I am going to be relocating to Ga from NJ this property seems great and somewhere I'd like to live. Can someone tell me what's required to move in and how hard is the process? Moving from state to state is already going to be tough as it is. Thanks and also what are the HOA fees.

This was such a beautiful place to live with amazing amenities. I moved in when it first opened, and the staff was friendly and professional. They were very welcoming and assisted with any concerns or questions we had. As soon as the management changed, so did the attitudes. There are some ladies there that should not work in customer service. They have been very rude (more times than not) and showed an overall lack of respect. It was very disappointing to see such a beautiful place turn unpleasant because of the people the new management chose to hire. It would be such a shame if they continue down this path of bad service.

After moving between apartments for the past two to three years, Two Addison Place feels like a Golden Palace at the end of a road filled with Bate's Motels. Thus far it is the best apartment complex I have been to and is located very conveniently near Pooler and a short drive away from Savannah via a highway. First off Two Addison Place is very well maintained and well kept. The lawns are mowed weekly and plants treated to prevent reaching into parking. Maintenance responds quickly to requests, my doorknob jammed and locked me out of the house, but maintenance came quickly and replaced the knob. Also the pest control is excellent as I haven't had a single insect infestation in the year I have been here, which is saying something because Coastal Georgia is pretty heavy on insects and my other apartment homes got infested quickly. The staff are all friendly and kind, especially the girls up front who are a big help. They make an effort to come to know folks who live here. My only complaint is that some room units have angled walls, but minor decoration helps alleviate that. All in all, Two Addison Place has been a very pleasant experience and I recommend it.

I've been living in Two Addison for a little over 6 months now, and I can truly say I feel like this is home. My two bedroom has plenty of room, is energy efficient, and has plenty of favorable amenities. Two Addison is located in an ideal part of Pooler: close to both major interstates, and close to the new Tanger Outlets and restaurants... but far enough away from the new attractions to avoid traffic. I have enormous gratitude for the girls at the leasing office, Kim and Chelee, for always being willing to lend a helping hand. As I am frequently on the road for a couple days at a time, I often rely on Kim and/or Chelee to help pick up packages that were left at my doorstep. Not to mention their willingness to go out of their way to keep these packages safe in the leasing office, their inviting personalities makes it a pleasure to pick them up when I arrive home! I have yet to have any major maintenance issues. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Horrible office people. Horrible. Assistant manager is pretty terrible along with the Asian lady about not Giving a rats behind about there tenants. If you have issues with anything, you're given the "deal with it" attitude. Such a beautiful place to live, shame the people you have to deal with to live here are so bad. Paying a pretty penny for a 2 bedroom, you'd expect a heck of a lot more hospitality and empathy out of these people.

Being new to the area, I was searching for a place to call my own, and Two Addison was that place. After touring place after place and finding less than acquit housing this place was a blast of fresh air. The staff did everything to make the process as quick and easy as possible. Great management team and an even better staff. Thanks so much for helping me find my home!

The BEST apartment I have ever lived in!! I am a young professional working in Savannah. I have lived in 3 different apartments, 2 of which were in Savannah. I have been at Addison Place now for 6 months and I love it! The entire complex is brand new. The landscaping and surrounding areas are beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. They just built a fire pit, a car wash station with a pavilion, and a dog park. The actual apartment itself is very nice. Before I came to Addison Place, I was actually considering renting a house. After my first tour however, I decided on this apartment because II was blown away by how modern everything is. My apartment is spacious; I can watch the living room tv while I cook in the kitchen. The living areas/kitchen are hardwood laminate and the bedrooms are light carpet. The walls are soundproof, I haven't heard any of my neighbors through any walls. My window overlooks a grassy courtyard area, which has benches and the fire pit. The amenities are great as well. When I first toured the apartment, I thought I was at a 5 star resort. The main building is huge, and that's where many of the apartments are, though there are many buildings spread thoughtfully throughout the complex. The main building has a gym which includes free-weights (Huge plus for me), ellipticals, treadmills, and weightlifting machines (legs/back/chest/arms). It also has space for free-cardio movement. There is also a second mini gym above the main gym. There is a system there that allows you to choose workout/yoga/mobility training videos on a huge tv. I've done the mobility training a few times and it was very relaxing. The room also houses 2 work out bikes. You can use the tv in conjunction with the bikes for a virtual bike riding tour experience. Another thing I really like about this apartment are the people. The people who work here have always been very nice and answered all of my questions promptly. The move in process was easy as well. I actually had a small maintenance issue that I submitted at 2:00 AM this morning, and the maintenance people came today (Less than 12 hours after I submitted it) and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Like I said, the people here are nice....and not just the people who work here either. All of my neighbors and just people you walk by are all really nice and will spark up a conversation just to see how you're doing. I've had such a good experience here I actually got 3 of my co-workers to live here. They all love it too. Whenever one of my friends talk about my apartment they refer to it as "The Spanish Condo" looking place. I get a kick out of it. If you are looking for residency close to Savannah or it's neighboring cities you should definitely live at Addison Place. Just make sure to be nice and keep sparking up conversations :)

