Where did these people learn how to manage apartments?

I unfortunately live here at The Paces. I cannot wait to move from this place that these people call "luxury" apartment living. This complex needs major attitude adjustments with the office staff. These people act like there your friends but if you need them to help you with anything in the apartment it is all of a sudden not on the most important list that they seem to be working from at the time. I would think twice or reconsider moving to another complex before living at this welfare dump that they are trying to sell off as a great place to live. Attitude sets the mood and to bad its awful here. And im posting this anonymously because after they read it I really dont want to have them calling with their fake friendship that they didn´t realize I was unhappy. Whatever I know how you apartment people work. At this point I just want to make sure that you dont trap other people in this God for saken complex.

One of the best!

The office staff is wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The community is clean and quiet. Our neighbors are great. The pool, tennis court, and fitness center are always in good repair and never crowded. Also, the community is very close to shopping, restaraunts, a movie theater, and schools.
