Has not been a good experience in this particular apartment. Due to the tenants living filthy upstairs this caused German roaches to invade my apartment through electrical sockets and take over kitchen area. This has been going on for over 4 months and very uncomfortable. Staff is exceptionally nice but I do think there should have been exceptions or alternatives or any assistance versus me, resident, being inconvenienced. Warning to anyone that moves in to this unit. There is a lot of noise from the tenants upstairs. Running, jumping, knocking etc. both day and night. Just an FYI in case you end up getting a renter and they too notify the office.

THis staff is amazing and dilligent in their work. I am always greeted with a smile in the office and Tish defines customer service! Maintenance is so sweet and they always complete my work orders within 24 hours. Lovely place to live!! Even during the snow storms they stayed in the office 24/7 until they were able to get the water on.

A very nice looking apartment and community but would like for necessities like water and air conditioning to be fixed immediately and not shut off without warning. Also when we call about a snake in our apartment it shouldn't take 5 days for someone to come out.

I have been here since Nov of 2013 and the entire office and maintance staff is wonderful. They can't do enough to help you. They try to make this complex as friendly as possible, with a dinner for Christmas and breakfast 1st Sat of each month. They are always ready to listen and do what they can for you.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the years I have lived here.I have felt safe and at home. Even with management company changes, it was seamless and conducted very professionally. Everyone is so nice that works in the front office and strives to serve the community.

Good area to live in, good service and friendly staff. Been through several management companies in our seven years here and tribridge seems to be the best. I would like the rules enforced a little better as our neighbors leave their trash out all the time while others chain a dog out on the balcony barking all day. But you can't control inconsiderate people.

My experience at this apartment complex was not entirely bad but at the same time for a paying resident there were plenty of issues to deal with. I moved to the Pointe at Towne Lake during the time it was called Paces at Towne Lake. There were more resident activities before the name change, but this isn't exactly a big issue for everyone. After the name change the manager and some staff members of this particular apartment complex changed approximately 6 times. You can draw your own conclusions about the meaning behind a different manger/staff every few months to a year within a short period of time. I lived on the top floor in a 2 BR 1 BATH corner apartment. The location, in my opinion, is the best if you prefer not to hear footsteps above your head due to a heavy foot or due to poor construction. For the most part I felt this particular apartment s construction was pretty good since the only shared walls were the kitchen & dining room between an adjacent apartment and the floor / ceiling between my apartment and the one below. I can't speak to the construction of any of the other units, but in this particular location the noise was minimal, which I believe is partially due to considerate neighbors. Something not so neighborly or considerate is the valet trash issue. The valet trash service (which cost $22 the last time I was there and included in the utility bill) was introduced after the "Pointe" management took over. The rules were pretty clear; service would be Sunday - Thursday (no Friday or Saturday service), residents were to place sealed trash bags in the valet waste trash can before 8 pm on service nights & bring trash cans in before a certain time in the morning (I believe 9 am). Regardless of the time, it was my understanding trash cans would not be on display outside someone s apartment door indefinitely. The joke was apparently on me since the majority of the building residents always left the valet trash can outside the apartment door. Some residents would leave trash outside their door from Friday (when we were specifically told there was no service) to Sunday. One morning I saw a large rodent around the front door of a residents valet waste trash can. Basically the management did not enforce the rules and things got out of hand. If you are someone who doesn't care about trash cans being left outside apartment doors or the occasional rodent, feel free to move here. You will be among friends. Another not so neighborly issue is the problem with the dog waste around the apartment buildings. This issue is a result of a lazy resident not willing to pick up after their pet(s). Management s response, when things get really bad, is to send a letter to every resident reminding them to pick up after their pet(s), whether you own a dog or not. The problem with this approach is the person(s) creating this issue are never singled out. I have to admit, I'm not sure what a reasonable solution to this would be. If every dog owner is charged a fee for pet clean up, those that otherwise would clean up after their pet may decide, since they pay a fee, not to clean up after their pet, making the issue worse. This seems to be an issue at a lot of apartment complexes. I thought, for the most part, the maintenance team was pretty good. The apartments are not brand new; therefore, replacement of appliances and service requests should be expected. During the time I lived at the Pointe, the refrigerator, water heater, and the blinds in the apartment were replaced. The refrigerator was replaced right away after I reported there was an issue with it. The water heater leaked several times and a significant number of service requests were made before it was finally replaced. I had to write a letter to the property management company concerning the water heater and the blinds before these items were replaced and even with the letter the water heater was not replaced until after it leaked so bad there was no other choice but to replace it. The maintenance team over the time I lived at the Pointe also changed from time to time and I would say most were pretty good. Another issue at the Pointe involved a package delivery. A package was delivered for me to the complex rental office by a 3rd party/private vendor. Because of package tracking I was made aware the package was delivered and when I inquired about the delivery at the apartment rental office I was told it had not been delivered. I figured the delivery person kept the package and pretended it was delivered. A month later I found the opened package under my sofa. Apparently cameras monitoring who enters and leaves your apartment are a necessity if you plan to live here. I always find it interesting when I read reviews where someone says the entire office staff is great or the entire office staff is not so great. My experience during the time I lived here is that some of the office staff was great and immediately handled any issues that came up and some of the office staff, not so much. As with any job you have those people who have the personality to handle a job like dealing with a variety of people on a daily basis and dealing with complaints and such that come with a job like a rental agent and then you have those people who are doing the job for the paycheck. To say that everyone is great seems unrealistic, but to each his own I guess. I can say during the time I lived here there was always at least one person that was great. Lastly, the utility bill at the Pointe are possibly very high due to the old residential heat pump system and the long list of fees (i.e. common area electric and water fees as well as the valet waste fee and processing fee charged by the 3rd party utility billing company). I have found this 3rd party billing is an issue at a lot of other apartment complexes. I suggest asking about the utility billing before signing a lease. I also suggest taking a lot of pictures before moving in and after moving out to cover yourself and just in case you don't see everything during the apartment walk-through.