My overall experience at two Addison place was amazing!!.. Everything was ran smoothly, easy, and quick. The assistant manager Logan fox helped me and my wife out tremendously and got things done for us right away, showed us every apartment possible to fit our every need with no complaints, sighs or attitude as a lot of people claimed the staff did while trying to get info about this community age does not matter from staff when it comes to being professional , courteous , nice and mindful to make you as comfortable as possible and all of this was shown while being helped by Logan. I am really looking forward to living here and hopefully be here for sometime.

We've lived here for a little while now and have seen this place improve tremendously. If I had to bet I'd say the new management has a lot to do with it. I can't relate to the negativity about their office staff. From the constant upgrades to the amenities to the friendly attitudes and helpfulness from everyone in the main office this is a great place for me and my family. If i had a complaint, itd be that I run into a lot of rude people that live here.

I recently came to view the property and had a tour with Kim, she was very friendly and helped answered all my questions I was very impressed with the property I especially loved the granite counter tops and could picture myself sitting next to the pool. Overall everyone was friendly but Kim was the best and proved to be very knowledgeable.

Lived here for a few months now, being military it's always hard to make a new place home. The staff here were very welcoming and couldn't have made the move an easier. I moved from a property just about 7 miles from here that while closer too base went down hill really quick after a management change. The entire complex is not like anything you see in this area...very Miami like...with a nice pool and decent gym...I LOVE there is plenty of parking and grilling with tv's that's just awesome...Can't wait for summer and football season. This place rocks and the entire staff just are amazing. Friendly is an understatement, they make me feel like family and when you're 465 miles from home...that's pretty awesome.

I've notice a lot of bad reviews, I have lived in Addison Place for 5 months now and it is a beautiful complex. The positive side of being here is that its close to all the shopping center. It's 20 min from downtown Savannah on Interstate 16 which is 2 mins away. Close to my job at the hospital at St. Joseph. They have a dog park and the pool is amazing. My apartment is located on the floor above the office which is located near the gym and yoga room. The office does a meet and greet once a month and provides food and beverages for the tenants(free food is always popular). My family and I never had any problem within the apartment so I can't comment much on that. I have a 2/2 and it's not the same as a house that we are use to but it is spacious for a family of 3. Like any apartment there will be some noise but we havent had to say anything to anyone. The cons: I have a 10 yr old and there is nothing for her to do, no kids park and they turned the media room upstairs into a yoga room that no one ever uses. Before the new management came and change it, a lot of tenants would use it as a study room or a meeting room. Now it's just a useless yoga room. I've read that there are drug dealers that live here and I walk my dog out late at night and never notice any issue but again I live in building 1 so I don't see what happens or notice anything strange pass building 4. I have notice kids that come to this apartment from the surrounding neighborhood trying to get access to the pool that they should beware of. I think that this complex draws in my single/ young adult couples with no kids. I feel comfertable letting my daughter walk to her friends house and around the complex with the dog. I think that if this place was more kid oriented then more family would live here. Instead they draw in more of a younger crowd. All in All we like living here and have no complaints. Even though no kids park my daughter finds a way to make the apartment a little fun. The school bus picks up the kids at the stop sign located in the front of the building. There is one girl in the office that I would go to for sure and her name is Chelee! I would say come check out the place for yourself and they have a room that they rent for tenant families at a decent price. If you stay a night, that would allow you to check out the place before making a decision.

