I have always felt safe here. The office staff is like family to me. I have had a couple of serious medical emergencies and they were right with me and called 911 when I was unable to do that. I live alone so that has been very comforting to me and my family as they contacted my daughter as soon as they called 911. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. I love living here??

My experience so far has been outstanding. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and nice. All of the other residents are nice and inviting. The property is kept in great shape. My apartment was ready to go when it was time to move in. Everything was clean and in order, I couldn't ask for much more.

Lived her 2017, 2018. Came back 2021 after sold my house. July 1st starting my 3rd year in my current location. Like the location, the property, great work out area, daughter loves the pool. Staff are awesome. 10 minutes from my work. Seems to be a perfect fit for me.

I have loved living here for 10 years. I love the open lawns and mature trees. The amenities , such as the pool, tennis court, dog run, playground, fitness center are the best. And, where else can you enjoy food truck visits, or resident family-friendly holiday parties. I appreciate opportunities to help with Woods-sponsored charitable work, such as Toys for Tots and shoe drives. Lawn, apartment and building maintenance are just awesome. The office staff is friendly and professional. This truely a COMMUNITY .

Fabulous maintenance team, very prompt in making repairs. Quiet enjoyable place to reside. The gym facilities are always clean and non-working equipment is fixed promptly as well. Couldn't ask for a nicer apartment!

I move here from Kentucky my first apartment My husband passed and I could not keep yard work up. I moved here to be close to daughter This was the first apartment that I tour. I look at other places but they didn't let me see their apartments. I knew right away that I wanted this apartment to be my home. Kathy answer all my questions and show me the apartment. I close to all shopping needs. When I moved in there were paper towels, toilet paper, and snacks everything was clean appliances were nice. I have only been few weeks but feel like home.

Beautiful complex with many friendly people. We all live in the city without feeling like you are in the city at all. The amenities are amazing with a pool, exercise city and very nice and comfortable clubhouse were you are greeted by a friendly staff.

I moved into Woods of Britton in 2021 and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities my family needs. But what really sets this complex apart is the staff. They go above and beyond and are very friendly. The maintenance team is also top-notch and responds quickly to any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Woods of Britton for anyone in search of a great place to live with a welcoming and attentive staff.

Wonderful complex. Office staff & maintence staff are very professional with timely responses. The area is kept very clean and neat. You can't beat the location. Anything you need to survive life is within a few miles. There never seems to be a problem with security, as you may see FPD officers driving thur at all hours of the day & night. Would recommend Woods of Britton to anyone needing a place to live!!!!

We highly recommend the Woods of Britton. Great place to live and office and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. Balconies are large and we love the private entrance. There are plenty of trees to provide privacy between buildings. They are did not price gouge with rent during 2021 when other complexes did. You can't go wrong living at WoB.

We love living here just been having with heat and they are fast to complete work order it just hasn't helped the problem. Not sure what is wrong maybe filter needs changed I'm not really sure. Office staff are great

I love this community. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is fantastic! I would recommend anyone to live here (already have)! The property is always clean and has great curb appeal. I love my location. Only concern I have is the dangerous intersection at the entrance of the property. I have seen a couple accidents and several near misses. Worried it will be a casualty one day. I am not sure what can be done.

Woods of Britton is the ideal community to make your home. It is close to the highway, restaurant, gas stations, dry cleaners, entertainments police department and many other businesses to choose from. The community is blooming!! The maintenance and office staff at Woods of Britton are top notch, they are professional, friendly, go above and beyond for their tenants, provides outstanding service and the grounds/buildings are kept immaculate. The units are spacious and larger than a lot of other community units. The office offer fun activities for tenants to participate in such as scheduling delicious food trucks with a variety of entrees, trivia games, goodies for not only kids but adults too. There are contest for best decorations, coloring contests and loads of other stuff. The pools are kept very clean!! There is a playground area for the little ones to enjoy. Even the trash area is very neat. Woods of Britton ROCKS!!
