Residents do need to contact the office directly for that service and request the treatment of their apartment, should the need arise.       A very safe, quiet, and clean community. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly to my service requests. I feel very comfortable living in this environment. I would highly reccomend Shiloh Valley if you're looking for a peaceful community to live in.

        Just moved in one week ago and so far I love it. Everyone is eager to please and want to make your time there a pleasant one. Willie the maintenance repair person has been awesome, he leaves a detailed work order for you to see and to understand what was done.

          Staff and maintenance are very friendly and courteous when I had to deal with them. They are typically prompt in fixing maintenance issues but the marijuana smells that come through the ventilation in my apt is unacceptable. I can walk in my front door and get blasted on any given day. Low and behold closing the bathroom door at night to wake up to a marijuana field in the morning. Otherwise it would consume the whole apt if all doors remain open all night. The ventilation need to be upgraded. There are also those German roaches here. Not much of a nuisance yet but they are in sight. Any sign is not good.

            The management staff loses paperwork and then waits several months before telling you. At which point they tell you that you have 24 hours to get it to them or be locked out of paying rent. I was at work when they called me. I had to leave work to take care of the paperwork therefore losing out on pay and upsetting my employer. The staff is friendly but gives you less than a 24 hour notice that they are going to enter your home. And there is an excuse at least once a month for them to enter. And for the amount i pay i would expect at least an appartment with amenities not falling apart. Espesually for a "newly remodeled" appartment.

              The community is very nice and quiet but the office staff and apartments suck for what you pay for them. You could pay for a whole entire house for what one apartment cost to live in a month and have space

                  Very professional and very organized. A very easy process. Raquel did a great job getting information and got me the apartment quickly. Community is secure and apartments well maintained. It is a nice, quiet community. Not as big as others in area which was a plus.

                      The maintenance team here is amazing I will say! But the management here is very poor and rude. They really don't communicate properly at all. I didn't have air for a whole year and they did nothing about it.

                        The price you pay for the quality of apartment you receive is not 1:1 here. Between persistent bug issues, outdated interiors, and hidden costs not communicated at signing (pest control fee, trash fees, etc) I'm extremely displeased with this complex, The silver lining is the maintenance staff - extremely friendly, timely, and always go above and beyond.

                          We had a good experience with our initial visit with Katherine to check out the property. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Once we decided to apply, Katherine guided us to complete our application process and helped us select the best apartment for our needs. She followed up with us personally to ensure we knew the correct documents to send her and confirmed when they were all received. Our check in with the front office went smoothly. Overall nice appearance of property, landscaping, buildings and inside apartment.

                            Overall, I've had a good experience living here. I lived in a 2 bedroom for a year and now I'm in a one bedroom in a different building. In both cases I've had no bug issues (outside of the norm of seeing one here or there), no major maintenance issues, and maintenance requests are handled relatively quick. The only down side is my neighbor who likes to blast his sound system but I can't blame the property for that since I haven't reported it. I do also wish the property would clean up the appearance of the stairways and steps.

                              The apartment was clean and in order when I moved in. Had a small problem with the garbage disposal and blinds in the bedroom which they took care of the next day with no issues. Overall I would recommend this place.

                                It is a very quiet community. I don't hear loud music or even the interstate. I love that is very clean and people clean up after their dogs. I do wish that the guest gate would replace the number on the keypad. Some guest have express the numbers rubbing off.

                                    It's been a great experience. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. The property is kept clean and orderly. All of the units are kept up to date, including appliances. Maintenance requests are taken care of exceedingly quickly.

                                        The experience wasn't what i thought it would be. It's like they hear your problems then they just go back to doing them. I feel like before i moved in they should of went to my apartment to make sure everything was clear to move in.

                                          Beautiful property! Always very clean from trash. Office staff isn't responsive. You mail and packages will probabaly be stolen if they go to the mailbox's (have them delivered to your door). Ashley in the office is sweet

                                            The manager Raquel is extremely unprofessional and I highly suggest you look elsewhere to rent. I've lived here for 2 years and I will never lease here again; which is quite unfortunate because the location and maintenance were both great. Unfortunately though her incompetence, her consistently rude attitude, and her overall poor management made the experience awful. Upon moving out, she inaccurately charged me hundreds of dollars for my move-out charges. When I called to dispute the charges it was clear she hadn't even checked to see what was really wrong with the apartment because she immediately called maintenance and they confirmed that the charges were wrong....so where did those numbers come from?? So had I not disputed, I would've paid over $300 extra simply because Raquel cannot do her job properly. And this is not the first time I've had poor dealings with her. Additionally, my friend who leased here last year sued (and WON) the complex (still under Raquel's management), so that should at least tell you everything right there. I'm only writing this to hopefully prevent others from going through similar unnecessary issues.

                                                  Great experience. No real complaints. Maintenance came when I needed. No bugs. There was always a community event. Shopping was super close. You have Target, Walmart, Publix all near each other. And movies and a he mall in the same area as well. My son's Elementary school is just 7 minutes away
