I love living here. My only concern is there is no foreign travel policy in place. I play basketball overseas and would like reduced rent when I'm not home. If this was applied my experience here would be complete because I don't want to lose my apartment. I still would like to pay on it but maybe a reduced amount since I'm not there.

I have been a member of this community for 10+ yerar, and while I appreciate many aspects, I must express my frustration with the maintenance of the tennis courts, particularly regarding the lighting. For several months now, the lights at the tennis courts have been out, severely impacting our ability to enjoy evening play. Despite filing a maintenance ticket promptly, I was disheartened to find it closed without any resolution or communication about when the lights might be fixed. This lack of follow-through on maintenance issues is concerning. I believe that the facility should prioritize the needs of its members, especially when it comes to safety and accessibility for recreational activities. I hope the management can address this situation swiftly to restore the lights and improve overall maintenance responsiveness.

Maintenance was quick to fix issues. Billing for water and utilities is shady. The office will lie and say it must be an issue with the third party billing company. Phantom bills show up after the first and after you've paid.

Nothing bad to say just the amount of extra fees to pay is a pain. Complex is pretty peaceful and clean. The area is peaceful, safe in a great location for shopping, entertainment, food and access both highway 75/575.

I have been pleased with every aspect of the community. The maintenance team is quick to respond to simple things like changing a ceiling lightbulb or batteries in smoke detectors. The office is working hard to provide times for neighbors to come together. I feel safe and secure in my apartment.

I like living at at Shiloh Valley very much but no place is perfect. It's close to work, the up keep is very good. I hate is the weed smell it comes through my bathroom and now my bedroom. I'm sure management had a talk to the people on the 3rd floor but?.I don't know how it's gonna turn out

the ammenities that come with the complex are not well maintained dirty and equipment broke half the time pool are not well maintained during summer hours sometime staff seem like they care sometimes they dont. This needs to be a home atmosphere for everyone that works or lives here. I enjoy my home but sometimes i wish it offered more . . Gates need to be better maintained broke ALOT. Brittany is a good fit for the company she is very helpful and polite .

Wow, this could be home.

On Oct. 25, I recently had the pleasure of a touring 1 & 2 bedroom apartment here at Halston Shiloh Valley with Dontaveous Sarge. A couple of residents stop by Donta greet them with a genius smile,handshake or a hug before we started the tour. He answer all my questions. But what really impressed me was how the residents that live here was so helpful and friendly, openly about living here, how they love it. This is a beautiful place to live. Thank you Dontaveous for your kindness, being so patient. I got in on the hugs before leaving

I love my apartment. My only complaint is the valet trash service. They do not pick up as often as they're supposed to and if something falls, they don't bother picking it up. Management does not power wash often enough for my taste so the breezeways always look dirty and there are stains and trash waiting to be picked up

I love living at halston. the only complaint i have is the ant and roach problem. weve had an infestation for as long as we have lived here. Outside of that, the maintenance teamis responsive and the staff at the office is knowledgeable and friendly.

The halston shiloh Valley at Kennesaw apartments have good maintenance and office staff. They all take care of any issues on time. It's been great living here so far. Only one thing I would like to mention is trash charges are higher than other communities.

The community as a whole is lovely, but some things fall short. Trash pick up is randomized and is sometimes at night and other in the am. People have huge dogs (pits, husky, etc) and don't pick up their excrement and it's annoying walking by excrement the size of my dog. The vacuum doesn't work at the car center. Gym needs cleaning material

No complaints from me. Neighbors are friendly. Grounds are clean and maintained properly. Extremely close to Costco and all things Barrett Pkwy. New bridge over i75 to open soon and provide direct access to Busbee Pkwy. Cuts out a few long Barrett lights when heading in the i575 direction.

So far, I've had a very enjoyable experience living here at Halston Shiloh. It's pretty quiet compared to some apartment communities where I've lived in the past. The grounds are kept looking good and the staff are quick to take care of any issues that arise inside my unit. I'm very satisfied.

The staff is attentive and very friendly, including the maintenance team. The gym could use more equipment but it is usually clean and has the minimum basics. Pool is always clean. The only issue is that I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbor makes which disturbs my sleep sometimes. Other than that the neighborhood is pretty quite and seems safe.

