It's been wonderful! I live how quick the maintenance guys respond to any request we have. I also am a huge fan of how the front office tends to know if not majority ALL of the residents. Kambria, Tiffany, and Ronnie, and sometimes Tyreek or Tyrek (not sure how to spell his name) are very nice and curteous. I enjoy living at this apartment complex.

My experience at this community has been absolutely terrible! They will schedule appointments with you and not follow through. They lack good communication skills and customer service and have lied to me on multiple occasions. I have paid a great deal of money living in this community, and it has *not* been worth it. The service has not matched the monies I have paid. Do NOT live at Park at Towne Lake!

This is a great location! And for the price that we're paying for I felt like there was no other competition! The staff solves any issues in a timely matter when there is an issue. It has a gate so that's always a big plus.

I LOVE living here. Everyone is very welcoming, staff is very attentive. Kambria is very professional and friendly. The grounds are kept very clean, no problems with noisy neighbors and loud dogs barking. Peaceful, serene and clean :)

Nice apartment complex, clean grounds, seamless move in, Wonderful staff, and great maintenance technician. Very well run by all that work here. So far my time here has been seamless, I've had to contact the office a few times (not for anything major, nothing wrong with the apt) but every time I've reached out they have been right on top of it. e.g I asked for a security latch and in no time done. I asked for a blind to be replaced and once again done immediately. That's pretty awesome and efficient if you ask me, especially when they probably have lots of requests on a daily basis. I would absolutely consider these apartments if looking.

Safety concern regarding an extremely slippery surface in the common breezeway of bldg. 500 has not been addressed. I have stated on the maintenance request that I have already fallen down here and witnessed any person slip and almost fall down here.

Nothing but problems since moving in. Maintenance comes to fix things but usually breaks something else while there. Office does nothing about noise complaints either. Would not recommend living in these apartments.

The apartment itself is great! The maintainable staff is not good. It takes the maintance staff a vey long time to complete a request. I think if they would just install something correct the first time it would be such an issue.

We genuinely enjoy living here! Our apartment is large, comfortable and has plenty of storage space. The grounds are well maintained and the friendly, service oriented staff has always taken care of our needs and requests quickly and efficiently. They have always gone above and beyond what we would have expected and we would have no reservations about recommending Park at Towne Lake!

I discovered these apartments through a friend who used to live nearby. The apartments were clean and affordable. So far the community has been quiet and friendly. Although I haven't utilized it yet, the community offers a well maintained pool area that I look forward to using.

Staff was very helpful upon move in, and the maintenance crew is very helpful and responsive. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly, including the neighbors. Overall the apartment was in perfect condition upon move in after an extensive inspection.

I really like the gated community. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a mixture of adults and children. It is a pet friendly environment. I have noticed that the upstairs neighbors are really noisy. This may be due to children and dogs living in the apartment unit.

The staff are very friendly and approachable. They resolve maintenance requests quickly. I just moved in but, the neighbors seem friendly as well so far. My apartment is beautiful and updated to the latest design trends. My favorite feature is all of the storage space found in the closets and cabinets. I love the location as well.

Everything about this complex is great, except I have had a terrible first impression of their maintence staff. Took days to get someone to my apartment, and the job was not completed. Still waiting for it to be completed and it's been over a week. Otherwise, we love our apartment, area, and neighbors.

We love living at park at towne lake. Despite our car being stolen out of the parking lot it is he only negative experience we have had there. All of the office staff, especially Tiffany, has always been very quick to help with any questions or problems we may have.

Lisa, Tiffany, and Kambria are all amazing! They made this transition seamless, and are efficient and diligent. My one bedroom apartment is absolutely beautiful and was clean and ready on the day I moved in. I submitted a work request to have my chandelier raised, and the request was completed on the same day. I am very impressed and proud to call Park at Towne Lake my new home!

Nice community. Good Management. Easy parking. Nice pool area and gym. Tennis court could use an upgrade. Great location, easy access to everything . Best square footage for the dollar anywhere in Woodstock.

Nice place to live. Breezeways need a good pressure washing because the valet water service is abused. Residents do not use their assigned receptacles as required therefore the concrete is permanently stained. Aside from dirty breezeways the property is well maintained. The new gym is quite nice and the place is relatively affordable for this market.

I love calling Park a Towne Lake my home. It is close to everything and the community is perfect. The staff is always so helpful and responds quickly to any issues. My son loves playing tennis and stopping by the office to say hello especially to "Ms. Lisa". I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

The property is clean well kept, The management is Also very good about house keeping such as maintaining apartment filters smoke detectors and other things which needs to be maintained ongoing, We are also close to shopping supermarkets and outlet mall !!
