Woods of Britton is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The property is also very well-maintained and safe. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and never fail to help when needed!

the management and staff have always been helpful and friendly. the maintenance workers have always been efficient, helpful, compleely professioonal and always willing to help. if a work order has been filed maintenance is always prompt. the grounds are very well taken care of. we could not ask for a betterplace to live.

It was great community to move in and live. The community and the neighborhood are really good. The apartment is also really good and the appliance are key to it. The apartment is really spacious and great for kids

I never thought I would love living in an apartment! Office staff and maintenance staff are caring and great at their job! Grounds and amenities are well maintained. I can't say enough good things about living here.

You won't regret renting at Woods of Britton!! The location is unbeatable, the value for what you pay is great. Maintenance is quick and will ensure the job is done correctly. The office staff has always been very kind. We are only moving out as we are purchasing a home. I would stay in a heartbeat if it wasn't for that!

We have enjoyed 15 1/2 years at Woods of Britton. It has been a great place to live with receiving wonderful assistance from the staff whenever needed. The area where we live is very quiet. moving to a senior living facility due to our aging and increased physical needs.

Sarah was excellent and very professional and made me feel welcome . Nothing else to report new to Woods of Britton I would recommend this community living to anybody ! Apartments are clean great to have the washer and dryer in the unit property well-maintained Thank you

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are old and it shows sometimes. Certain things like painting and carpeting were done poorly and sloppily. Most of it is cosmetic issues, though. The pool is a hit or miss. It can be fun and relaxing, but the rules are not enforced at all. Sometimes you'll have people smoking and partying and bringing in guests that do not live here (which especially stinks when it's crowded and you can't find a chair). Most of my complaints are of the residents and the lack of enforcement for the rules. My biggest complaint is they raised rent this year (2021) RIGHT AFTER pandemic restrictions eased up and people lost wages. Overall, the staff is great. Residents can be a problem.

Everyone here has been so nice and helpful to us during our initial search, application, and moving in. Maintenance has been quick and efficient. We love the apartment and the community resources. We're so excited to live here!

I love living here. I lived here before and had to come back here. The community is friendly and clean. Family friendly. Easy to have a dog here. Easy to drive around to nearby shopping centers. It's a great commute to both of my jobs.

The community is safe, vibrant, and very friendly. The same is true of the staff?and they respond quickly to any issues you have in your home. The apartments themselves are older but very well-maintained. I've been here for several years and plan to continue to live at Woods of Britton for many more to come!

Great, clean and safe complex apartments. I recommend this apartments to everyone, the staff are awesome, understand my needs and my son's, I'm single mother and my son's safety is my number one concern.

The leasing mananger Tami was great throughout my whole process of moving into my apartment. She was very patient and helpful in making sure I had all my questions answered. I felt very welcome when I first walked into the leasing office. I knew these apartments would be a great pick!

The office and maintenance staff are fantastic. The amenities are nice and the large trees create a park like environment, especially around the playground and pool. They aren't the fanciest apartments, but for the price I am very happy.

Super clean community. The staff is very nice and accommodating to the residents. The apartments are good sizes for the monthly rent which includes water, sewage and trash. I have and will always recommend Woods of Britton to anyone who is looking for a place to stay . It is a very safe and quiet place to live.

I just signed my third year and extremely happy with everything. Grounds are always clean. Apartment is an upgraded model that everyone tells me they love my place when they come over. If I had my own backyard I probably wouldnt leave.

My husband and I have been at The Woods of Britton since 2016 and we LOVE it here. The staff are awesome! Always ready to help you with anything you may need. The maintenance staff are awesome too. The apartments are well kept and the landscape is beautiful. You want peace and quiet, you got it! Need to be close to shopping, drs, dentists and whatever else comes to mind, here is where you should definitely call home.

The community is quiet and well has kept and maintained a rigorous painting schedule and keeps the area well lighted throughout the year. Carpeting is an issue because it was old when we moved in and is way over due to be replaced. I'm forced to find another place because of this.

The staff are amazing and walk you through each step of the process and make it easy to move-in. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable and quick to answer calls. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained.

Woods of Britton is a fantastic apartment complex to live in. Maintenance is almost immediate in their response to your requests and they're always friendly. The front desk staff are always responsive and helpful. The grounds and buildings are clean and well-kept with routine upkeep. The prices are very competitive for the square footage you can get in Hamilton County. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone.

I Absolutely love this community they keep it clean and updated all my service issues have been dealt with same day. I'm very happy with how peaceful the neighborhood is. I feel safe I love that it's close to everything that I need.

Awesome neighborhood with office staff and maintenance that are caring, respectful, personable and very professional. The mature trees, ponds and setting drew us here, but the Staff has kept us here.