This place was awesome when we first got here, lovely staff and friendly. They were willing to work with you if issues popped and up then.... The new staff came in. Aweful is the only way to put it. The Asian lady in the front is just the most unpleasant person you will ever meet. It's sad she is even allowed to work here. They promise this or at least portray this beautiful image about this place (which its a VERY nice place) but they allow this doorknob to work here. A bit condescending. The two blonde girls however are very nice. I do miss the old staff, it's amazing how a simple staff change can kill your hype of your living establishment. If you have a noise complaint, forget it. It's will never be taken care of. But earmuffs.

My wife and I move in here last August and have never been happier. The Staff with the new management company is amazing! Especially Tara and Kim. The resident events they host are fun, and the owner even comes to them and listens to suggestions. The outdoor areas are nicely landscaped and not just boring bare spaces. Parking is ample and well lit at night without being intrusive. The amenities are very nice and the fitness room even has a yoga area with mirrors that my wife loves. The outdoor grilling area has TV's and a gas fire pit and is a great place to hang out with friends. All in all, an excellent living experience. You won't be disappointed.

I recently decided to relocate to Two Addison Place in Pooler, GA. The experience has been nothing less than pleasant. The staff was very helpful and offered to tour me apartments until I found the right fit. The application and leasing process was well explained and easy to compete. The staff was helpful during the move in process and the apartment was clean and ready on the move-in date. The exterior of the apartments have a Mediterranean style and are well appointed with hardwood floors, granite countertops, ceiling fans, and high ceilings. The community is quiet and the grounds and amenities are very well manicured. There is a single entrance at the front of the property and are two exits, which is helpful. Each resident has the option to use ValetWaste, a service that will pick your garbage up for you each evening at your door. The resort style saltwater pool has plenty of seating with two cabanas. There are two separate workout facilities that are always clean and one is equipped with a virtual workout system. Each time I have used the private outside gas grilling area and gas fire pit they have worked really well. The grilling area has a bar and tables with seating and two TVs with cable for everyone to use. The property is also building a second new charcoal grilling and wood fire pit area for the community. The dog park has recently been updated by adding obstacles for the dogs. I have met all my neighbors and everyone has been friendly in the community. This is a gated community with law enforcement that live onsite. The office staff throw a party for every holiday and special occasion and are engaging with the residents. So far I have been to a mardi gras and St. Patrick's Day party. The property is five minutes from restaurants and stores on Pooler Parkway, as well as, I-16 and I-95. My experience thus far has been great and I would recommend this property with confidence to anyone looking to relocate to the Pooler area.

I recently got back from being deployed and was in search for a new place to live, I was a little reluctant to move that far away from Ft Stewart but after going on tour with Kim, she defiantly gave me every reason to move in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to show me apartments with the specs. that I was looking for. The move in process also went well and I am now a happy resident at Two Addison Place.

We have lived at Two Addison PL since September. We were so excited about living here ... except we have had a few problems that have not been addressed in proper time. Here are my concerns: 1) The smell of the sinks. We pay 1000 + TO LIVE HERE for a 1 B, 1.5 bathroom... our main bath we barely use because the sink smells so awful. It's nauseating trying to brush my teeth in the morning because of the sewage smell. 2) NO ONE ever answers the phones here. It doesn't matter what time of day it is... I have not ONCE spoken to a Two Addison office staff member via phone. I have to go to the office to talk to someone. 3) I have had a maintenance concern for over a month. I've called and emailed (left voicemails because like previously stated no one answers the phone) ... I have even been up to the office and mentioned I want it fixed. They haven't done a thing. 4) Recently I have had a concern with a neighbor... the police have been here twice late at night pounding on this person's door due to a warrant for their arrest. I wonder about my safety here sometimes and it's a shame because we pay so much money to live here. Perhaps y'all should start doing more thorough background checks with your residents. Overall living here is okay. The grounds are nice. The pool is pretty. Gym is ok. We like most of our neighbors. Wish we got what we paid for though.

