Lived here over 11 years love the apartments, staff and community. People stay here a long time and many are elderly that stay here instead of an Independent Living facility. This place is well kept and always updated, great gym & pool & parties.

I've been here for 4 years and I cannot complain. The staff and maintenance crew are all friendly and professional. Neighbors are friendly, property is clean and taken care of. I would recommend this property to anyone moving into Woodstock!

THIS PLEASE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I have been living here for roughly 7 months I can not wait for my lease to be over. My upstairs neighbor sounds as if he has bricks strapped to his feet as he walks back and forth in his apartment ALL NIGHT. when brought to the attention of management they say we will send them a letter. if it persists to call the courtesy officer to have them come to your apartment when you hear the sound. Like I want to have someone in my apartment at 2AM. The dog poop situation is terrible. the back of my building is a dog poop highway. it is getting to the time of year to open your windows not here!!! If you live on the ground floor the smell is unbearable. This morning was the best part!! 3AM I wake up to flash lights outside?? I think that is weird, I should have know it was the cops investigating due to people breaking into cars over night. Stay away from here you can rent a house for the same price!!!

Office staff is GREAT! Maintenance needs slot of re coaching! Not happy with them or whoever is in charge of keeping the breezeway cleaned. Also the trash service could be a lot better. They always forget trash bags.Paying over 1k a month, this is unacceptable

Staff has a great response time but not everything is completed. I love the community here but I don't like the fact that owners did not pick up after their pets. It would be nice if there were more security cameras within the property it self. Someone has broken into my apartment and someone has sideswiped my car while living here.

Very quiet and clean community with excellent residents. We are on the ground floor so bugs can be a problem but they will spray whenever requested. The inside painting has been a bit overdone which causes some doors to stick closed. Wish something could be done about the odor from the trash dumpster as well.

Park at towne lake was great 6 months ago. New people in the front office have made it a terrible place to live. They ask their residents to take pictures of other residents breaking rules (not picking up pet waste...not taking their trash in at exactly 9:00 among other things) and then put threatening letters into residents doors with pictures and fines attached. It has become a place to be afraid to live and be afraid who is taking pictures of you and invading your privacy.

The leasing office staff is fairly useful and friendly. They respond fairly quickly to phone calls and service requests. The complex is clean and very homely. A lot of older tenants which makes it very quiet. The apartments are modern and very nice. I love my view.

It's been great, and the staff have been helpful. The only thing that has been a little taxing is the length of the application process and them Amount of paperwork that needs signing. We have been here a week and we have needed to go to the office on three separate occasions to sign more paperwork. ..

I really enjoyed working with the leasing office! They were all so kind and easy to work with! The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed. The rent is reasonable for the space that you get and I really like that there hasn't been an issue with the gate, as of yet. I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Excellent 4.5 out of 5 overall experience - would recommend this complex! Only suggestions would be more leniency with the common areas (currently wrist bands are required just to get in / use the pool / grill area) & and maybe add on site laudry room option. Otherwise great!

We just moved in on June 6th and we love it. The apartment is spacious enough for my wife and I as well as 3 children (with 1 on the way). All of our neighbors have made us feel at home and the grounds are always well kept. We LOVE the Valet trash service. When we were moving in Jimmy was our leasing specialist and he always made sure to go out of his way to make us feel welcome and to assist us with all the paperwork. I haven't lived in an apartment in about 14 years but I am pleased with our choice.

I can't began to tell you how much I appreciate all of the things you did to help me following my sisters death. While I dealt mostly with you, I thought tiffany was also helpful and kind. Jimmy, whom I spoke to mostly on the phone, was also pleasant and accommodating. Ramon was so good to jack and me as he knew two senior citizens would never be able to carry 27 bags and several large boxes down all those flights of stairs. He's a good man. Please thank everyone for me. I would refer anyone to this place to live great staff and great neighbors.

the staff are lazy and don't enforce apartment policy and don't handle things fairly. They have rules and let people get away with not ensuring the rules are enforced. Different apartment staffers lie about conversations with you might have addressed with other staff members.

I have lived here two separate times before and just transferred to a new apartment in the complex. I love the community. Everything is over all a positive experience for me! The staff is very helpful and very prompt. Maintenance is there as soon as possible to fix any problems that you might have.There are alot of things to do around the apartment complex as well. So its very convienent!

We love this place, we love the pool area and the upgraded gym. The management is always improving this area. We do wish they would allow the call box at gate to work on outr cell phones that are out of state numbers.

Overall fantastic complex. This place is clean with a great staff, and the only complaints I have are based off of other tenants (who don't pick up after their animals (I can do it, so can you) and the guy above me has lead feet. Overall this is a great community with a fantastic staff!

My husband and young children (3 years and 8 months old when we moved out) lived here for about 2 years. We have been married for 5 years and have lived in 4 apartments! So I think we have a good insight into apartment life and how complexes run on a day-to-day basis. This was our favorite apartment by far! We only moved because we were able to finally get a house for our family. Otherwise, we probably would have stayed forever! We truly love these apartments. The recent renovations are very nice and the floor plans are so nice and open for an apartment! The management here is absolutely outstanding. They truly listen and are involved in the apartment community! The maintenance staff is an example every apartment complex should learn from! They are really fast and genuinely nice caring people. This might sound weird, but we were actually sad to leave because we felt like family to the staff, particularly the maintenance man Gilberto (Maintenance Supervisor). Him and Jimmy really made our time there really great and stress free! So when you come and visit, their initial nice-ness (like apartments complexes typically do) is NOT just for show! Also, the amenities are amazingly nice as well! If there are any problems with neighbors (let's be real, that just comes with apartment life..no matter how great the complex is) there is a courtesy officer and everything is handled professionally. The hardwood floors in the main living space do make neighbors a bit louder than if you had carpet. There seems to be a lot of people complaining about mold on the windows and we did experience this as well. The staff did make residents aware of this and told the residents how to handle it. If you are living the apartment life, these will be your best option in the area!
