My experience has been good at Two Addison Place. I would recommend this place to others. The staff are responsive and attentive to issues. Maintenance has been very good. Overall a great place to live.

Office and maintenance staff have been absolutely AMAZING and hit every mark on the satisfaction scale. I could not ask for better representation from the staff. They're kind, courteous, friendly, down to earth, welcoming, and have the most prompt response to any and all issues we may encounter. They deserve a raise :) I have traveled and lived all over the country and have to say that Two Addison has been the absolute best, and has been the leading factor in me making this place my home. And because of that, I absolutely intend on renewing my lease and staying. The growing community events have also been a great addition and make it feel like an even better place to call home, and that's a huge shout out to the staff. Thank you :)

I've had a great experience at this community! I love living here it's in a nice quiet area very relaxing. The current management here is very nice and efficient you can tell they work hard to keep this place looking nice and updated. I also love that they always have monthly events that the residents can attend to. And whenever I have an issue in my apartment the maintenance team works very fast and efficiently to resolve the issue. I would say the only bad thing in this community is that some of the pet owners don't pick up after their pets and can be gross at times, but other than that living here is really nice. The apartments are very beautiful and the amenities make you feel like you're at a 5 star resort.

Horrible experience. Definitely not “luxury”
READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! LISTEN TO YOUR GUT!!! I’ve lived here for over 3 years. I’m going to give an honest and fair review. When I first moved in 2020, the place seemed safe and worth the money. Over the years, that statement has deteriorated tremendously. Let’s go over some of the issues I have. 1. THE WALLS/FLOORS ARE EXTREMELY THIN. You can hear everything around you. The floors must be 1/4” plywood because I can hear anytime someone tiptoes above and below me… Yes you read that right, below me. My coffee table will actually rattle when the gentleman below me walks around. The walls are paper thin. Our master bedroom borders our neighbors bedroom. We can hear conversations while laying in our bed, and any other “activities” couples do. Yes, even at 2am… 2. THIS PLACE ISN’T SAFE. Let’s start off with the headliner… April 28th, 2023, 1:30AM shooting. I was sitting in my living room watching a movie when I suddenly heard a single gun shot outside. I got up and peeked out the window when I saw a man running to the back of the property with a book bag on. I immediately called the police, in which they told me they had already had 2 calls about it. (Police showed up, never found the individual)… Late 2022, A man intentionally dove off the 3rd floor balcony… December 2021, woke up at 3AM to a physical fight outside in the center of the parking lot, which resulted in police and ambulance being called. There’s a person who walks around and pulls handles to see who’s vehicles are unlocked. There’s a full grown adult that rides his dirtbike all through the community, on the sidewalks, and on the grass. The gates never work. There’s always 1 gate that is wide open because either the sensor tripped or it lost power. People fly up and down the narrow and congested parking lot like it’s a race track. One of the neighbors is a pretty successful paraphernalia dealer. He can have up to around 10 customers a day in the parking lot, and usually likes to smoke “certain” things on his balcony near the pool while kids are present. Police get called out here just about every other week. 3. NOISY ENVIRONMENT People are always outside partying at the grill or drinking on their balcony past 10pm (quiet time). There’s a lot vehicles with no mufflers or exhaust that love to zoom through the community late at night/early in the morning. 4. OVERALL AESTHETICS The community used to be clean and maintained, however that’s no longer the case. There’s trash everywhere, dog feces everywhere (grass, near the pool, on the sidewalks, etc…), roaches everywhere, and occasionally trash piled up at the compactor (someone has already posted a picture). 5. MANAGEMENT AND THEIR “SCAM” FEES To start off, my latest lease offer was raised by 10%. To give you a perspective, the national average is a 2.5% increase. I’ve never had an issue with management in general, however, they will try to squeeze every last penny out of you with fees for no reason. 6. VALLET LIVING (TRASH PICKUP) This is one of the worst and useless companies to exist. Every week they skip a day or two picking up the trash (Not including Friday and Saturday). Also, if they see a single rain drop, they cancel. Now, this isn’t Two Addison Place’s fault, however, the reason I am including it on here is because they make you pay a mandatory $31 fee for the Valet trash. Overall this place is definitely not luxury living. Each year I hope that it gets better but it only gets worse. When you’re paying over $2,000 a month for 2 bedrooms and get this service back, there’s a problem. They raise the rent by 10% yet the place gets worse. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can leave. Read the reviews people! Even the 5 star reviews are “newly” renters and haven’t experienced the headache yet. Do better Two Addison. (Lease agreement states that if I publicly say anything negative about the complex or property owners, management has the right to terminate my lease effective immediately. As I don't want to suddenly find myself homeless, I'm not putting my name on here.)