The best place to live in Pooler is here at Two Addison Place. Tara, Kim, Logan, and Shellie are wonderful. From the tour to the move in the most professional staff in town is here at Two Addison Place. Reasonably priced luxury living at the cost of average apartments. The property is well kept and quite. If you are looking for a great place to call home...this is the place for you.

We finally looked at the apartments today after leaving our information twice before when they couldnt show the apartments. This is the second staff member who had the personality of a doorknob. We felt judged from the moment we walked in as if they thought we couldnt afford the apartments. First while leaving the office a resident tried to walk in as we were walking out. This staff member couldnt have been any ruder to her. She quickly shut the door and started to walk away then turned to tell her she could sit out side and wait. We were shown a 1 bedroom first. It was a handicap apartment. Finding out what the difference in that apartment and a non handicap apartment would be was like pulling teeth. The floors in this apartment were horrible. There were very noticeable scratches and huge chunks missing out of the stained concrete floors. When we asked if it was fixable we were told no, it happens from moving things around on the floor but they cant do anything about it. The apartment was falling apart! When asking about the pet deposit we were told $850.. which wasn't corrected and was quickly played off when I voiced my concern on that price. All around the community was beautiful and look well taken care of on the outside. I've been excited for 8 months about moving here when my lease was up. I probably would have if it wasnt for the staff member and the presentation of the apartment. You shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The price of the apartments were well in our price range. We finally went a few miles down the road and found an apartment thats few hundred dollars more per month but well worth it when the staff is friendly.

The complex and rooms are beautiful in design but do not function well. Clean water is the issue of large concern here due to the fact that it seems unavailable. The water holds a smell and color. We are not sure if it is the result of the plumbing system put in by the complex or a city issue, but the when the staff is notified by residents about the water concerns they are very dismissive. Maintenance staff has come and left a blank sheet of paper on the counter and we have seen no change in the water. We have notified staff of this and again it was handled in a dismissive manner. If there is a larger problem at hand the leasing staff will not communicate with us about it. We do appreciate the clean amenities and little noise but when there is an actual problem that needs to be addressed we are not sure who to address it to. The walls are a bit thin because we can hear even our neighbors below walking and speaking clearly. I do not recommend this apartment to other possible residents.

Before I moved in was promised by the representative that the exterminator would spray for bugs in the apartment and the apartment would be cleaned by the move in date..WRONG the apartment wasn't cleaned and the same bugs I saw when I was shown the apartment a week earlier was STILL THERE!!! Mrs. Lyn assured me that the apartment would be cleaned and it was not to my specifications but it was better than when I walked in. Currently still fighting bugs and waiting on the exterminator. All in all the transition started out bumpy, but I'm enjoying my apartment would recommend Two Addison Place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

This place is a resort!!!!! I love living here and I come from a beautiful home on the water in Charleston, South Carolina. I was relocated here in March for work. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area as I am a little spoiled as far as taste, and this place fit the bill. Resort style saltwater pool area that reminds me of a Caribbean hotel. Hardwood floors and tall ceilings with granite counter tops. Valet trash. And the cook out area is second to none with an amazing grill and fireplace in a private location (not attached to amenities area like most apartments). The staff have always been very professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The website does not do this place justice. I would recommend visiting in person.

I have lived in a few apartment communities in Savannah, Ga and had the worst experience of my life at all three of them! I started researching and found Two Addison Place, and saw that this was brand new. I decided to give this Community a shot even though it was about 15 minutes from my job. When I moved in the were still building and it was about 10 people living at Two Addison at the time. Management has been the absolute best! They have always worked with all my concerns and needs. They have always communicated with me and I really do appreciate everything they have done! I have already made a commitment to Lyn, about signing up for a lease in October for a bigger apartment!

I was excited when I moved in, but now I regretted my decision. The walls are thin, I can hear my neighbor pretty well. When my upstairs neighbor walk around, I can hear it loud and clear. There is mold growing in my apartment, voiced concerns and no solutions from the complex. The disposal is broken, sink is broken, bathroom sink needed replacement. Basically, it is a poorly built complex masked by the exterior design.
