I moved in after settling for another apartment that was terrible, Woods of Britton made the application and decision making easy, since moving in I have not had any problems, Maintenance responds promptly, the staff is polite and prompt, the neighbors are polite and there are a lot of restaurants and stores that are nearby the property.

It's been the best apartment experience I've had overall. Nice office staff, professional maintenance crew. They're always willing to come out quickly any time we have had an issue. Great place to live!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Waiting in the main club house I noticed the staff taking care of there tenant's issues promptly. A new tenant highly suggested making this my home. I look forward to moving in.

We love the Woods of Britton community. We have been here for almost 10 years. The office and maintenence staff have always been top notch and the grounds are beautiful. We could not ask for a better place to live.

I love the apartment! Clean and friendly people! Management is also very friendly and there are always plenty of parking spaces available. I love how much space my apartment has and I want to stay here as long as I can.

I love living in this community. I feel safe and the community is very well landscaped and maintained. The staff is amazing and each time I needed anything, it was taken cared of within 24-48 hours. The pool is amazing and the gym is incredible. I love living here.

I have lived here for 18.5 years! I love these apartments, staff is friendly, maintenance takes care of issues/problems immediately. The grounds are well kept. A nice place to live and call home. Highly recommend.

I love the community. It's always clean, quiet and the amenities are great. The maintenance and office staff are great. It's close to everything you could imagine. It feels very safe also! Couldn't ask for a better place to live the last 4 years with my family.

Woods of Britton is an amazing place to live. The staff goes above and beyond to make this community feel like a home. The maintenance crew never fails to do an incredible job. The clubhouse and pool area are always clean. The landscape is properly maintained and our apartment feels luxurious. Perfect location with TONS to do within walking distance. 10/10 highly recommend! We love it here!

The staff are very friendly and professional. It's a pleasure to work with them in getting my apartment needs completed. The apartment they matched me with met my needs exactly. They helped me find a garage which really helped also.

I have lived here going on 6 years (I think) I have loved everything about the community....very very attentive to any needs you might have and get to know you personally when you visit them in their office.

I have lived here since 2015, first in one bedroom and then updated in 2019 to 2 bedroom, just a fantastic place to live. It is peaceful and quiet and great neighbors that look out for each other. Wonderful staff, great neighbors and beautiful grounds

Courteous maintenance and office staff! The community is kept pristine and the staff tries to ensure all requests and problems are handled in a timely manner. Never had a bad experience while living here.

They are so kind and friendly and will go out of their way to help or help you find help. I don't know anywhere that does what they do. I have heard horror stories of other places but not here at all. Everyone says hi or just communicates as you walk past. If I ever move away and come back, this is where I would come to.

It's not a bad community. Pretty quiet. The parking can be a pain at times. The yearly rent increases are not reflecting anything new we are receiving. I don't feel like long term tenanats are valued.

This is hands down one of the nicest management teams I have ever had at a complex. Maintenance is courteous and get repairs done quickly and correctly. I would recommend this complex to any of my friends.

Always very responsive to emails, work orders, etc. The community is always clean, staff is very friendly. Love the amenities. Just wish our building (in the far back) wasn't the last to get fresh mulch or weeds removed. Seems as though the front of the complex gets the most attention since that is what is seen by most. Would love a little more TLC for the back buildings as well. Thanks!

My husband and I loved our new apartment. The staff, and the neighborhood were so welcomed and friendly. I can't skip the thanks for the maintenance team and the office staff for their quick service and kind communication with us.

Been here three months. So far so good. Only complaint is the live music from Britton Tavern on weekends. The band's bass drum sounds like a subwoofer in a car or an adjacent apartment. I realize the property can't change this, but I wish the city would create a time limit.

We have lived here for 6 years. This is very quite community. Office staff, maintnance staff are always friendly and works orders are done very prompt. Grounds are very well groomed. Very safe community to live in.

A very welcoming experience. The front office is amazing- unlike anything I have experienced. The apartment itself was perfect, except some minor paint chips, but that is nothing when you compare it to the overall unit. If my word isn't enough, usually my two cats hide for two weeks when we move, they have been content from the moment their paws hit the carpet. I love my new home!

Woods of Britton staff and maintenance are awesome. We have a clean safe and peaceful home. We have lived here 10 plus years. Seeing the kids run around the neighborhood playing together having fun without a worry.

The management is amazing and will work with you to the end. This is a quiet community and the majority of the tenants are very respectful. I have enjoyed my time with Woods of Britton and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
