Staff is and has been very friendly and responsive to any questions and problems. The owners seem to be continually working on maintaining the property and grounds and have been maintaining communication with the tenants regarding any inconvenience that may effect them. Many community social gatherings have been created. Keep up the good work.

So far the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly! My move-in process was relatively easy, and my apartment was clean and free of any damage other than normal wear-and-tear upon move in. I know if I have any questions I can just pop down into the leasing office and it is super convenient to have in-unit laundry as well as access to all of the apartment's community facilities (gym, media room, pool) within the building my unit is in.

This is really a great community & the proximity to restaurants and stores makes it even better. I've been at this location for a little over 6 months and have enjoyed the amenities. Office staff and maintenance have always been helpful and courteous. Neighbors are pretty friendly and it looks amazing. I'm proud to say I stay here. My only con is the walls are very thin and if you live on the second floor, you hear noise from above & below. Literally if your neighbor uses the bathroom you can hear them flush. I thought my hearing may be sensitive to the noise but I was in the media room and literally could hear everything above me. So I'm gathering that the walls/ceilings are just really thin. Next I feel the washer and dryer could be better. I had to sell mine before moving in and it was a much nicer/bigger model. Other than that?all is well!

A friendly and reputable staff ready to welcome you to your future apartment is nothing short of amazing. My apartment was in immaculate condition with amenities rivaling other competitors. The community amenities are brand new or recently renovated and I can picture myself enjoying my time there. The maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable and is ready to answer any questions and concerns I may have regarding the upkeep of my unit. The office staff is diligent and conscientious and I am at ease knowing that this community is safe and peaceful. I look forward to living here for quite some time

If you dont like being taken for a ride dont rent here. Have pets defiantly dont rent here.They ask for a 350.00 dollar deposit which you dont get back.None of it. Want agate fob so can get in the well thats another $100.00 that dont get and you keep the fob. So if move from here you have auseless fob you cant use anywhere else.

Amazing and comfortable! Only issue the walls are thin and everything can be heard! I can't have a conversation on the phone without the neighbors easy dropping but other that! I love how spacious and pretty it is! And quiet neighborhood

I have enjoyed living here over the last 2 years. It's clean and very well maintained. However it's very difficult to get a hold of any office staff unless you walk in during business hours which can be difficult for people who work.

I've been here now since the pandemic. I paid my rent early every month but in 2021 I had a glitch in my record keeping and paid from the wrong account. When I realized I paid from the wrong account I went back in to correct the error, of course no way to correct the error so I put in accurate information to process payment correctly. I was hit with a $75 dollar fee. It was explained this fee was due to a charge from the bank. I was extremely upset because I've paid my rent on-time or before due date. I spoke to the regional manager who confirmed the mistake was my own and that in the future if I alert the staff it would not have incurred a fee. I can appreciate that my concerns were met with attention and that the staff did what they could to alleviate the situation. I give them 5 star review on maintenance and aesthetics, also courtesy due to the prompt-ness of dealing with this issue. Thank you

Can never get office staff to answer the phone . The Rent is to high. No option to OPT out of valet trash . Dog poop all over the place and dog poop bins always full. Can never find parking . Loud residents

In the time I've resided here, I have seen 4 property management companies and 2 management teams. CRC and the current team have gotten more accomplished in the last 6 months and it's impressive. I hope my fellow residents appreciate the updates to our common areas and keep it tidy. Only issue I have is with a neighbor who yells violently. Sounds like he is yelling at a video game, but it is VERY disturbing to hear. Unfortunately, I can't tell what unit it comes from because it could be from any unit in the building.

My wife and I have made Two Addison Pl our home for 3 years and are still impressed with what we see, what we hear, people we meet, maintenance, front office staff and the pool. It look and feels like a resort in spring, summer and fall. Great place to live at any age. But Especially Seniors will appreciate the walks, distance to mailboxes, pool activities, Amazon Hub and personal service. Attention to residents is their focus, especially maintenance - they get to know you and are very professional.

Apartment wasn't clean or even walked through before my move in. Broken cabinets and ripped carpet with a musky smell. Loud kids run around the building from 3:30-5 pm everyday. Hallways NEED pressure washing. Walls need repainting. Carpet NEEDS replacement. Friendly staff and maintenance tries to be as prompt as possible.

The office staff and maintenance crew is great. The safety of the community is very poor. Yes, it's a "gated" community but it's not fenced to keep outsiders out. The office staff is increasing community get-togethers which is nice. The grounds would be nicer if other tenants would clean up behind their pets. Outside of the safety issue, pet messes, the worst would be the trash area....it's gets overfilled and piles of trash outside of compactor (tenants are lazy). A very dog friendly complex which is hard to come by. The apartments are nice size and the fact there is no carpet in the main living area is really nice (carpet only in bedrooms). Nice size patio with storage comes in handy if you have tools and such. The other issue is the windows in the main living area DO NOT open which means you can't "air" out your apt during the day.

The maintenance team are very prompt with fixing any issues that residents may have. They are very professional and will update you with anything needing to know. The office staff is impeccable with calling to make sure your issues have been fixed. They keep the community clean and I cant wait for more to come!

2 Addison Place is a nice community. It has plenty of amenities and continues to improve over time. The upkeep of the complex is great and its location allows easy access to shops, restaurants, and the interstate.

Fantastic service! Clayton Ford is amazing! We put in the request at 1pm and he was there fixing it by 3pm and fixed the issue. And he listed everything he fixed on a pamflet. Wonderful job done by Clayton! :)
