They are great, i love it here one thing i'm disappointing that they don't do grilling so not sure why maybe something happen in the past so they didn't wanna go though that again but other than that the do their jobs ans keep the property clean and well care

Everyone was so nice and so welcoming. I have lived here for a few months now and I don't have any complaints at all about this place. I feel sad here and I am happy I love living here so much. My roommate loves it as well.

Great community! Great floor plans with nice spacious bedrooms. Adequate parking. Quiet and close to highway 37 and easy to get to interstate 69. Great service and office staff. Would recommend to any of my friends or family that is looking for a place to call home.

Such a beautiful area to live in and I absolutely love it! The staff is always so nice and helpful. My sister and I moved here in June and haven't had any issues or anything! We truly love living in these apartments.

Well, it has been very quiet for the most part, probably due to Covid. Living so close to a bar is a little annoying on weekends since I do not go out at all. My car was broken into last October, but nothing was stolen. Otherwise, it is okay. Not sure if I will continue living here, the spiders are very big.

Great community with best in class front desk people. They are very kind and informative. Kathy was primarily my point of contact and she made sure I felt comfortable when i planned to move in from out of state. Others in the office are also good in understanding the needs and get anything that is needed and resolves issues in timely manner

It's like living in a condominium. The community is clean. The summers, spring, and winters are beautiful because the ground crew keeps everything looking beautiful. Staff treats you like family, and not like a tenant. I've been here for a long time and I love it!

This apartment community is very well kept. They are constantly making improvements and doing maintenance. From the office to maintenance, they are always friendly and prompt whenever I have a question or need something.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The staff has always been helpful when I had a question. The property is kept up well and any maintenance requests have been resolved far quicker than I have expected.

The community of Woods of Britton has been clean and friendly from day one! They're always doing things to improve our living experience and have great communication with residents. I moved while pandemic was still at highest and they were safe while still being very personable. My apartment is very spacious and my son and I love it here.

Living at Woods of Britton has been an peaceful place for me and my family. The staff has been great. My family and I love it here. There's plenty of places of entertainment that you're family could enjoy while living here.

The community is well cared for by the management team and maintenance staff. There are never delays or excuses. The landscaping is beautiful and the tenants take pride in their apartment homes. No plans to move out anytime soon.

Great apartment, very clean and safe, the grounds are very well taken care of. Maintenance staff is very prompt to address problems. The location is great too, close to downtown Fishers and Noblesville

Excellent experience All the staff and grounds workers, mainetance service is very prompt and accomodating. Overall quiet community and beautiful surroundings. Would definetly reccomend to any one looking for a community atmosphere to feel safe in.

My son's and I have loved living here. The community is quiet and friendly. The staff is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. All maintenance requests have been addressed and resolved very quickly.

This is an apartment community, yes, but this is the only one that has ever felt like a community for me and my wife, and it is certainly the only one that has never felt like an apartment. We have always considered this a home.

Love it here! Amazing staff, nice place to live, fun perks from food trucks, games with the residents & much more. I highly recommend living here. I've lived here 8 1/2 years, if that'll tell you how nice it is here.

I moved into a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood and I have enjoyed my experience here. It's well maintained and clean. The staff is exceptional, helpful and communicate regularly with community updates, special events and any activity that might have some effect on the community. I would recommend this Woods of Britton to families and singles, alike.
