Love living in building one, fourth floor. Quiet most of us the time. The elevator is priceless.Staff is awesome! Why are you telling me I have to use at least 201 characters in red. Perhaps you mean “maximum”!

For the most part the apartment grounds are great. The convenience of having a washer and dryer is very nice if not a little small. Only real issue so far is the walls are rather thin so you can hear a lot from the other apartments.

Two Addison Place is in the perfect location for someone who works from home like me. It's quiet enough to focus, but close enough to everything that I could possibly need. The team was very helpful in getting documents and info to me in a timely fashion throughout my move-in.

The Staff and management have been very helpful. I have always been very pleased by the way I am treated when issues arise. The maintenance staff does a wonderful job as well. I look forward to many more years at Addison Place.

To many noise, the surround areas are dirty and the garden also. The parking area is the worse. The office staff are awesome. The pool is great. The floor plan are ok. The privacy is not the best, but is safe. The community is nice. A lot of place close to the area.

My Mom has loved this apartment complex since the moment we saw it advertised in a Savannah magazine. She re-locatd from Brooklyn, NY and was greeted by a super friendly and accommodating staff. They strive to make this establishment one of peace & tranquility. WE LOVE IT!

I am a travel nurse and have lived in a lot if apartment comminities. This place was top notch. First it is well managed, and staff responded to issues immediately and have great communication with residents. Everything is kept clean and updated ( pool, grpunds, gym, etc). I also have to recognize the staff for throwing such amazing community events. Working long hours and moving frequently make it very hard to meet new people. The community events were well organized, and allowed me to make some connections. The pool parties were my favorite. I am also a dog owner and I sincerely appreciate there strict poop policy ( they run doggy DNA if you don't clean up after your pets). No biggie if you are a responsible dog owner who does the right thing and cleans up after themselves. I was also disheartened by some of the negative reviews on this website as my experience was amazing. Let's be realistic this place has family's with kids, kids can be loud, they like to play, if you are looking for complete piece and quiet, then buy a home. I also have to say I felt so safe and secure living here. Trust me, not all communities are like this! If i ever find myself living I this area again this will be the place for me!

I've been a resident here for a couple of years and in the beginning, the pet waste was a huge issue. With the management staff that is currently in place, this issue has been reduced dramatically to the point that you would believe that no pets live in the apartments. The management staff are beyond wonderful and will do anything and everything to make sure you are taken care of. The maintenance staff are always quick to fix any issue that comes up, regardless of how big of a job it may be. Recently I walked into the office to speak with one of the ladies and I witnessed someone visibly upset and ranting. From what I can tell, they were mad that they were not following the rules and this was found out by the office. The office personnel that was speaking with the person did so in a very calm manner even though they were being yelled at. The professionalism that was displayed by that staff member was, in my opinion, beyond excellent. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff within the office and from what I have seen, the treat every person with the southern hospitality that one would expect. The resident events that the staff puts on are always fun, especially this summer's pool party in July. Trust me when I say this, this has been a great place to live.

This community looks great by it's appearance but the overall community is very poorly managed when it comes to the management enforcing any policies that are in the Lease Policy Agreement also known as Management Addendum. The noise from neighbors living above is intolerable. The management did not explain that the policy is only in place as false security that we live in a community where the policies would be enforced to preserve a peaceful, respectful and safe neighborly environment to which we as a community respect each others boundaries. No surveillance to protect property.

First off, the office staff are great. They are very friendly, professional, l and responsive. The company also seems to do a very good job screening the tenants. Almost everyone you encounter in the community are great. So, if you are looking for an apartment community without undesirables, this is a good place. The amenities are good. With the good comes the bad. There is little to no sound proofing in the floors or the walls. I if you live on the first or second floor it could be a nightmare above you. Whoever designed the place thought it would be a good idea to put in hard laminate flooring and no sound proofing. The first tenants above us had a child that was very active in the evenings and well past quiet time of 10pm. The child was constantly running back and forth and jumping from the furniture. The second tenants often wore cowboy boots and high heels. They also had a couple of midsize dogs, so anytime they were playing it could be quite a ruckus. You could clearly hear when they were sliding around toys chewing rawhide bones on the floors. The tenants below us were previously in another apartment and moved because a child was always riding his tricycle around. Not only are the floors really thin, but so are the walls. Some of the apartments have a floor plan where the master bedrooms butt up against the neighbors' master bedroom. It was evident there was little to know soundproofing as we could clearly hear EVERYTHING above a whisper. Also, the snoring got pretty bad and eventually I ended up wearing earplugs every night. I am not exaggerating about the thin floors and walls. Don't say I didn't warn you. We lived in a poolside apartment, second floor. If you like quite evenings, or quiet weekend, you should forget about living poolside. The pool is in the middle of the apartment building and the sound reverberates badly. Also, people were taking their own stereos and this became a bit of a problem. We looked at the apartment in the off season. I failed to take this into consideration. The water tastes bad, and It's not a chlorine taste. More like the plastic pipes when it sits a while. Run the faucet for 30 seconds and it's ok. The only thing that justified the high rent prices was it felt like a pretty safe place. Other than that, some serious corners were cut in the construction. There is no peace and quiet unless you live in a top floor corner unit away from the pool.

