down side of complex at least where I reside.... TRASH left by tenants outside my door or under the steps or where ever their feel like.....DOG poop on the grass or Breeze Way.....CONDOMS on the street by the trucking area and etc......Instead a dogpark that no one uses build a playground for kids to use...just a suggestion thank you

It's a great community. When we first moved in it was a very affordable option for us, but as all communities, they have gone up on pricing. It was a very small increase in rent for us (only around $50), but I know that the starting pricing now is higher than what we currently pay. We are currently working to buy a house, or we would definitely be renewing our lease for a third time.

I love that the walls are thick so I rarely hear any sound. Management continues ongoing beautification projects and improvements and the are excellent at responding to concerns or requests in a timely manner.

Two addison place is a quiet residential community surrounded by lush greenery. I have enjoyed living here for almost 8 years. The office staff are great and the maintenance team are quick to respond to problems that occasionally occur.

Very quiet and beautiful place. Very close to stores, shopping centres, eatery's and grocery stores. Highway is also close by. Entertainment is within few miles. Tybee island is only a half hour drive.

From beginning to current the staff has been much more than you can ask for in a management team. The com. They are superb. The community is diverse and very welcoming. Amenities are an additional plus. No complaints here!

Aside from a serious initial miscommunication concerning elevator access, this community is ideal for me as of the moment. The building is nice and quiet. Staff is excellent and maintenance requests are swiftly taken care of. The structure of the pool is exceptional. The complex is beautifully organized reminds me of Florida in Pooler. Too bad you couldn't extend the summer. The few people I have met are all nice and friendly.

Office staff are phenomenal! My apartment is quiet, comfortable and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and a Cosco is being built nearby. I had friends living here and they are very satisfied with the complex.

Current Resident. I have lived here 1 year and everything seems to be going well. The staff is helpful and considerate. If you are thinking about leasing here please consider the following things. Things to consider: -They use a variable rent which changes on a daily basis based on availability so if you get unlucky, you may end up paying a LOT more. For me I got lucky because I rented the day after I viewed the place so I got a good price. The rent also varies based on your move in date. However, many of the complexes in the area do the same. -Like most places only Comcast does the internet, I haven't had any complaints but this may bug some people. -Cell service isn't good in your apartment unless you're signed on wifi since the buildings are concrete. Pros: -Quiet area, no noise of aircraft overhead which is a real problem for some of the places in Pooler. -Good sound proofing, I have never heard a peep from my neighbors. However my apartment is on the top floor so i don't have experience with dealing with noise from above since the living room is not carpeted. -Good insulation, I live on the top floor and my AC doesn't kick in much even when it's hot out. I keep my apartment pretty cold (72-74) but my electric bill is very reasonable. -Great floor plans. The apartments are beautifully laid out. -Office staff always pleasant to work with -Maintenance staff works hard to keep the place up -Lots of storage space -The leasing staff and maintenance people are very nice -The apartment was in excellent condition when they gave it to me and any small things were fixed quickly -Online rent payments (direct bank transfer doesn't have a fee, payments made with credit cards have a percentage fee) -USPS makes Sunday package deliveries! Cons -They don't offer stainless steel appliances -You have to paint your own accent wall -I find the microwave a little subpar -Only 1 pool and seems to get over crowded in the summertime. -No package lockers, you have to rush to the office before they close. -Apartment light bulbs are yellow instead of bright white makes -Valet trash is mandatory, once again this is a thing at a number of complexes in the area but I would prefer to not pay the additional 35 bucks a month, especially since they have a large trash compactor onsite. I would recommended to family, friends and co workers.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Starting from the staff, always friendly and greeting you with a smile, to the very well equipped gym, without forgetting to mention the FREE dog wash and car wash!! The apartments are beautiful and the gated community gives a great sense of exclusivity. It's extremely close to just about any restaurant or shopping center you can think of. My dog loves the new dog park even though he's lazy and would much rather hang out on the couch. I highly recommend considering these apartments if you're deciding to move to the area, I know I'm glad I did.

Overall, I recommend this place. The location is superb, the community utopian. The caveats: the apartments and some amenities are outdated compared to newer complexes being built, but Two Addison Place is lower in cost. But, overall, the property staff and maintenance are very friendly and always helpful. The biggest issue with many apartment complexes, including this one, are thin walls. I hear my neighbor above me walking around at 5am with her heels on before leaving for work. Just something to accept, not much can be done. Instead, one can focus in on the tropical pool, the free unlimited coffee, the gorgeous restaurants, shopping mall near by, quick access to I-95 and I-16. And the most amazing thing: the beach is only a 45 minute drive. I lived here a few years ago, left for a work assignment and when I came back, I came back here. It is the best choice by far and I would choose it again.

I love this community because it a great environment to live in . My neighbors are respectful and maintenance is great !! More specifically , the office is pretty hit or miss. It depends on who your working with . ------ is amazing ( shes the property manager ) she comes out and speak to everyone . She comes out and helps when it gets busy .-------- is new but she is also wonderful ! She helps me every time ! Shes a big ball of sunshine . I FREAKING LOVE IT ! Do not work with ------- ! She thinks the office is a day care . I have witnessed with my own eyes , her sit in the office while -------- had all these people. She even said ok when -------- told her there were people in the office , BUT SHE NEVER CAME OUT. awful personality . ----- is the best ! He came to fix work orders in my apartment really fast . I live in building one ( by the pool) and its great. It just one staff i worry about .

Very pleasant and very are very nice and the grounds are well kept. I like the security of the grounds. You can hear a little noise from your neighbor from time to time. Everyone have their pets on a leash when walking then and they clean up behind them I glad to be a part of this community.

This is definetly one of the better places I have lived at. Highly reccommended. Maintenance is great. Amenities are well kept. The community staff are always friendly and receptive. Not to mention, its so close to everything local.

Do not live here ... The office is rude .. Maitenance non -existent . It is not the community it shows on the website . anywhere in pooler would be better than renting here .!ask anyone that is a resident if you visit ...awful place !

The staff is okay sometimes. The constant reminders of rules feels like a threat. They landscaping looks bad. Landscapers prune shrubs down to the core don't give the time to grow . Need to replace all dead shrubs and add fresh mulch or straw.

The noise travels easily from upper level to lower level, specially the walking noise and if a person taking shower or flushing toilet. It is a nice place for living in apartment. Last time I lived in an apartment was about 25 years ago.

The community is close to downtown Savannah and both military installations. I like the square footage size and that it comes with washer and dryer. The downside is you pay a convenience fee for valet trash that usually does not pick up your trash. The grill tends to be broken a lot and the upkeep of amenities are not as good as they use to be. The maintenance team typically fix stuff in a timely manner. Probably will not renew the lease and rent a house or buy a house for the amount of rent I am charged. This was just convenient choice moving to Georgia from out of state.

Management takes luxury out of living at this community. They are rude and think they are above the residence. Trouble contacting the office, receiving maintenance needs, grounds are a mess, noisy, and smells terrible. We do have new appliances, but most were installed incorrectly and do not work appropriately. Flooring was laid down crooked with open gaps. An animal lived in the apartment before we moved in and tore up the interior.