Think Twice!!
First met me say the layout of this property is very nice! NOW…. I’ve watched several residents let their dogs poop in common areas and I’ve complained to Kayla and sent pictures and nothing was done. So be careful walking around because you’re bound to step in dog poop! The structure of this building is very poor. You will hear all of footsteps of the person above you. I’ve called the office and nothing has been done to address the person with the stomping and slamming doors and 1 and 2am. i called security one evening about the person above me and the security guard told me he doesn’t have time to keep running back and forth to someone’s apartment and he can’t tell someone how to walk in their home. I explained to him that was not my request but to simply ask them to be mindful when walking, refrain from stomping and slamming doors. This is caused me soooo much heartache. Two Addison place was a beautiful place to live until this person move in above me and the dog poop is completely disgusting! The grounds actually smell like a huge bubble of dog poop. I literally cannot wait to get out of here and move somewhere that I have peace of mind. I’ve wanted to break the lease so many times and if it was not for the $3000 they would charge to move I would have LEFT A LONG TIME AGO! Upon moving in the carpet was DISGUSTING!!!! The window seals were filled with BLACK DIRT! I’ve had to request carpet cleans due to the nastiness of the carpet but that DID NOT help! The hallways smell like strong weed. I’ve seen residents AND using maintanence using the media room bathroom to store and pick up drugs. They leave the media room door propped open so any and everyone can come in and pick up their weed from the media room bathroom. It is absolutely HORRID and so unsafe. This complex is becoming scary to live in because of the drug use and random people coming in to purchase drugs. Like I’ve stated I can’t wait to move out of these projects!

When I first moved in 7 years ago it was beautiful it has gone down over the years, rent up grounds declined trash cans outside apts, no one cares looks like a dump. They use to take your trash can ..the walk of shame if you didn't compley now they don't care

This place is so fantastic and exceeds all expectations we had. The staff is so friendly and all the people within the community. The space is great and the minor things that needed fixing when we first moved in were taken care of the same day by Keith and his amazing maintenance team!

Apartment staff and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Other than that residents openly smoke pot and deal drugs in common areas and make it less than ideal to walk around smelling like you're in a cheech and Chong movie

The apartment I rent is solid and comfortable no major maintenance concerns. The rent they charge is the issue. I don't feel I receive anything the makes it worth the 1463$/mo I pay. The neighbors are abusive not observing quiet hours and I believe I'm overcharged compared to my neighbors who have been here longer.

Move in was very great . Staff was very Friendly. Apartment was clean. Everything is well organized. Staff always stays in contact when first moving in. Overall everything was perfect and Im very happy to be able to spend time with this community .

No PARKING
You will be forced to pay for your vehicle being towed when you have no where else to park coming home to your so called luxury apt. The residents aren’t treated as a resident clearly visitors are holding up vacant spots that aren’t handicap. It’s plenty cars now in handicap that should also be towed. I’m pretty sure if paying residents like myself continue to have this issue Addison place will acknowledge we have NO OTHER CHOICE when comes to parking. Who pays over 1500 and have to walk overly excessive to get to your building . The warning sticker wasn’t even placed on my car for 4hrs before towing like they don’t have my information of my car on my rental agreement

I like the community. It is clean and well maintained. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good, close to Costco and I-16. Rents are the lowest in the area while stillmaintaing high standards. I would recommend this community.

The property/apartments overall resemble the photos on any website. They're almost identical unlike some other properties that photo shop or those that use photos taken when their properties were first built years a go. Most importantly, the customer service provided by Gregory Heyward was out of this world amazing. My husband and I visited several properties and even though some were more extravagant and had beautiful layouts with a grand floor plan Two Addison Pl stood out on top of our lists because of Gregory. He made the process effortless, simple and exciting. We were in a time crunch and let's just say that if I had a property such as this I'd steal Gregory to work for me. We did have a few things wrong upon move in but the very next day they were addressed and resolved. We're still waiting to see how it is during the summer months with the noise levels however the gym and recreation areas are phenomenal and looks exactly like they online.

Leasing manager is rude at best after lease is signed of which you will not recieve a copy of walls are thin although grounds are gorgeous living area is horrendous water spouts ooz out black slime there's mold and cracks and they are not timely with repairs. Maintenance is awesome and so are Gregory and Kayla.. over all do not come here!!!!! Gates are not kept closed consistently peopane tanks are not filled regularly resistance are not cared for properly.

Overall a good community. Noise issue from people in there cars or neighbor playing music too loud. Vallet trash pickup is a plus. Being able to get a response from after hours Courtesy Officer is a thing of the Past. Office staff collects the money. Does not enforce any rules. Been here 6+ years. Have not seen them enforce Vallet trash rules once. Many tenants never ever take their trash containers inside.

It's been a positive experience. I moved in right before the pandemic took over. It has been nice to live in a community close to family and activities. I wish I could get upgraded appliances but everything else is great.

It has been a great experience living at Two Addison! There have been a few social events since we've moved in and for the most part, they have been fun. Some neighbors are friendly. The community is clean and there have been several upgrades to the property to compete with newer communities. We enjoy living here!

Not the apartment we were supposed to get. Only option was get money back or stay in a hotel for 2weeks til another one was ready. When it rains we have a waterfall out the front entrance and a lake out the back entrance. People in our building don't pick up their dog mess, etc.

Beautiful community from the landscape with hibiscus and palm trees everywhere to the spacious floorplans. Staff is nice and always willing to help. In the past year that new management took over they have redone the office, amenities, lighting and the parking lot.
