I love the management team, Greg and Dale were very nice and helpful. They made me feel confident about my move! The amenities are well kept, and I'm enjoying everything so far. I love that dogs are allowed!

I love it her, the apartments are really nice. I started off in a small two bedroom, but upgraded to a larger 3 bedroom. More space, private entry, plenty of parking space. Super friendly neighbors.

So far pleased with the community, have not had any negative issues since move in..Gregory in the leasing office was super helpful with the leasing as well as the move in process. I'm pleased with the community thus far.

great no issues at all very nice. Great community and gated entry on site car service. dog park swinming pool all appear to be worming. The only downfall I would say, is the parking it is definitely going to be a feat trying to find somewhere to park.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. I have had a couple not so friendly encounters with a man harassing me, but haven't seen him around much anymore. I had to contact 911 for an emergency and I had no service to reach the authorities.

Me and my daughter only been here a week but we love everything so far. We love the safety we feel amd the staff friendly attitude. Mt daughter loves the fact the pool is open year round and it can't wait to start workout in the gym and enjoying the media center

The community it's self is okay. It's very quiet and everyone stays to themselves and will speak in passing. If you like quiet then thus is where you need to be. It's close to the schools,shopping, both interstates to get back and forth.

I love this community friendly staff and neighbors.I enjoy having the food trucks come and opportunities to mingle with other guests at office events. Amazon HUB extremely convenient to use and save time for tenants.

very quiet place nice neighborhood great view and I like the gym at most ,ball room, swimming also very clean and nice, the gate with key is very convenient, and the apartment services are fast I recommend others to rent the apartment's in Two Addison Pl.

I love Two Addison! I'm new to the area. I did extensive research on amenities and safety prior to moving in October 2022. Two Addison has been the best decision for me and my son. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. We have weekly food truck visits and several monthly activities. I love going to the gym at night or lounging by the pool or fireplace without worrying about safety concerns. All the amenities and the gates are always working. No pest control issues or debris in the community areas. I highly recommend Two Addison. I was 29 years old when I moved in it's just me and my 14-year-old son. Great place for singles or families.

I love both the look and atmosphere of the complex/community which is what brought me back as a resident again. Upkeep of the grounds are well maintained. Members of the staff are professional and well mannered.

Well maintained property. Maintenance team is always busy and the front office is always ready and willing to help and answer any and all questions i may have. The grass is cut every week it seems like and the hallways are pressure washed. The pool is always in good working order. The only negative is that dog owners don't always pick up their dogs poop but that's not something i hold against the property. I love it here

Really enjoyed this complex since being here. I am the courtesy officer and was the officer at other places where it was like 60% off due to calls received. Overall the complex is a great community and staff is great.

Love it here! Feels like every day is resort living. My pool view apartment is so relaxing, I couldn't ask for a better view. The office staff is professional and the maintenance team really cares. I see them everyday working in this heat, thank you all!

Staff is professional and responsive. Repairs have been completed quickly and completely. Staff keep tenants up to date on any items that direclty affect them and regularly schedule nice events to encourage a sense of community.

It started out as a positive experience until they were bought out by another company. The rent prices increases every year but the apartment and the complex reminds the same. When I moved in I was paying 980 for my apartment and now I'm paying 1220 for the same apartment that has undergone no improvements.

Bug problem at our apartment when we moved in. Floors need to be mopped, blinds need to be replaced, appliances were broken when we moved in.. 3/10 place the outside looks nice. the gym is mid. pool is nice at least.

Our tour was great, the leasing agent that originally told us Monday was great wasnt there but there was an African American male who assisted us. Showed us all of the property including all amenities and had a great attitude about living there