What a wonderful property to live on. This is our first time in Georgia and we're loving this area and the property. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. The staff here have been very helpful in any questions we may have about the property and/or area. And the pool is to die for. It's going to be a great summer.

I have lived at Two Addison Place for three years! I must say my experience has been great! I do not have anything bad to say about this place. The staff is always professional and nice. Shelby, Erica, Billie, and Ali are exceptional people and they care about their residents! The grounds are always immaculate! Furthermore, the maintenance workers are always professional and on point when you have an issue in your home. I'm leaving because I'm moving out of the country! I highly recommend this to place to live! I promise you, you will not regret it! Thanks Two Addison Place for a great living experience! :-)

I have lived at Two Addison Place for almost 2 years and I love it here! The management staff is absolutely wonderful and works so hard to make sure that everyone and everything is taken care of. The maintenance guys are quick to fix any issues you may have and are always so courteous. The resident events here are always a great time and so much fun! The location is fantastic! I never have to worry about traffic especially with being so close to 2 interstates. Trust me when I say that you do not want to miss out on living here!

I wanted to take the time to write a review on the community that I am currently living in, Two Addison. I have lived in several places over the years but I have never stayed in a property where the staff goes above and beyond. I would especially like to recognize Erica Odom, one of the properties leasing professionals. Notice how how I said professional because she delivers outstanding customer service everyday with a smile on her face. Keep up the good work, you make living here a delight!!!

I have lived her since 2014 and still love being here. The staff as well as the matinance staff are EXCELLENT! Always professional and courteous. I can't say enough about the office staff. They are always helpful no matter what questions or concerns I pose. The grounds are always beautiful. When I have family visit, they always say, "it's like being at a resort"! I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a "top-notch" place to call home!

I have lived at Two Addison Place since October 2015. I had not lived in an apartment setting for over 25 years so I was a little leery about moving into an apartment but I must say that living here is atypical of most apartment settings. The apartments are modern and truly sound-proof! I almost never hear it raining outside, even when it coming down torrential-like! Living here is a definite luxury experience. From door-side valet trash to the gazebo grill areas with flat screen televisions and the club house complete with pool table, coffee and ice Two Addison Place is truly a luxury apartment home. The staff is quick to respond to any issue, even minor issues like changing the living room ceiling light bulbs! Each month we are treated to some sort of event...this month was an afternoon pool party. I enjoyed it and was delighted to see the children in the pool having a great time. I love the monthly farmers market which is set up in the parking area right outside of the gate the first Wednesday of the month. I could go on and on but I think this is a nice community and well worth the money!

I've lived at Two Addison for 9 months now. I was in a one bedroom apartment I absolutely loved. The floor plans and upgraded features are to die for. The office staff has always been helpful and prompt with returning phone calls. I recently moved in with my guy and we decided to upgrade to a two bedroom. After looking around at several places, we decided to stay at Two Addison. The transfer of apartments was seamless paperwork wise. I wasn't able to tour the new apartment before moving in, but we were shown what we thought was an equivalent. A couple big windows are significantly smaller in our apartment which was a bummer, but oh well. We moved in and discovered several things were broken/wrong. Our master bedroom light wouldn't work, a couple doors looked like they were painted by a five year old, a couple appliances had small issues, and a closet had floor that smells like dog pee, among other things. Maintenance staff doesn't work on the weekends and we moved on a Saturday. However, first thing Monday they started repairing everything on our list. It's been a week and we have nearly everything done and the staff has been great about responding to our many calls and requests. The floor on our bathroom will all be replaced Monday and then we'll be good to go. The staff has apologized many times over for not catching these issues. It seems maintenance staff is still a problem but you can bet Ali and the rest of the staff will make sure it gets done. The gate to the community has always been an issue, with lightning strikes and people ramming it. So if that's important to you, just be warned. But other than that we still love calling this place home!

