This apartment complex absolutely sucks. Ashley and Kourtney are terrible employees and have no idea what they are doing. AC was broken down for 6 months in the middle of summer and I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to fix it. NEVER LIVE HERE, NEVER APPLY, THEY ARE THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM I'VE DEALT WITH - Ashley, if you're reading this, just fix yourself and your boss y'all SUCKKKKK

I am loving my apartment so far and the community is wonderful. Maintenance is very attentive with any issues I have with my apartment and office management addresses my concerns/questions in a timely manner. I really like that the community is gated and the overall complex is well kept. Its in a great location and the quality of the appliances are up to date.

Moving here was definitely a mistake and something I regret everyday I am here I am woke up by my upstairs neighbor stomping around I have emailed and contacted the office so many times I have lost count and they say they " we spoke to them about it " then have the nerve to defend them on top of explaining we never had complaints before not mention my friends have gone up there with me and have explained that they are indeed making excessive noise and all they have to say is there is nothing we can do about it Oh ! but they did offer me to move in the another apartment I would only have to pay 500 transfer fee not mentions my A/C being broken now for going on a month I am just thankful that it is spring and not summer I have been without hot water for at-least week had to shower at my friends house I put the work order in and they came looked at and closed it out said it was fixed and it was not! I had to put in another work order I have put in work order for the apartment to be spray my parents came to visit me they found roaches in the kitchen and the rooms mind you I have only been in the apartment a couple months the first month I lived here I had to call curtesy officer like every other night I would come home from work and from the neighbors behind smoke weed everyday my apartment smelled had to wash all my clothes because they smelled of weed if i had to write everything down it would be about 3 hours of reading Please don't make the mistake I did my friends found apartments around this area for cheaper way nicer and way less headache I only wish I would have done my research before this is crap place they will enter your apartment even when you ask them not too they hit my dog and when I confront Raquel she thought it was funny and laughed and claimed it was speculation first she said I didn't tell them they couldn't enter the apartment but I have the emails to prove I didn't because there maintenance people hit my dog and they did yet Again I'm moving

Overall good. There are ups and downs in the quality of neighbors but no one actually makes me feel unsafe. Things are kept clean, noise is minimal, and the community/apartments are home-y. Amenities are decent, and there is plenty of space to park, walk around, or take a pet. I enjoy the interactions with maintenance staff and off-site companies, but the management itself seems a bit disorganized and doesn't take responsibility for its actions - however, they do seem willing to work with you. So far, I am happy here.

I've had no problems here. It is expensive, but not compared to other apartments in the area. It is $400 more than a similar apartment in a different city. However, the staff has been great to me and you barely hear the highway.

I've lived in Shiloh Valley Overlook for quite some time. The staff is amazing. In particular a young lady name Kortney Leveringston. She has been Compassionate, Uplifting and Positive since I've moved in. Shiloh Valley is a great place to live. I rate this place a 5 star for sure.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! the management staff here is terribly disrespectful, and do not care about your safety nor do they care to handle any issue you have . I have had a pest problem, mold problem, my window is improperly sealed and they refuse to fix it, none of the community amenities are of use of service . Half of anything is either dirty or broken. Maintenance staff is super creepy and they constantly lie to residents.

I've really enjoyed staying at Shiloh Valley for almost two years. The community is quiet and I've never had an issue with noise. The grounds are well kept. Living on the third floor, I've never had an issue with bugs. Only complaint is during renewal, my lease increased by A LOT. I had to talk to the office admin about decreasing the rate (which thankfully they did), but it still increased by more than $100/month.

The apartment complex is quiet and my neighbors are nice so far . I've been here since end of February and I've experienced more issues and inconveniences here than I've experienced in the 5 years of living in Atlanta . Pest control is an issues . If you don't mind splitting the rent with roaches or bugs this the place for you . I'm not a picky tenant. I just don't like bugs especially roaches and expect things to be handled Bc I am paying this company to live here . If you take out the pest control and the issues surrounding things not being ready upon move in this place is fine . You get what you pay for is what I've learned so far .

Its probably the most beautiful view for a apartment at a pretty low price. They provide you with all the kitchen supplies such as the microwave, refrigerator and alot more. The neighbors are so polite and absolutely amazing.

