Rent increase is bad used to be rental increase were 3 % it's hard for seniors to be paying so much I only get $21. A month more each year apartments should have some set aside for seniors to rent at a reasonable rate

It's been pretty quite and friendly. Haven't really had any problems with the staff or neighbors. All the amenities are nice and work as they should. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

Not happy at the moment with the overall security of the property?gates are consistently inoperable. Neighbors are the worse pet owners. dog poop everywhere on the property. The exterior lighting at night needs major improvements.

Love living here! They are always try to improve the quality of living here! Rent went up a little too much for us who are on a fixed income! Maintenance is great and so are staff! Thank y'all for a wonderful community to live in!

Worse place you can get better for money 1500
(I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE?? Worst place ever to stay do not apply here I repeat do not apply here the water has weird smell and taste that makes you sick and my air conditioner unit keeps freezing up and don’t forget about very loud Obnoxious tenets that I complained to the office about but no solution and the cops have been involved and the office still doesn’t care and valet trash is horrible they pick and choose what trash to take and they keep going up on rent but can’t resolve issues the walls are very thin thin so if you wanna stay on the 1st or 2nd floor be prepared to hear every footstep and chair move especially if the person has kids it worse and the office does nothing about it but they want you to keep paying on time but can’t fixe no issues and I currently stay here?? Ps all these are all the issues I deal with and I’m paying 1500 dollar rent for 1 bedroom after my first year

Smelly water coming from faucet in Master Bathroom. I'm told there's nothing that can be done about it and that it is well water. I have had rashes on my face using this water. Thought the smell was coming from hole in sink but it was the water. I can't use the bathroom.

Two Addison Place is a wonderful place to live. We moved out in 2022 but moved back in a couple of months later(job offer). When we knew we were moving back to the area, TAP was the first place I looked at to get an apartment. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is great. They will go out of their way to help you.

I moved in in December of 2021, I've enjoyed everything so far. Maintenance is super quick and helpful, the valet trash is also really nice to have. Overall I love living here and can see me living here for the next few years

Love this community! Very helpful office staff, and maintenance staff that gets to you in a very timely manner. I personally love the pool and the grill area, very nice spot to hangout outside with friends and family!

Great community. Friendly staff. Work orders are always promptly done. Office staff goes beyond to help me with issues. And I have few. The events I've attended were well done and kids love the pool

Quiet, friendly neighbors, great office staff, great maintenance team as well. Answer any questions quickly and any issues with the something are responded to quickly as well. Only downfall is sometimes there is an excessive amount of dog poop because some neighbors don't clean up after their pets.

Beautiful community. Management staff is doing amazing things to keep amenities up to date and stylish. I've always have prompt and complete service when working with maintenance staff and they are always friendly.

Been great so far. The leasing agent, Gregory, was a joy to work with. The complex is beautiful, has great amenities, and is in a great location. Really excited I'm able to stay here and that the process has bee so amenable.

Friendly staff ! Great amenities! Safe clean community. Very dog friendly. Beautiful pool. Love that there is a dog park on property. Only a 5 min drive from anything I could possibly need. Maintenance requests get handled quickly.

I moved in about a week ago and so far have no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment was freshly cleaned and carpets shampooed. I love that they have trash pick up service several times a week.

I love the property and the value that I'm getting for our home. It's spacious and a beautiful unit. The staff is consistent enough and very friendly. We've been here for about three years and would love to renew as long as the rent doesn't increase too much.

I have not had the best experience in this neighborhood. The management when I moved in (5/21) was very lax and it showed. The new management is making improvements, but the quality of the clientele in the community seems to have diminished. We have people openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot, people releasing their pit bulls out the front door to defecate on the sidewalk. Recently somebody spray painted various areas of the community. The grill and other common areas are always left a mess and there is no dress code for the pool area. It is a shame because the new management seems to be trying to make improvements. As far as the apartment itself, it was not very clean when we moved in. The water faucets all get black muck around the spicket now matter how often I clean them (I have soaked them in vinegar even). I have to spray the dishwasher with a bleach based cleaner every few days or it gets mold. There is water leaking into the dryer whenever we get a good rain. Also, you can stop searching for Bigfoot, we live underneath a couple of them and we can hear them walking around their apartment on their heels, moving furniture, their cat playing with a ball on the floor, EVERYTHING!!!! Also, they never seem to sleep. I cannot say that I would recommend this community to a friend.

So far it has been a great experience from booking appointment to view the property to signing a lease to move in. Stt one minor issues with the unit but nothing that can't be addressed and repaired. It's just a start!!

It is expensive for just a one bedroom but is very clean modern. The kitchen is pretty big for an apartment. I feel like it should have more storage room in the apartments though. I like how big the balcony is. The pool is very nice! Love the Starbucks machines!

It's a beautiful place. I enjoy the pool and the entertainment room! The office people are very pleasant and will work with you if you need help or maintenance for anything. I highly recommend these apartments.

Me and my husband moved in to Two Addison places on June 1st 2022. The place was beautiful has seen on the web site. The community is a very beautiful and quiet place to come home to after a long day at work. We have shared our place with family and friends who are looking to relocate or retire to the south.

Responsive staff, decent apartment
When I moved in to this apartment there were some issues with regard to cleanliness (oven was filthy, shower and mirrors were dirty, markings on walls etc). The office staff was responsive and sent a cleaning woman within a week of me moving in. She did an amazing job, cleaning what could be cleaned. This is an older apartment community, however, so some issues are unfixable

The staff are friendly and kind, things are different but I'm adjusting very well. The office staff keeps their office fresh, clean and has a delightful smell as well. My kids love their great snacks.

We were moving to this community from another state, so we were very anxious about it all. We spoke with Gregory several times to be sure that we had everything in order leading up to the move. He was amazing! He was always so kind and patient to put our concerns at ease. We sometimes called him more than once a day and he was always professional and went above and beyond what was expected. Since we have moved in we have found the rest of the staff to be equally as wonderful. These people really do care that we feel at home in our new home. We very much appreciate it!
