I should of taken more time researching apaartments in the area. The people in the community are nice but maintenance l/landscaping seems to be an issue. The soggy poop stations rarely get emptied in a timely manner. So I understand why there is dog poop everywhere. Hole in my drywall due to leak still hasn't been fixed in 3 weeks. Roofing nails all over due to new roofs installed. I've picked up plenty. There's actually a full coil of nails just sitting on the ground. The gym is nice, not too many people use it so I always have access to the treadmill and machines. You will hear your neighbors talking and walking around, just the way the buildings were built. Windows are very old and anytime there is condensation you will have water in your unit. They charge $22.00 for them to take out your trash. They won't waive that fee even if you want to take your own trash out. Security gates are useless. One person opens the gate and 30 cars can follow behind without issue. Dishwasher will not dry your dishes. Maybe one day they will fix some of these issues.

Always prompt response when making maintenance requests. Maintenance staff always friendly. Office staff always friendly. Only issue is some residents do not pick up after their pets, and twice, dogs have been off their leashes and lunged after my small dog.

Location is perfect, with movie theatre, shops and high quality restaurants nearby. Community is quiet and clean, landscaped, with nice amenities: Gated/ Nice Pool/Tennis/ Dog Park/Pet Friendly Areas/ Daily Valet Trash pick up. The (2 bedroom) Units have Walk-in Closets/ Storage units/ Large Walk-in pantry/ Nice cabinets and Appliances. Helpful, friendly staff. I love it!

Online move in process smooth. We were moving from out of state so doing everything electronically was a nice option. Application form is ridiculous for married couples - have to input the same info twice. Even though we did a walk thru when we moved in to make sure everything was working the apt was dirty. Toilets not cleaned, tile in shower not cleaned, counters had goo and sticky stuff on them, floors were dusty, light switch plates looked like they had never been cleaned

Management was so accommodating, especially in dealing with a corporate rental! Most helpful and extremely prompt and efficient. The apartment was available when promised, clean and ready for move in. Nice welcome from other tenants. Love the facilities.

The only time I have ever been dissatisfied was when I lost the key to my apartment and was told that I would have to call a locksmith. I felt let down. The service cost me $160.00. I think that the apartment complex should provide the service to their tenants at minimal charge.

This apartment was by far the best apartment complex that I reviewed out of about 20+. They are very friendly and the neighborhood is extremely nice and has great amenities! One other thing, is that they are very public safety friendly and with myself being an EMT they offered me a discount which you have to inquire about upon filling out your information! Great area and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! And the prices are great! You will not regret your decision by choosing Park at Towne Lake.

The management is so efficient. When I moved in there were a few minor things I needed done and although I didn't get to speak with someone directly I left a voicemail and they were able to respond immediately. I really appreciated how quickly I got an answer and got my problems resolved.

There is always a new staff member up front who never knows anything which is frustrating. Pool rules of no drinking no music and pretty much no fun sucks. Dont live near dog park dogs bark at all hours and people like to hang out and party their (bizarre).

Great Community. All I have to say but must type 200 characters for this survey to stop hitting my inbox. Destiny 2 comes out soon. TTK is way to high at the moment to be really fun. Hopefully they make some of the weapons more fun.

Love the community, it feels more like a home than an apartment. Let's be that trash is picked up everyday and that I don't have to tote it away. Love that shopping is not far away, even being entertained is not far, can't wait to use the gas grill in the pool area

So far so good. Staff is friendly and helpful, management wanted way too much information from my guarantor to get everything ready for move in. Apartment and community is nice though. Rent is pretty damn expensive overall, but flat water bill helps some.

I have only lived here for about a month. Getting in here was a bit of a struggle. My welcome letter was for a different unit than what they had on my lease, which meant a different view and amenities. Once it was brought to their attention, they corrected the mistake and placed me in a unit with the same view and amenities I was originally promised. Since then, I've only had one issue where there was a leak in the wall that caused some mold issues. Again, they responded promptly and professionally. The office staff and maintenance staff work closely together to fix any issues that may come up. The property is kept clean and all the common areas like the pool and gym are also kept up well. Despite the few hiccups, I love living here. My apartment is perfect and for an apartment community, it is relatively quiet.

Nice grounds, well kept up with flowers, scrubs, New roofs, etc. Apartments are fairly well insulated, sounds from other apartments is minimal. Quick responses from office and maintenance staff when called. Apartments do receive routine maintenance. Outside Windows have not been washed or power sprayed since I've been here, very dirty. Front desk person is very nice, and tries to accommodate all requests. Management staff is usually friendly, however, they sometimes are very argumentative, and do not seem to be as interested in listening to what is being requested as saying, for example "our other facilities do not do that." I really don't care about the other facilities, I pay a lot to live in this one, and would appreciate at least to be acknowledged and be told it would be looked into, which I assume it isn't as I never hear feedback. Manager tries to be responsive, again however, I do not hear about any followup. I was always under the impression that the customer is always right, that is not the case here. I will be looking for different housing this year.

I have lived here for several years and have had a wonderful experience. The ladies in the office are a pleasure to work with !!! Anytime I have had an issue, the office has addressed it right away. They are very prompt and professional in what they do. Friendly people. The maintenance guys are great and friendly. They address any problems promptly and are good at what they do!! I also love the valet trash service, definitely a plus. I would for sure recommend this property to anyone looking to move.

Great experience. The only complaint I have are the breezeways and some of the neighbors front door entrances and the fact some dog owners with large dogs fail to clean up after their animals. As for the staff - wonderful. Very responsive.

The Park at Towne Lake is a Beautifully Maintained group of "HOMES" in an apartment setting. The rooms are spacious as are the Closets and Kitchen - you feel like you are in a home because of the floor plans. The Wood burning Fireplace, Built in Bookshelves, Large Picture windows, large bedrooms and bathrooms with glamour tubs are some of the key amenities of our apartment. When I reflect on what I was paying for a one Bedroom apartment - this is truly a value as I have lots of room and a Garage for my storage and I dropped my 100 dollar a month YMCA fee as the Health Club is very nice and included in the monthly rent. My Golden Retriever loves the Dog park and nice park like walking areas just outside the development.

All great. Lisa and Tiff are awesome.. just need to clean more in the breezeways.. The landscapers need to clean up tree trimmings after they do hedges as well .. they leave the mess all over and I have to always clean up
