Staff is dismissive and condescending when voicing concerns. The tone has completely changed from the time I leased to the time I became a tenant. I was really excited to move here. The complex is beautiful but you wouldn't think things would just be falling apart and breaking since everything is new.... and it takes forever to get anything done! I can't wait to move...

I really love living here. From the beginning I could tell the difference between this community and other new ones in the area. From the leasing staff( Katherine gave me the best tour I've had all around,)apartment layout, to even the quality of the construction. It's peaceful, safe and their specials is an awesome deal!

I have recently moved in the this complex and have been quite pleased with my choice. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance crew called me several times to be sure I was satisfied with their work. The complex keeps a off duty Pooler Police Office as a tenant and he can be reached if there is a concern. (Currently the complex is very quite and if a noise concern arises, it's nice to know you can contact a Police Officer on location). I would recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a safe and quite place to live.

Overall, Two Addison Place provides beautiful layouts, and the trash pick up is a great amenity. However, there is a lot lacking when it comes to customer service with respect to the community leasing staff. They do not listen when you report problems or while you are requesting your apartment at the outset. The staff are only interested in getting you to rent. Upon moving in, the floors were not cleaned and there were paint splatters on the vinyl, as well as carpet. It took several floor cleanings on hands and knees to remove the whitewash. In addition, the fire alarms keep going off in the building. At least once a month, they sound 5 times in one night. As for the plumbing, the water system is brand new, and the water that comes out of the tap smells like fertilizer from a sprinkler system. I have had to resort to bottled water since it was affecting my health. I find this an outrage, because I am paying the community 35 dollars a month for water. I am VERY disappointed in this apartment complex and do not recommend it to anyone.
