Absolutely one of the most amazing Apt in Kennesaw . The peace and serenity of living here is everything if I have time I would stop by and enjoy the pool, it always feels like I'm home away from home like at a resort. The Shiloh has a lot of community meets with food buffets & the bar, and most important my safety is everything them caring about my safety and privacy just astonishing and has allowing me to live in peace for 3 years . The Shiloh Valley has a serving staff make that has meet all of our needs, making me and my family not only feel apart of the community , cared for, & safe but, has also made sure we a have had an enjoyable stay with other like minded beautiful people around within our community! The price is very fair for what you get, I would say super cheap with the ambiance , safety & beautiful pool. Highly recommended .

I was not happy with my time at Shiloh Valley. The neighbors above me were very loud playing the drums late and night a blaring their music. I came hope one day to find my apartment flooded. They removed a padding and moved all of my furniture to one corner. Two weeks later, they put the padding back down but refused to move my furniture back. They also left their trash behind including razor blades.

We came back to Shiloh Valley because we lived here years ago when it was new. We knew it would feel like being home again as much as an apartment can. We were coming back to Georgia after living in Florida this last year. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and very attentive to any issues you may have. It is a great place to live if you are looking for apartment living.

Overall we're pretty satisfied with our stay. The newer management is good but we had some issues with management in the past. It's pretty expensive for a one bed room apartment, but the amenities and the staff are nice and helpful most of the time.

Apartments are quiet, clean, have updated appliances, staff is courteous, and the community is very pleasant overall. The appearance of the community is one of the biggest perks. Landscaping is very well maintained as well as the buildings themselves. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and was a huge plus. I do not think you could do better for the price. The staff are always friendly and the neighbors are quiet. I really enjoy living here. If you are considering moving here I would definitely pick this complex.

Whenever I had a problem they would take care of it. The buildings on the outside could use a good cleaning.. but I do feel relatively safe when entering my apartment. There are plenty of eating places around.

I had to find an apt very fast as I sold my home very quickly. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, very professional, and nice. I signed a lease and moved in next day with no issues. It was a great experience considering I did it in one day.

Shiloh Valley Overlook is in an incredible location with fast acting staff and great amenities. I would suggest coming by and taking a tour as the staff is very avid about touring potential tenants. My kitchen came with all new appliances. There's a gym, car washing station, pool, and tennis court. The downsides are a few to take into account. The master bedrooms offer have no ceiling fan or overhead light; you have to get your own lamps. The car washing station vacuum is out of service. The gym is space is not very well designed. There's no pull up bars or parallel dip bars. The majority of the space is taken up by a huge cables machine and too many cardio machines, when the space could better be utilized by have more weights (maybe a barbell squat rack and more dumbells) and only one of each cardio machine. The air conditioning units (at least for me) are dile controlled units, and not the more efficient digital ones. I haven't seen any electric car charging stations, so beware electric car owners. Lastly, there's only gate and street access in one location of the apartments and the apartments are not very walkable. There's a lot of winding roads and no shortcut sidewalks that make it easier to the office, gym, tennis court, mail center, or outer street via foot or bike that would also make it safer and less likely to get hit by a car.

We enjoy living here. The staff are very friendly, it's a pretty quiet community, the pool is opened year round, and we pay a reasonable amount for rent! We hope to live here next year as well. I would recommend this community!

Having recently moved in, my experience so far has been great. The unit was clean upon move in and the staff/maintenance are welcoming and friendly. Any time there is a problem, it is usually taken care of within a day or few days at most. There aren't too many issues regarding noise from neighbors or the surrounding neighborhood in general. I haven't encountered any problems with bugs or anything of the sort. The complex is in really close proximity to stores, shops, and restaurants, which is a really big plus. Overall, however short my experience living here is, it has been a really great experience!

Shiloh Valley Overlook is an amazing upscale apartment complex. It's a bit on the spendy side, BUT, you get what you pay for and good luck finding anything of the same quality for a better price. It's completely gated, which is nice for people with children. Other residents and guests go about 45 through the parking areas even though there are speed humps and narrow areas - which is discomforting. But the complex, the quality, cleanliness, everything is great. Easy to keep other bills down (electric,water etc.) because it doesn't take much to heat/cool the units. The community itself is very clean and maintenance staff is ALWAYS out and about doing something to make the property look amazing. The gates ACTUALLY function properly. There's only been one time in the last year that the entry gate has been broken but when I arrived home from work that same day it was fixed - very prompt response there. Parking is never a problem, no matter the time of day I can usually get a spot right under my bedroom window, but I ALWAYS get a spot right in front of my building. My only REAL complaint is the rate of speed that people drive around here and how narrow some areas of the road are if all the parking spaces are full. If you need something from the office, you're better off just going in there to talk to someone rather than call because you likely won't get a call back - I never have within the (almost) year I've been here. Hopefully my son, soon to be daughter and myself will be able to afford it still once I get a renewal letter and see how much they adjust the rent because I truly love it here - it's close to everything in Kennesaw, but nobody knows exactly where it is so it's still a very quiet area.

Amazing community very pet friendly and amazing. The office can take a while to put paper work through sometimes but if you follow up with them they are more than happy to help you in anyway possible! Maintanence is great always follow up the next day and almost always fix the problem in minutes and never leave a mess speed and kindness of the maintenance staff is by far the best part about living in these apartments! More than worth the low monthly rent!

They should replace the carpet instead of cleaning it ever so often because it's still old and has stains from the previous resident. The display room is very misleading. I was disappointed that i didnt see the apartment before we moved in. Also the siding outside and on the balcony is filthy. Maybe pressure washing every 6 months wouldnt hurt. I had to clean my own balcony siding because it was killing my sinuses. Also only about half of the Electrical outlets are working. Im sure it was supposed to be a light and ceiling fan in my second bedroom. There is a light switch but no light. The entrance door frame looks wood glued on, it looks like a forced entry took place and instead of replacing the door frame they just glued the broken pieces back on. The dryer was also filthy upon move in. The door knob to the bathroom closet door was installed backwards. The laminate floor is unfinished in the bathroom behind the toilet. Its obvious they didnt clean up before we moved in, there were beer bottle stickers on the balcony door from the previous resident. The blinds were old as well.

It could be better. The cost of rent has increased tremendously and the maintenance on the units (inside and outside) could be better. Plus, parking is very limited and often have to park 2-3 units away.

I am not thrilled with the size and condition of the apartment when I moved in. The price is to expensive for the size of this apartment. There is no pantry, and the fixtures on the stove do not fit the elements. All the doors on the inside(2), have a gap. Refrigerator is not level, and light inside stove is out.