The good: I have a floor plan that I simply can't give up. I've owned a home before and decided apartment life is just easier for my life style. I can't give it up and it's the only thing that makes me want to stay. I've been extremely lucky to have neighbors who are pretty quiet. (More on noise under the bad) They staff does try to hold community gatherings to try and bring residents together and create friendships. Something not done as often in other places. (More on this under the bad) The cost of rent is pretty much standard for this area however it does lack some basic features that other communities offer. Some of the newer built places will have an alarm, water included, or some sort of free cable service (basic basic basic cable) The bad: I've had several issues with maintenance guys randomly popping in my apartment with no announcement. A quick knock knock, and door is open by the time they were done knocking. Also my neighbor caught a maintenance guy hiding in his closet for over 30 mins. At which point the worker was walked out the front door at gun point. The Manager was notified and her response was "people get complacent" We immediately installed our alarm system, with camera monitoring, and motion sensors. I notified the office of this and magically not a single person comes anymore. Not even for the routine checks like they used to do. I won't even bring up the story where I had to stay in a hotel for 4 days while my AC was being fixed. Key note to take away from this situation: I got zero reimbursement for having to stay in a hotel and the office manager told my wife, IN FRONT OF ME, I was an idiot for listening to the maintenance guy. In the defense of the staff almost all the previous workers have been fired. New manager, new office workers and maintenance workers. Although 2 or 3workers are still here from the previous staff. Which brings me to my next point, every problem you have will result in the excuse "well, we have new Managment" The property has changed owners twice I believe, and office managers probably 4,5, or 6 times in 2 years. The new staff came a with new residential portal that we use to pay rent. Previously I always paid rent with my debit card strait over the Internet. When it came to pay rent this previous month I couldn't log in. I had to make a new portal log in and my bill looked completely different. Upon further investigating, they now charge residents a fee to pay their rent. They only way to get around paying a fee to pay rent is to give them your bank account information or a money order. The fee will change depending on your rent cost. They tried to charge me almost 4% fee to pay my rent. By the time everything from new prices, portal login, employee explanations and lack of communication was figured out, my rent was late. The next day they sent an email out reminding everyone of changes coming. My next point: this place is absolutely terrible at information flow and here's my example to prove it. This has happened twice, most current being the date of review. They hold some sort of farmers market thing in the parking lot of the property. The first time I got the pleasure of listening to roosters outside my window. Not a big deal, I'm a country boy, but from some roosters and the redneck fair setting up shop in your parking lot may be an issue. They sent out an email at 2:35 saying all cars need to be moved from the parking lot by 3 or they will tow everyone's car at the owners expense. This is the second time they have done it with this event, no previous notification given at all. I Hope you dont have two cars go on a vacation, or goto work past 3pm. The dog park is basically a giant sand/mud pit covered in dog ----. Outside every entrance of the building is a public toilet for animals. To the point where it's killed grass and the smell carries through the breeze way. (If it's hot. Nothing like a steaming pile of ---- brewing stink in the Georgia heat) They are trying to implement a program to collect animal poop and send it off for DNA testing and charge residents for failure to clean up after your dog. That's how out of hand the dog crap is. Also they spray chemicals on the breeze way floors to help reduce bugs as well. DO NOT LET YOUR DOGS LICK OR SNIFF THE GROUND IN THE BREEZE WAYS. Unexpected expenses and annoyances: be prepared to buy water or filter your water. The water here smells and taste like poop, LITERALLY! It will make you gag first thing in the morning when you brush your teeth. I dont care how many times you try and flush the water system or drain all the hot water as they staff suggests. I've been here 2 years and it's always been bad. The fire alarms in the apartments can cause hearing damage. I've had to put duct tape over all my speakers to reduce the sound. During a fire inspection in 2015, the Fire Marshall told me I couldn't that, it's illegal. When I explain how loud it is he just looked at me confused. He had one of his guys go trigger the fire alarm, and every single fire fighter to include the Marshall had to cover their ears and go outside. The fire Marshall told me that's way to loud and is definitely loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. He then tested it with the tape on all the alarms. I was told very quietly by someone "when we leave put the tape back up when we leave" doesn't sound serious but fire alarms are known to go off anywhere from 1-10 times a month. Kids have become a huge problem in my building. They run the halls screaming and yelling, playing hide n seek. Knocking on doors and running and all the other things associated with kids. Finally caught them, and swung the door open with gun in hand. They don't knock on my door anymore. (------- move I know but it's illegal for me to best some little kids ---) All in all, it's hard to beat the floor plans. It's the only reason I stay. If the floor plans are not what has pulled you here, I'd go find another place. There's new apartments 4 miles down the road. There is a new community almost finished and ready for move in. As soon as it's done I'm moving,

Overall, I'd say Two Addison Place in Pooler, GA is one of the nicest apartment complexes in the Savannah area. Many of the other apartments are "cookie-cutter", if you know what I mean. Not all, but most of the floor plans at Two Addison Place have some unique details that you can't find at other apartments in SAV. I live in a 3 bedroom unit, and every time I enter my apartment I am welcomed by a tall sun-roof, and it makes my apartment look so much better. The maintenance staff is pretty quick to fix up some problems around the apartment, and they try their best to keep the community safe and clean. The pool is definitely nice, but my only complaint about the amenities is the fitness center. It is small compared to how many units are at this apartment complex. They do have an on-demand video fitness room on the second floor which is nice, but it lacks some of the equipment that is being used in the videos. Overall though, everyday it feels like I'm waking up in some resort in Casablanca. The grounds are well maintained, the neighbors are pretty friendly, and the gate actually stays closed during the day. I am very happy here compared to my small downtown apt I used to live in.
