Make sure you don’t upset the office

I was told they are not going to renew my lease because I was a rude to the office. I was rude to the office when there was a mouse infestation when I first moved in. Over 30 mice were found inside my unit. I was a rude when they told me it'd take could take a week to replace a broken fridge. I was rude with they come into my apartment and lock my dog in my bathroom for 8 hours. My rent was always paid on time, I have been a model tenant, get along with my neighbors, and an active member of the community. My experience: if they don't like your frustration to very basic understandable issues they'll force you out.

My community has the look and feel of a neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped property with mature trees and well maintained outdoor spaces, and impeccable onsite maintenance. When I was looking for a new place to call home, I drove through nearby apartment complexes for comparison and quickly realized that Woods of Britton feels like home. The others feel like an apartment complex.

I am very happy that I moved into the Woods of Britton four years ago. The office and maintenance workers do a great job taking care of any concerns that I may have. The location is super. I am close to restaurants, grocery stores, and my church. I have very nice neighbors and a very comfortable apartment home.

This community is the best! The residences are spacious and so well maintained. The property is wooded and walkable. It's close to everything. There are great amenities:pool, gym, package locker hub, tennis courts, rentable garages and carports, dog park, and more. There are social events and opportunities to contribute to community charities. It feels like home!

Woods of Britton is a good community to be in. Maintained well with a good maintenance team. Front office personnel are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Winter snow removal is fair.

Beautiful community country club setting. I feel very safe here. I really appreciate the individual entry , private entry into my apartment home. I lived here once before 2012 to 2017 moved right back in 2018. No regrets.

We love the amount of space that our apartment offers! The grounds are also kept up really nicely with leaves picked up in the fall and flowers planted in the spring. The office staff and is kind and helpful and always plan fun seasonal events for residents!
