfered to a larger apartment. The whole staff has been more than helpful in fulfilling my needs. Almost all of the staff members that were here when I moved in, are still here. Only a few changes have been made, which to me, says a lot. Anytime I have a request for service, the service team is out immediately to take care of me. I am a female and have become pretty friendly with the office staff, being that I have depended on them for so much. I can assure you they are all friedly and helpful and as for the comment about R.W., that woman must be extremely insecure to move out because that. I have seen R.W.´s boyfriend and could speak pretty confidently that she is happy with him. The other comment about signs trashing up the apartments....WHAT SIGNS????? Anyway, I don´t think you can go wrong moving in here. I love it and plan on staying for quite some time. A little positive info. for you.

We´ve been here about two weeks now, and I must say that this is by far the best community that we have ever lived in. The management staff is very friendly. They have done everything possible to make us feel at home. The apartment itself is very large. Noise?? We are on the terrace level, and we do have neighbors above us, but I have yet to hear anything at all. We do have spiders and some silverfish, but what home wouldn´t have insects from time to time, unless you wanted to live in a bubble.

Women Beware
I used to live at Preston Park and recently moved because the Asst. Manager was flirting with my husband. This was an ongoing problem and I called Preston Park´s corporate office in Macon, Georgia. One of the ladies in the office allowed me to vent. I really don´t think anyone cares that R.W. flirts with residents. Her day will come and she´ll understand how she made me feel.

Nice to look at, but looks are deceiving.
You could hear a mouse run through the kitchen above you. You can hear every step, a loud tv, or the microwave door open and close in any given apartment around you. Good luck finding parking in the vicinity of your building anytime after sunset. Bring an umbrella in case there´s rain. And if you like the outdoors, you´re in luck. Plenty of silverfish and spiders for each apartment. Also check around what your possible neighbors pay. We´ve been here over a year, and were given a renewal price more expensive then neighbors with a bigger apartment. Any questions?

Unite!
Yes, we´ve spoken with county officials, and this complex is rapidly becoming a ------ - yes, the manager is a total "fake" - so, the key here is - call the police AND your county officials!

Would reccomend to a friend. Parking a problem, though.
Apartments are nice and office staff is friendly. The buildings are set back off the road and are very secluded. Parking is a problem, though. If you come home anytime after 9:00, you may have to park as much as 2 buildings down from your apartment. Noise is also an issue. You know exactly where your neighbor is at each moment and exactly what they are doing at all times.

Spoil you rotten here!
I moved into Preston Park about 3 months ago. I´ve lived in many apartments and never have I been treated the way I have been treated since I moved in here. Any service request that I have requested has been completed the same day and the office staff is superb! I´ve lived places before where you would always get the answering service or recording, nearly impossible to actually get a live person. Preston Park has such a large staff there is always someone in the office.

The amenities are incredible. They even have a personal trainer that has classes on Tues. and Thurs. I went to the class once and had a hard time moving the next day, but it´s nice they offer that. They even have a masseuse that gives free massages twice a month to residents.

I work downtown and didn´t want to pay an arm and a leg for a nice apartment. Preston Park was the perfect fit for me!
