I love living here. Sold my home a year ago after 14 yrs and moved into a 2 bedrm June 2014. Two weeks ago I transferred into a completely remodeled 3 bedroom and it's awesome! Mainanence staff is top notch. Gilberto goes out and beyond to get the job done and within a timely manner. He is always professional and friendly. This property is quiet in both bldgs I've lived in. I feel safe and comfortable. Lots of business professionals reside here. I also think the front office staff is great as well. Michael, Kaitlyn and Jimmy are always a pleasure. We recently had our community pool party and it was nice to see all of the staff participating and their children as well. If you are looking for a quiet community where you feel at home and are treated like family by the office staff then Park @ Towne Lake is for you. Lastly if you occasionally enjoy being treated to a surprise chic fil a biscuit while going to work by the office staff then you have another added bonus to look forward too...THANKS Park @ Towne Lake! The complex is kept up very nice and looks good. The grass is maintained very well along with all the landscaping. Pool and amenities are a plus especially the gas fired grills, makes for a convenient quick dinner while at the pool ! I would recommend this community to anyone

I just moved to Park at Towne Lake about a week ago and everything has gone well so far. Jimmy was my leasing agent and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the complex and surrounding community. In addition, he was straightforward and quite patient as he took me on a second tour when I wanted to checkout the property a second time. On the day I actually moved in, Caitlin was working in the leasing office. She was too very friendly, organized, and also enjoyable to work with. I moved into a renovated unit and was presented a nice welcome basket on my move in day. The kitchen in particular turned out well with stainless steel appliances, a microwave venthood, lighting under the cabinets, and a tile backsplash. In the rest of the unit, there are paneled doors, ceiling fans with light kits (both the living room and bedroom), and crown molding in the living room. The bathroom has nice cabinetry, a cultured marble countertop, large mirror with nice trim, and a curved shower curtain bar. The only reason I didn't give an overall score of five is because some of the finishing touches for the renovation weren't precise (though I understand it's difficult to complete a renovation in the limited time they have) and the exterior hallways could use some power-washing as well as bicycle removal from the stairwells. Otherwise, the grounds look fantastic with the landscaping kept up well and any vehicles in disrepair being taken care of. I'm very picky, but even I'd say Park is good for the price given the friendly and knowledgeable staff, newly renovated apartments, and great location in a nice side of town. I've been quite happy thus far and anticipate that will continue!

After selling our home in two days, we needed a flexible 3 month lease, and immediate availability. Starting with my first appointment with Jimmy, he was very helpful and displayed a very professional attitude. He went out of his way to help us get our apartment in a very short time, and walked us through the rental process with precision. The apartment was great and very spacious. It has a lot more room than we thought. Everything was ready for us when we moved in. Right after I moved in the new management took over and they are awful. I had a series of busted pipes that was like pulling teeth for them to come fix. After a month of dealing with it and mold starting to fester, they offered to switch me to another apartment. After agreeing, I was then informed I only had 3 days to unexpectedly move and I had to pay out of my own pocket to get a truck and hire movers because I didn't have the time to pack and move it myself. Also 1 of the main reasons I decided to move into this apartment complex was that all the utilities were billed on 1 bill and I didn't have call any companies to get anything turned on in my name. To me that was a big major convenience. Well the new management changed that right at Christmas time. We had 2 weeks to get the electric turned on in our name. I had to take time off work to show up at the electric company and pay a deposit I had not budgeted for. Management is now sending us the bill for other utilities to us themselves. They add it on to my monthly rent and rent is not accepted if I don't pay the utilities with it. Today is 3-1-15 and I just got the utility bill stuck in the door that is due TODAY!!! with rent, or they won't accept my rent payment. I know its utilities I use and its utilities I will pay for, but its hard to manage a budget when you are slapped with fees and expected to pay for them that day or face late charges. Its unprofessional and frustrating.

I have been a resident at the Park at Towne Lake, formerly the Pointe at Towne Lake, for four years. Pros: My apartment is quiet and the maintenance men are nice and prompt to fix issues within the apartment. My AC went out last summer and maintenance came out and placed a portable AC unit in my apartment on a Saturday. Cons: Since the new management has taken over, the gates are frequently broken and left open for anyone to enter. On more than one occasion I have come home to men in my apartment, not employed by the complex, simply non- English speaking subcontractors. The fire pit outside of my apartment exploded which required EMS and firemen to secure the area. A children's play set was installed within a close distance to an open pool, the gate was unlocked and a simple caution tape was draped over the play set, and debris has been left in the parking lot for multiple days making for embarrassing view.

This has become the worst and most expensive community in Cherokee County, Georgia. Any mention of amenities is completely misleading! There is no playground, no business center, no tennis courts! The utility bills are marked up double (if not triple) and are not regulated by Georgia Public Utilities. Rate for Novembers billing was 28%/kmh! Water is also tripled in usage, as well as so called shared costs! The people in the offic are rude and once your lease is signed you are on your own and, if you complain, they hang up on you! This is the new ------ of Woodstock with the highest possible rent! Buyer Beware!

I enjoy the community and the convenience it gives me. The staff is very helpful. The manager is very knowledgeable. When I first moved in the landscape was great, because I live on the ground floor I would walk outside and look at the grass and the trees. The grounds need to be updated.

After several years of mediocore maintenance, the complex seems to be getting on track. My only complaint is the sudden influx of large dogs (over 50 lbs) which were not allowed when I initially moved in and are restricted in writing in my past leases.

I have lived here and have witness several things that is alarming as a tenant. I do not feel as though they are doing background checks on everyone due to some of the people you see walking through the complex. It is very frightening to see what appears to be crack heads walking here day and night. I refuse to go to the exercise area because it is down in the basement and no one would hear you if you are attacked. Poor safety planning by management. I have witness my neighbors drunk and using profanity. Be sure to monitor who goes in and out of your apartment. I approached a maintenance man and realized he had changed his appearance I told him how different he looked I guess he did not think he would be recognized. He said I am just checking apartments for leaks he had on beige pants looking the part and as I asked him several other questions he stated that he did not work there but his brother worked in maintenance I said to him why are you entering these apartments and he walked very fast down the steps. The second time was when the fire inspectors where coming around I thought that someone from the office would be with them but a complete stranger was given the keys to enter the apartments without anyone assisting them management should know that you should not allow strangers to wonder around in tenants apartments. Once again no answer from management. Sometimes I sit on my porch late at night you see some things that are really out of place and this property needs to be patrolled by security . Several of my neighbors come home late at night and I have a concern for them regarding safety so we watch out for each other. Last but not least the gates needs to close quicker it is too many cars following closely behind you and it makes me wonder if they really live here. Sometimes when I come in late at night there are men sitting on the bench outside of the office with hoodies on where are the cameras. Also I came home a week ago and police where on the property I was told that someone shot into another tenants apartment. I am not sure if anyone was hurt I proceeded to my building and locked myself into my apartment.
