The staff was very helpful from the moment my wife and I walked into there office. The very first day we asked about an apartment we were immediately shown one. The staff was able to answer every question we had with ease and detail. The location of the apartments are right beside everything you could need without being in the center of traffic. After the sun goes down all you can hear are crickets without any loud neighbors. Our apartment was very clean upon the day of move in. The amenities of Two Addison are beyond great. My wife and I are very thankful to be a part of such a wonderful community.

DISCRIMINATES AGAINST RETIREES AND TOLD WRONG INFO ON LEASE TERMINATION

Do not rent from these people. When I signed the lease they told me if I had to break the lease I’d have to pay the last months rent + 30 days. My fault for taking the word from the leasing agent Meghan because my daughter’s boyfriend knew her. I should have read the contract more thoroughly. I had to pay $3596 plus the last months rent. They also discriminate against retirees. You can be a multimillionaire even a billionaire but if you don’t have a regular income, they will not rent to you..

This apartment complex is okay. Management has changed their phone number for the office and I can never get in touch with anyone. I leave a voicemail and never hear back from them so that should be a huge red flag. When we first moved in we had issues with ants and I put in a request for pest control to come in. I don't thing they ever did but they marked it as complete so we ended up having to go get our own ant traps. Also had issues with our garage and went back and forth with management because they kept saying the garage was working fine but the door was not working. Management just has a hard time believing you I feel like which is not helpful. If I have to put in a request three times for the same issue and they keep saying it's fine when it's not is extremely frustrating for how much we pay a month. I just wouldn't recommend this place tbh. people constantly break the gates here. Pest control doesn't exist at this place apparently. I requested pest control to come out and spray the hallways outside our apartments because there are millions of bugs everywhere and giant spiders and they said they would come by in a week or two and power wash....what is water going to do to bugs that aren't there when you are spraying, nor is water going to kill these bugs....

My experience that Addison place has been amazing from day one I've gotten a beautiful apartment which I really love any complaint. I have gets a response right away and worked on immediately the staff and the community it's beautiful Lee up cap and I love it

They will STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT

If I could give this place zero stars, I would—and even that feels too generous. Honestly, it’s no surprise they can’t even pull a solid 4 stars. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Two Addison Place is an absolute nightmare. -------------, -----, and ------- are rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Do not trust them with your money—they will keep your deposit without explanation and then disappear when you try to get answers. Let’s talk about the living conditions: Roaches? Yep, everywhere. Loud music at all hours—good luck getting any peace. The maintenance crew is completely unqualified—you’ll be lucky if they even show up, let alone fix anything properly. We were forced to pay another unit’s utility bill, and our power got shut off over it. Stray cats are scratching up cars. Dog feces is all over the property—filthy and unsafe. And forget about communication. No one answers calls or emails, especially the so-called owners. In fact, the owner’s phone number doesn’t even work. Total joke. If you're currently in a legal battle with Two Addison Place or have experienced similar issues, email . You're not alone—and it's time we shine a spotlight on this mess. Avoid this place like the plague. You’ll regret every second and every dollar.

"Resort style living" needs to be taken off of the community recording and marketing material. Additionally, "normal wear and tear" should be erased from employees' vocabulary. It is a cover up response for issues that will not be addressed.

I would choose this place to rent again rent is a little high but it's worth it washer and dryer included and water . It's very spacious and has the marble countertop that makes every home a home . Another thing Is my baby can run freely without bumping into anything he loves it

It's a great place. My only complaint is the cellphone signal in my apartment is terrible. The signal gets blocked easily. I have to make all calls out on my deck and I have to send the same text message repeatedly in order for it to send

It hasn't been good and that's what I just got done explaining and everything I filled out here. I don't know why I would repeat it all here in the box. There's tons of problems is it quiet definitely not since the Latinos have been moving in. It's Latin music every night until 2 AM. The whole community can hear it. I have no idea why nobody does anything about this or speak to these people, I don't wanna start fights with every single Neighbour. I have about how they are not respectful whatsoever

Two Addison Place is a very beautiful safe and welcoming apartment complex. Overall transition between my old apartment and this one was Fairly easy and simple they answered all the questions that I asked with diligence. It's just the right place to be.

Okay units but the breezeways are not kept up well. The main building with the pool and gym are kept in good condition, but the further into the property you go, less upkeep. Maintenance does come quickly and thoroughly fixes requests. There's been some landscaping and small things done on the exterior the past year, but there needs to be more ground keeping.

Pretty good so far. I haven't had any issues with the staff at all. My experience with them has always been pleasant. My only issue is with the amount of dog poop on the property. They're like little land mines all over the place.

Overall I've had a good experience living in The Two Addison Place Community. I love no longer being a home owner and the "Resort Style" Living Environment. The current Property Manager and Assistance have been great!

I truly do love living here. The community is clean and well kept, pool is great, community events are great for food trucks and the kids. The only reason I wouldn't rate it 5 stars would be because of the amount of loud neighbors. Nothing extreme, I just often hear loud music coming from speakers outside in the parking lot from groups of people at night, as well as ridiculously loud phone conversations that go on for an hour sometimes. Other than that I truly would recommend this complex! Updated, great maintenance and staff, easy payment portal, and a lot to love here!

Living in a house all my life. I can honestly say I love living in the apartment complex. Love my apartment. Love the pool and Game room. I also love the gym one day I will make it in there. LOL try talking myself into every day.

Been here since Dec '19 and I really enjoy living here. I think the staff has been great to me and hopefully that can continue. Although the rates have gone up over the years, I think it's been reasonable especially with the accommodations given to the tenants.

Trash service is well trash. I pay 31$ dollars for this "door to door trash" service and it's not done. I have multiple pictures of it never done and no accountability done for this service I pay form.
