I have lived in several apartments in the North Georgia area and this is by far my favorite. The managers do an excellent job keeping the place clean and well maintained, and they respond quickly to any concerns you may have. The apartments are really nice, and the pool and grounds are kept beautiful all year long. They were helpful and kind in helping us get approved and moved in with very little deposit even when we had poor credit. Remember that we live in a world where people rarely write reviews unless they are angry, so the good things about a business often go unpublished. I would recommend Park at Towne Lake as a great place to live.

I have lots to say about this apartment community, most of which aren't good. To make it simple, I'll just list in pro vs. con format. Starting with cons... Cons: Mold in windows and management insists that it falls on the resident, even though everyone I've spoken to has a problem with it in their unit... one of which whose son was hospitalized from it. There's a dog park, but it seems like management hates all dogs as well as their owners. You can forget about letting your dogs play in the park, because that's apparently a disturbance. A good apartment community promotes friendliness amongst neighbors, whereas here they take measures to avoid it. Case in point - removing a park bench where dog owners converse while letting their pets play. Additional $22/month MANDATORY for trash service that is really unnecessary. They should allow the OPTION to have that instead of require it. Even then, there's trash all over due to the trash valet. They charge $45/flat for water a month for units this small (I used to pay $20 tops at my old apartment). If you're interested in moving here, I STRONGLY SUGGEST asking to walk the grounds first, so you can see first hand of the level of trash and dog poop scattered about (thanks in part to having a very limited number of dog stations). On top of that, there's effin' cats EVERYWHERE. Pros: ... the air conditioning works.

My experience has been a good one so far. Quite and friendly neighbors. I would recommend the community to a friend. Just one thing kight switches to room I feel they could use a lot more. There isn't enough and I find myself walking back and forth looking for the light switch

The community is nice overall and seems to have more established residents - families, professionals, retired. Staff contradicts each other constantly, but they will get things done if you stay on top of it. I don't hear voices or TVs from neighbors, but I can hear the dog running above me and moving furniture. It may just be the couple upstairs, because I don't hear anything from the apartment I share a wall with or the one below.

Wonderful place to live. Absolutely no complaints until my dishwasher broke, leaking onto the kitchen floor and under the rug. Washing my dishes by hand.Have to travel up to the office tomorrow. I don't know what else to tell you and there is no communication.

It has been a very nice transition. People seem friendly enough, Nice neighbors. The Gym is totally awesome, if you are into fitness. The Manager tried his hardest to get me the place I wanted, and he even showed up on his day off to seal the deal. All in all, this place is great!

We have always had prompt service any time there has been an issue. Jimmy and Gilberto are WONDERFUL! We would like to see our ceilings and walls repaired from a previous leak, but it's not urgent. Thank you for the knowledge your staff has. Thanks!

I just moved in today. The process of getting approved went smoothly without any glitches. Jimmy in the office has been great to work with. It's been 40+ years since I have rented an apartment and I found the whole process reasonable and surprisingly straight forward.

I am sick of this place I can not wait to move out. The mold issue and also water damage is rediculious they say that it's commen but I have visited 3 other apartment complexes and none of them have this issue. My son having health issues this is not helping. I have had to move my son into my parents home after ending up in the hospital with him. I call and tell them about the issues and they don't care. the only one that even cares is Jimmy. And gilborto

If you are not a dog person then this is the place for you. I can't stand dogs and I can tell that the managment here does not either. Every time I complain about dogs barking while playing in the dog park, puppies being off leash near the dog park or residents respectfully enjoying the community and one another at the dog park... The manger jumps at my complaint and sends nasty letters letting them know that they are not welcome here. They have moved the benches and table from the dog park so those nasty dog owners can not get together and let their dumb dogs play any more. I have also spoken with employees of the office that have shared with me (confidentially of course) that the manager does not want those dog owners hanging out and letting their dogs play anymore so they are trying to make it uncomfortable for those residents on purpose. Thank goodness! I sure do hate dogs and if you do too, this is the place for you!

Highly disappointed, the maintenance stinks here . Everyone was so nice in the beginning and wanted to help but now I feel i get the run around . Can't wait till my lease is up ! Ive had so many maintenance issues , the apartment that I was told and what I got it wasn't the same !!

It has been great. Only been here a week but, great experience so far. Excellent facility and staff. Can't say enough good things about the place!! Liked that Comcast was pre wired and all they had to do was send me the box and I could plug and play to get my services working.

This is a nice community, with friendly staff, The surroundings are very relaxing. The complex is close to stores. The neighbors in my block are friendly and in general all the residents seem friendly. The management team are very accomodating

After my daughters death I asked about exempting my lease so that I could move to raise my surviving granddaughters. I was notified by the asst manager that the manager ------- said absolutely not, not without a 60 day notice and penalty. The last thing I needed was another financial hardship to compound the already existing issues.

The overall community appearance and atmosphere has declined considerably since I moved in. I have had some significant maintenance issues and although the maintenance team responds quickly, there is no follow through or communication with me to share status of repair, especially if lasting more than one day.

We have been here for a little over a week and love it! Jimmy was fantastic and helped us get in to our apartment with ease, he was very welcoming and helpful. He kept in contact with us and guided us every step of the way since we were moving here from out of state. It's a clean, quiet, nice apartment community with an ideal location. We love the convenience to the grocery store, gas station, restaurants, highway, etc.

I just moved in to Park at Towne Lake and this has been the best move-in experience to an apartment that I have had in the last fifteen years of living in the Atlanta area. Jimmy was my leasing consultant and he's the ultimate professional. I was able to fill out my application online (which saved me a trip) and he kept me updated with all the information I needed to have a smooth moving day. Everything in my apartment works properly and the construction is top notch. The community is very quiet and safe. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a movie theater, I-575, etc. The grounds are kept clean and landscaped. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great apartment community in this area.

always feel safe living here. Love the Pool. The landscaping is always looking good. they are always doing work on the yards, flowers, pine straw. the use the blowers machines to blow off back porches. We have good lighting on the grounds and parking lot.

Love it hear. It is clean and quite. I love all of the updated appliances it makes it feel more like a home vibe vs an apartment vibe. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I just love everything about this place. The only thing I would recommend is being more cautious when painting. The floors look dingy in some areas because of paint smears

Though we just moved in less than 2 weeks ago, we already love our new home! Jimmy and Caitlin in the office are wonderful. No noisy neighbors. Wonderful finishes in the unit. Clean. Ample parking. Just all around enjoyable. Will rate again after moving out. I doubt the experience will change.

This is a nice and fairly quiet community. Since the ownership change in the last year, I have noticed significant upgrades to the community as well as the individual services offered to the residents. This has become a very nice place to call home.