Incompetent Staff: Multiple attempts to contact the office have resulted in unreturned calls and unhelpful responses. Specific staff members are unresponsive and rude. Not sure why they even have a office, when everyone anyone has to raise the issue and get fixed over a ticket. And do not blindly fall for the offers before you move in, as they will change that once you move in. Dirty Common Areas: Shared spaces like breezeways are often dirty, with visible trash and unpleasant odors, including marijuana smells. Neglected Grounds: Dog waste is frequently found throughout the property, and trash accumulates in certain areas, indicating poor maintenance. Cockroach Infestation: There have been instances where cockroaches were seen crawling on bedroom walls, indicating a severe pest problem. Ineffective Pest Control: Despite paying for pest control services, the issue persists, suggesting that the measures in place are inadequate. High Amenity Fees: Additional charges for amenities like trash and pest control amount to over $100/month, yet the quality of these services is subpar.

Very nice complex, safe, well lit, lots of parking spaces. I can go out and return late at night without feeling scared. I don't have to worry about neighbors and loud music, or ppl hanging around. Atmosphere is very pleasant and quiet.

High Rent. poor quality.

We have been here for few years and it has gone downhill and gets more expensive for no reason. Few things to keep in mind while moving in : 1. Current management staff is very incompetent. If you call the office for something, always expect to get their voice mail nd don't be surprised if you don't receive a call back. If you do, I can assure you it won't be in a timely fashion. The front desk guy does not have knowledge of whatever you ask for, Britney is Rude and the manager Jennifer is not available most of the times in the office for whtever reason and does not respond at all when you reach for something and have to follow up so much to get an update. Not helpful at all. Have been leasing apt past ten years, but here they will make sure you move out instead of being helpful. 2. The rent will increase considerably from year to year, so be prepared! . Our rent went up suddenly because they are renovating apartments, people are moving out and are charging current tenants the same price as the new one with NO NEW renovations in our apartments. There is a TERRIBLE roach problem. There have literally been times where cockroaches were crawling on our bedroom wall above us while we slept and you can see them crawling all over in the patios and bathrooms. They charge whooping amenity fees on top of the rent like trash\pest control\, etc etc which costs more than $100/month, but Breezeways always smell like marijuana and look so dirty, Dog poop is everywhere, and you can even see trash over some places. Not sure where all the maintenance money is going and even this keeps increasing every year The only positive I can say about this property is the maintenance people were great. They are very polite and professional. I hope the leasing office could learn something from them.

It has been really great. Mr Willie and Oscar have been wonderful. When I put in a work order they get to it that same day or the next morning. They are a lifesaver. Staff in the office are great. They have always been a great help for me and especially that I am a senior citizen(69)

Ever since the new property management took over about a year or so ago, this property has gone completely down hill! The quality of the property isn't worth the high rent and extra fees! From the constant battle with bugs (Roaches, Silverfish, and Ants. The dirty buildings and breezeways. The xtra fees for amenities that are broken, dirty, and not aesthetically pleasing. The rift raft that they are allowing to love in now. Poor maintenance repairs. Call box not working properly, but half of the time that doesn't matter because the gat is almost always broken. And the list goes on! I have spoken to several neighbors that have been here as long as I have or longer, who completely agrees that things have change and not for the good!

The community looks nice. The leasing agents are very attentive until you sign your lease. This property shows very little regard to current tenants issues. Mold and insects are a huge concern. Although pest control is included in the rent, they do not spray the apartments. Mold has been an issue since I moved in, down to this day. The maintenance team responds very fast but do not complete the work, although the work orders are marked complete. The office staff is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this property if you have high standards for your living accommodations. Respectfully.

Staff was quick to address my maintenance request however more routine maintenance is required in the units even without being requested. Apartments are ok and outside is often clean.. Gated community but gate is often broken, sometimes for months. Surrounding areas are good and it's close to the stores to do your shopping. Very nice amenities;pool, gym, club house, car wash area, dog Park and tennis court often in good condition. #3.5 stars??
