Don't SETTLE for Halston Shiloh Valley
The only positive I can say about this property is the maintenance people, especially Willy, were great. They were always quick to respond to my online maintenance requests, & were very polite & professional. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Leasing Office. If you call the office for something, always expect to get their voice mail & don't be surprised if you don't receive a call back. If you do, I can assure you it won't be in a timely fashion. The same applies when you message them via the Resident portal. The few times I did manage to speak with anyone (whether via phone or person) they were not very helpful, and at times, were actually rude! The property management changed this summer, so hopefully things will improve in that regard, however that didn't seem to be the case when dealing with them during my recent move out process. The apartment itself was okay to start with, but soon after we realized otherwise. Dealt with several ant infestations while living there...they "paint" the bath tubs, so after cleaning them regularly for a few months the "paint" begins to peel, making the tub look disgusting...they are poorly insulated so your HVAC will run constantly to maintain a comfortable temperature, not to mention you will easily hear your neighbors, especially those living above you. The rent will increase considerably from year to year, so be prepared!! In closing, there are tons of apartment complexes in this area. I would highly suggest thoroughly exploring your options before settling for this one. If you do decide to move here, be sure you read your 50+ page lease very carefully so you are aware of all the rules, fees, etc... involved with both moving in & out of this complex.

This place is fantastic! The staff was great, price was right, and the grounds, trash receptacle, and entire property is super clean. By far the best apartment choice in the Kennesaw area! So Happy

Very good community with all facilities like Tennis court, swimming pool, Gym, Dog park and good neighborhood very near to Barrett parkway and office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and supportive

Overall Good place to stay. rent is little higher but it is worth because of it's very close to market and maintenance is also good. I would suggest to move in this society if u are looking for peace of mind.

Living at Shiloh Valley has been nothing less than amazing. Maintenance staff is quick to fix problems, and office staff will help you in any way they can. The apartments are in good shape and beautiful m. Very spacious and good for the price! The amenities are also very nice!

Great staff from office to maintenance! The office staff is always very professional yet very warm and receptive and always willing to answer any questions/concerns. Now that spring is here and Covid is calming down they are planning fun things for the community can't wait to see what summer brings when the pool is open!

Excellent location to reach various market places such as shopping centers, auto repair, banks, restaurants and groceries stores. Plus the added safe and quick access to two major highway routes: US 575 and US 75. Truely wonderful!

Since I have live here there have been 1 car break in where both front windows were broken, & sometimes it's hard to find parking late at nigh. Other than that incident it's has been Decent to live here so far.

So far so good. Very good staff and responsive by the team. The supporting and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and provide adequate service. I am happy staying at Atlantic station and recommend to stay.

I am happy with living at Shiloh Valley Overlook. This place was highly recommended to me by a co-worker, and she was right! My apartment is very pleasant, with high ceilings and big windows. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful.

lt has been great living here at Shiloh Valley. The safety, the hospitality and all has been great. l would definitely recommend these apartments. The amenities are also great here. l love how well they take care of the property.

So far no complaints, l have been hear going on five or six years. When l put in a maintenance request done in a reasonable amount of time, next day. This is one of the least expensive apartments in the Kennesaw area with a great location and amenities.

Overall solid community. Not everything always plays out exactly how I want. But the staff are always accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is on top of the requests. I definitely feel like they're on my side.

Whenever I have needed something looked at or fixed, they have always been on top of it. I've always been helped right away. They are very efficient and also very friendly. I would recommend Shiloh valley to anyone who wants to live in a clean, quit, safe apartment complex!!

Good place to live. Office staff is amazing and maintenance are friendly and always take care of issues. Recommend moving in if you're able. I have enjoyed my time in this community. There are some issues but nothing to make it unlivable.

Been great. Relaxed community and it is very well kept and organized. I like how quiet the community is. I've lived here for only a little over 2 months now, but my neighbors have been extremely friendly and I thoroughly have enjoyed having my own space in a quiet community. The facilities (gym,pool) are great and I love how accessible everything is.

Thus far this apartment has truly been amazing. The staff was the main reason for moving in! Super warm and welcoming. Not to mention location, location, location! The apartments are updated and the residents are nice and friendly. I feel safe here and Im proud to call Shiloh Valley home now.

It's a nice community with plenty of amenities but the apartment we toured was not the same as the apartment we are currently in, the master bedroom is smaller. There were a few problems but should be mostly fixable

Very nice management. Clean complex. No real issues. No bugs, quiet neighbors, great staff . Nice layout. Management is nice. Swimming pool is nice. I would reccomend. I feel safe, cameras on complex as well.
