Decent place to live. High rent but doesn't meet the standards to warrant a higher rent. If they would clean up the dog poop and maintenance was not a battle might be a decent place to live. Property manager is rude.

Friendly and clean community! Ever since I moved in in 2024 I've been happy with my experience here. The complex has had high turnover with their maintenance team in the past but those issues seem to have been resolved. New crew is great and punctual

Me and my spouse are having a great time at Two Addison place. When we have our free time, we enjoy the pool game and swimming pool! Many residents use apartments facilities happily. Community is great

Beautiful Community. I moved here back in November 2023. I just love it here. The staff is very professional. The management team communicates very well. The grounds are well kept and scenery is so beautiful.

Nice apartment looks but takes forever for them to fix things. A person shouldn't be moving into an apartment and putting in a work order the same week they move in that's just unacceptable to me especially after already pushing move in date back

This is a great community to live in for the time being.Its pretty nice place to live and stay.Friendly staff. They are very helpful. I would recommend them to others. I do think there should be more security measures.

I've been very happy here and the staff is always very helpful! Love all the holiday perks and appreciate everything they do for us here. Megan in the management office is always very friendly and happy to help with any request.

If you ask to be put on pest control list multiple times in a row - they say they add you but never take care of it or send anyone. Pest control never comes when requested. However it does usually look nice when slobs haven't trashed public spaces (which is not uncommon).

Please with the tour and overall experience of Addison place. ApplicatIon process was fairly simple and was able to get an apartment right away. It's in a good location. Hospitality from the staff was great.

Nice location. Gated community but allows 3-4 cars to enter behind you. Still excited about move in but not pleased with condition of unit and response from staff when addressed. No resolutions unfortunately?

Maintenance skilled and prompt
The maintenance workers are skill and come prompt when I submit a work order. I had a fridge cooling motor issue, and they have me a new one to ensure I have a cooling fridge. They realized the motor was an issue and would cause a lot of problems. I have heard other apartments having nightmares with maintenance request, but I have never seen it with Two Addison Place.

Maintenance staff does a great job! On time and leaves the space clean. I have had a few incidents of the space left untidy in the laundry area but overall it's good Please encourage removing shoes when entering homes.

Fantastic office staff and much better maintenance crew than before. The whole community is beautiful and very easy to live in. I recommend this place to may other people looking for something with a nice availability of amenities and good staff

Place is great, pool is very nice. Garages are so nice to have close. Very close to everything you need, nice staff, apartments are very clean and bigger than you'd expect. Apartment always has events going on.

I do not have an issue with my dryer. I have an issue with my dryer vent to the outside of the building. There was a community wide dryer vent cleaning using a third party company. Immediately after my vent was cleaned my dryer stopped drying clothes effectively and my laundry room became a sauna with every load can take up to 3 hours to dry! My experience with dryers leads me to believe the vent is now completely clogged and the dryer no longer vents to the outside appropriately. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD! I had a perfectly good dryer BEFORE the vent cleaning. Now I am left with a working dryer but its ability to dry clothes is greatly diminished. I asked the vent cleaning company to come back their next working day and fix. Nobody was home when they returned. They left me a note saying the vent was clean and dryer heated appropriately. The issue was not resolved. The vent from dryer to wall is not clogged. The vent from the wall to the outside was not cleared so that my dry works as advertised. I am very uncomfortable knowing my dryer vent is blocked and could cause a fire with continued use. This MUST be addressed. I do not need a NEW dryer. I need my vent cleared so that I can use the dryer again. I've lived here over 5 years and have never had an issue like this. Please please please have the company return and CLEAR the vent to the outside of the building.

Moved from MN to Georgia in May 2023. I chose this community due to the newer amenities and nice area. The pool is great. Small gym to use as well. It also includes car wash station, garbage pickup, Amazon delivery hub, grills... Etc. Happy with my choice

Everything has been great so far! The only hiccup in the process was that my keys and locks needed to be changed due to wear and tear. Maintenance was able to answer my request quickly and was fixed within a day.

Think twice!! Yes you receive lists of sq ft for the price but at what cost. Dog waste everywhere, staff constantly changing, valet trash cancelled at a whim, and office staff can be rude and unhelpful.

The apartment is very comfortable and the amenities are amazing, you can enjoy and relax whenever you want, I highly recommend. The location has an easy access to the city and all services are available.

Most sufficient landscaping and maintenance I've ever experienced at a rental as well as the really kind and helpful staff. I feel like this place is very well taken care of and we are lucky to have the employees that we do.

The community is quiet and clean, but the washing machine was broken when I moved into the room, and there was a strange smell (the smell of wall paint). They also have access control, but they don't give you a remote control, so you need to buy it yourself.

My experience has been pleasant and welcoming. The staff have always been responsive to my needs. Repairs have always been responded to quickly. I decided to renew my lease an additional 15 months due to staff.

The community is very beautiful! The leasing consultant Megan was an amazing help. She took us on an informative tour and answered every question we had! I really appreciated her passion and drive. Our favorite part of the tour was the walkthrough of the apartments and viewing the amenities. We look forward to being apart of the community!
