New property manager is awful/many new rules and emails
If you want to receive daily e-mails about apartment rules and things on/near your porch/doorway and patio and valet trash cans this is the place. They will fine you if you have anything except approved patio furniture and plants on your back patio. They want you to have valet trash cans back inside your apartments by 9am. That is entirely gross. 99% of people here have their own trash can inside & always kept the valet one outside. All of a sudden they want residents to bring the valet cans inside by morning. Yuck. They will take photos of your front and back areas with their phones and send you those pictures with warnings and fines if it's not up to their new standard. The new head manager avoids speaking to current residents and only speaks to prospective tenants as myself and others neighbors have noticed. BH upper management/corporate need to consider the residents. It does not seem they took in a single thought of the residents when implementing this new plan. It's terrible and disturbing.

Many Maintenance Issues
Moved in within the last year and have had to submit several maintenance requests, ranging from minor to major. Main issues: kitchen appliance didn't work, AC was broken, and window leakage. The washer/dryer hook up is very old as well as the outdoor AC units. This is disappointing as the location is wonderful and amenities are great.

The units are updated, but I wouldn’t say they are anything special. It isn’t worth the money you pay in rent. There are newer and better complexes in the area. The noise in my apartment is unbearable at times. I’ve tried asking the leasing office, but it doesn’t seem to help resolve the issue. My lease is up soon, and I can hardly wait to get out!

Very quite, friendly area. Great location. Parking is close to your apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance work is done in a very fast time. Garage is close to your location and has plenty of storage in it.

Totally impressed with the community. It's beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful always welcoming and professional. I moved here from another state, I didn't have time to personally see the property so I rely heavily on reviews. I pursued this particular place because the reviews said the staff was friendly and available which was not the case for other properties. They absolutely are. The minor concerns I had inside my place was quickly addressed. Except the floor which they can't do much about at this time

Very friendly neighbors and staff. Appliances and style seem to be up-to-date. Also appears to be a safe, clean community with the gate and trash service operating well. I appreciate the quick, apt nature of the staff moving me in on short notice. Really looking forward to staying at Park for multiple lease terms.

Kambria and Tiffany gave my husband and I great customer service. They have greeted us with smiles and acknowledgement from the time we have entered the office. Justin the maintenance guy is very responsive and kept us updated throughout the completion of the repairs being made. The community itself is very quiet and spacious which we like.

Park of Towne Lake is Truly amazing very caring Respectful and attentive and I really feel like I live in a very safe environment and for whatever reason you need to call them they get wet back with you in a manner in the manner of minutes and I pray to still be here in the next ten years ,,, And York would truly love it to.

I've been here less than a month. Had to have maintenance come out a few times to tie up loose ends, but so far so good. It has been quiet so far and the staff have made things easy. They are responsive and knowledgeable.

Since moving in on December 10 my family and I have been happy with our decision. At first we were really unhappy, because on move in day we walked into the unit and it wasn't cleaned. They sent someone to clean after, I think, but my wife and I did a deep clean ourselves. Also, the contractors that came in to touch up the paint they didn't bother cleaning the baseboards, they just painted over the hair. So there is hair all over the unit. As well as paint specs on the floors, which makes you think the floor is dirty even after you clean it. We have a 3 bedroom with 2 bath to house 2 adults and 2 young children. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms spacious, and common areas are also a decent size.

Great experience. Staff, Community and residence are wonderful. Everything is convenient; shopping, food, entertainment, etc. The apartments are clean and spacious. Having the option for a garage is a plus.

Now, where do i start? I will never recommend Park at Towne Lake to ANYONE. The bugs are a problem. Every outlet in the apartment cracked and fell off the very first day when trying to plug anything into the wall. My guest bathroom mirror SHATTERED and busted off of the wall and you know what i see behind the mirror to keep it together? TWO DOTS. that's it two dots of whatever kind of janky adhesive they used. Also, my bedroom closet light just fell from the ceiling. Thank god none of us were looking for something to wear at the time. To add on our A/C Unit went out multiple times, as well as our dishwasher, always poured water from the bottom anytime we did dishes on the right side of the sink. they replaced it, but still did not stop the gallons of water we continuously had to clean up every time we used the sink or dishwasher. and lets not forget the bath tub. we moved out 2 months before our lease was up, after a while of us not being there to clean the tub, the leak had stained the tub and down the tub wall to the drain. I HAD CLOSE TO 15 MAINTENANCE CASES IN ONE YEAR. They want to do construction in the most inopportune times. like the pool, they decided to add a "cool zone" to the pool right before labor day,.. you had all winter to do this and now that summer was beginning you want to shut the pool for a week. and you closed it down so they can add furniture TO THE CORNER OF THE POOL WHERE NO ONE GOES. i got an email yesterday saying that we owe $1,200 due to damages. the vents were black, again unoccupied for two months, those vents were constantly dirty and looked like it had smoke damage due to fires thats how bad they got. Tiffany said it was bc we lit candles in the home. TOWNE LAKE IS A RIP OFF, IT IS LITERALLY CRAP PAINTED IN GOLD. DO NOT MOVE HERE. and to add the garnish on top of the crap platter we've been dealing with my wife has been emailing Tiffany for some guidance and help and all she can say is call the "credit collector" blah blah blah "we cannot help you". let's not forget the BLACK MOLD. oh yes, you will encounter black mold while living here. on the windows and blinds. and then they will charge you $1,200 to patch up some holes from you hanging your curtains, as well as cleaning some tubs, base boards and ceiling fans. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

When I initially toured the unit I noticed an odd chemical like smell. It did not smell like cigarette smoke but smelled like some sort of cleaning product or something that never had time to air out. Upon moving in the smell attached itself to every article of my clothing as well as my sheets and bed. The smell was overbearing and every guest I've had at my house has noticed the smell in the unit and on their clothing after departure. I resorted to cleaning the flooring at my own expense to treat the smell. I have also been regularly keeping my windows open in order to air out the unit. The smell may have lessened by about 10-15% in intensity but it was due to my own ability to address it.

The only issues I have ever had is I wish people would clean up after their dogs (this is not the staff's fault) and of course moving to the 4th floor (and again this is not the staff's fault) and the grounds behind this building is terrible. The hallways needs cleaning but here again there are only 3 men doing everything. So there you go.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff address any issues I've had which are few. I love the space in my apartment as well as all of the amenities. I love that there are dig parks as well as bagging stations around the community to assist in keeping the community clean.

Pleasant place to live with good neighbors, parking problems with not enough spot for residence due to construction. Very nice exercise room and pool. The staff is always courteous and polite. I will stay here depending on rate increases.

Community is overall well maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. The pool and fitness area are clean and well maintained. They are currently replacing windows and repainting buildings. The occasional community events are a nice touch.

I was overall happy with this community the first 2 years. However, since this summer I have had a few issues arise. The most recent issue involves maintenance closing out and "resolving" work orders before they are actually fixed. It has now been over 1 month since I have had a working light in one of my kid's bedrooms. They have told me on multiple occasions that they have ordered replacement parts and will be out to fix it. However, I am still here in the dark trying to change diapers.

Why 200. Way to much. I need a door. My door has several big dents in it. Check my survey results, pretty happy overall. Staff is great and very responsive. This 200 characters requirement is nuts. It keeps people from filling out. You need to limit it and delete the 200 requirement.