The Pointe at Towne Lake is exhausting. Extremely saddened that we wasted out money at this specific establishment. Would much rather have lived somewhere else. Please save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. They are all smiles when you come in to look, but after that they are completely inattentive. The office staff is extremely hard to get in touch with since you will need to call on average 6 times to finally get someone on the phone. Their excuses consistently are "We have new management". Management changed many months ago but they continue to use that line. The final day of my lease, meaning I can maintain possession until 11:59pm, I received a call at about 11am from the office staff stating that they were filing for eviction against me. I had moving trucks coming within the hour and they were already planning to evict me. As you can imagine, that would be terribly upsetting. Since I was unable to get them on the phone I went into the office and spoke with one of at least 3 people that were sitting in there not answering phones. When I asked why they would claim to be filing an eviction prior to my lease being up, the person I was speaking with stated that she doesn't know anything. She just calls from a list that is printed out and given to her. On this list, it did not date my move out date, so why in anyone's right mind would they randomly call people claiming to file an eviction. We did not receive a copy of our contract until 17 days after we moved out. As professionals they should know that a copy of a signed contract must be given to all parties. We had to beg for it. The office claimed they put notices on our door explaining move out procedures and deadlines. The critical notices seemed to never make it to our door. When asked about them in the office the office states that they are not required to send them out, and they did not have a copy of it in our folder (yet they had a notice from a later date in our folder). When I went in a month later, they miraculously had a copy of the earlier notice in their folder backdated to when it was supposed to be given to us. I questioned why this document from months ago was not in my folder a month ago but now it is. They claimed to be behind on filing. How can you be behind on filing from several months ago but you have a more recent document filed. I know it may be a possibility but it was quite ironic how this "happened" to work out for them. Unprofessional CMA if you ask me. The office staff will also promise to call you back before the end of the business day. They do not return calls. Only once did I get a call back from them but it was about a week later. Do not be fooled by thinking a gated community is safer. Yes, cars can follow other cars through the gate, but at this specific place of business/living the gates only work correctly about 30% of the time. We were never able to beep any of our family and friends in because they never put our names into the gate callbox. Each time we asked for this to be corrected they would tell us it was being worked on and give us a system updating issue as an excuse. They have an excuse for EVERYTHING! As for the pool area, it is open for anyone to park in the front parking lot and walk right in. Glass bottles everywhere, and random guests coming in. Don't leave your kids unattended. Overall property conditions - well, this is a big one. Because of their poor idea of lawn care and maintenance, the parking lot frequently floods in certain areas. No thanks to these poor conditions our car flooded because of excessive runoff of and poor drainage due to blockage by pine straw and other yard debris not being regularly picked up and disposed of. Nearly happened a second time but luckily we were home to be able to clear of the drain yet again. Noise levels - you will be able to hear each step that the person above you makes. Cleanliness - poor. During our walkthrough they would just brush things off because they did not want to address it at the time. Mark everything you see so they do not try to hold you as the cause of it. Very cheap materials used in the apartments. New carpet was put into our place and after a month with minimal traffic and kept cleaned and vacuumed, it looked as though it was 10 years old. Not by stains but rather lack of durability. Completely disgusted with this pathetic excuse of a "good" apartment. I know apartments have their faults that can typically occur, but this places continues to dish them out to you. During the signing of our contract they left and said they had to attend to something else so asked that we sign without further explanation of specifics. Overall, my biggest complaint is the office staff. Unpersonable, excuse driven, and defensive. Based on reviews I had previously read, I hoped that new management (Which I learned was not as new as they claimed)would make it a better place. It has not. Many reviews also stated that people felt the office staff were writing their own reviews and I strongly feel that that may be the case. You do not typically find apartment reviews solely talking about how "wonderful" the staff is over and over, without mention of amenities, property conditions, responsiveness, etc. The majority of the reviews I came across sound like the staff trying to defend themselves, and praise them. But it means nothing when what someone writes about themselves, and how they actually perform are so different. Extremely saddened that we wasted out money at this specific establishment. Would much rather have lived somewhere else. Please save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have lived in this community for 4 years. That should tell you how nice it is here. No grass to cut any problems just make a phone call. A man or woman would be out of their head to turn down living here.

The new trash at Woodstock begins when you pass the nicely kept front office. Outside areas seem to only be essential before the NEVER SECURED front entrance! Dangerous picnic area. Gym and playground is unkept and dangerous! Never once has maintenance offered a new filter for the 20 year old a/c unit. This was a nice apartment when we moved in but there is large dog feces on every common grass area even after the landscape company pretends to blow around the dead bushes! Prices here are certainly appealing until you get in the door and the utilities change drastically! If you want the best for your dollar - the projects in Atlanta are probably better kept!