I have enjoyed living here. They need to do a better job of keeping the outside of apartments cleaner. Possibly pressure washing more than once a year. 2 of the 3 women working in the front office need better training as far as customer service and speaking to residents.

Being able to live in this community is a blessing. The people here are very nice and the staff is exceptional. I feel very safe with the entire perimeter being gated as well as the courtesy cop that lives on site.

The experience is okay only been there a week and to be honest I am not completely happy not the best choice I have made but not the worst I guess. Neighbors tend to play loud music and stomp around the parking lot is full of people who can not park properly not to mention no motorcycle parking theirs a person with a scooter taking up a whole parking spot. They portray it as upscale gated community and it is gated but I would call it upscale Neighbors are smoking weed in the apartments. I have been there for a week and my apartment every morning has smelled like weed I have notified the front office. I have bought candles and plugs in. I don't entirely blame the front office but when I called the courtesy officer he expressed to me that it had been a problem with that neighbor before several times in the pass so why wasn't this person taken care of it. To me and I could be wrong but it just shows to type of caliber of personnel staying in this community if I had known probably would have went somewhere else.

Lively Apt with good response to service and maintenance requests. Convenient in many ways regards to access. Roaches are a problem in this apt but is being worked on. It will require several deep treatments. Overall we love this place for ease of access.

Great place to live. The service is great. The complex is kept up and the staff is friendly and professional. I like that there are security gates to enter and leave. Kennesaw is one of the safest places to live. Very scenic with the hills and trees.

It is quite and well kept. It is also very close and convenient commute to Kennesaw State University. The best thing about the apartment is the staff, they are friendly and welcoming. They made my initial move simple and easy.

I loved living here and was a resident for 7 years and 8 months and it was a most memorable experience living here. The office staff was very cooperative with everything and were very caring and the maintenance staff was superb and completed all maintenance request quickly and efficiently. The property manager was very friendly and so were the other members of the staff. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone. The apartments are upgraded and are cheaper than most in kennesaw. The location is excellent close to interstate 75 and 575 and close to the mall and other shopping centers and restaurants.

*I wish 0 stars was an option. *To start, the front gate is always broken... *The dumpster is almost always over flowing and people pile up old furniture and large trash around it. Therefore it smells terrible. *My building constantly smells like weed.. all management does is leave threatening notes on doors about it. *OMG at the ROACH and centipede issue! Pest control only comes out when you put in a work order asking them to... despite being charged monthly for the service. *My mail box key didn't work for the longest and when they did fix it, it just made it unable to shut all together. (Finally fixed after 2 work orders). *We had a major leak that was ignored by maintenance that caused black mold to grow in our apt. They came back out to fix the mold and just painted over it. Finally after living with it for almost a year they decided to do something about it. *Everything is cheap... our pantry shelves are installed so crooked you can't even keep things on them and the cabinets in our kitchen just fall off the hinges (which maintenance has come out to fix as they break) *There is no security... people speed though at all times making it dangerous to walk. *Additionally my car was also recently broken into... someone from the office staff promised to follow up and I have yet to hear anything else. *The car wash station sprayer was broken for almost a year and the car vacuum hasn't ever worked for the 2 years I have been a resident. *Mail packages get delivered to the front office... never your mailbox. Making it impossible for me to get until the weekends due to my work schedule and office closing at 6pm. **Full disclosure, I really do like the maintenance staff. They are always really friendly and courteous about having to work around my blind and barking dog. They do the best with what they're given. And the occasional events the ladies in the office have are really fun. I have also tried to call the regional manager Sharon Donley... I have left 3 voicemails since last week and still haven't gotten a call back.

my experience and that of my family has been very bad, things were damaged because of third parties and nobody responded, supposedly paid insurance and does not respond, there are no security cameras to observe the robberies that have made me, the bad smell of the animals that poop in front of the apartment, the smoke detectors unexpectedly sound the cockroaches the ants

Its as nice as any apartments are going to get. Its right off Barrett Parkway and location couldn't get any better (unless you move to Barrett Walk and spend more money). Anything that was an issue was replaced within week, always being a brand new, modern appliance. maintenance was friendly and knowledgeable. Office staff is friendly as well, very professional too. The only reason I will be leaving is because I want a change in scenery. I have no complaints that weren't immediately resolved.
