I have had the best experiences with the office staff and maintenance personnel. They make any issues that comes up, go away quickly! There are so many things to do in the beautiful grounds. Basketball, tennis and swimming, all found on the spacious grounds.

Speedy maintenance and beautifully kept grounds. The staff is always very friendly and helpful too! I particularly love when the fountain is on at night and the logouts change colors. It's just beautiful when out on my nightly walk.

I could not be happier here! The fountain view from my apartment is amazing. Excellent amenities, including great fitness center and pool. Beautifully landscaped. Friendly community and close to local commerce. Any maintenance requests have been handled very quickly and professionally.

The Woods Of Britton is a pleasant place to stay with friendly staff and excellent maintenance. The grounds are well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment. While there may be occasional issues, overall I feel safe and content here. I plan to stay at the Woods Of Britton until my condo is ready or until I pass away. Perhaps, if a gentleman sweeps me off my feet, I might even convince him to stay and get a two-bedroom unit.

I remember when I had a tragedy in my family and the staff was so kind. This was an after hr emerg and the maintenance on call person was unequivocally unprofessional. I live on ground level and couldn't close the sliding patio door after trying to put some things away in storage. After he looked at it he said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it. He told me well I opened the door. As a tenant who lives here and pays my rent on time I should be able to utilize to door. I told him I expected a solution and he stormed out without a word. The temp are below freezing. He came back and said he talked to his boss who told him to take the door and that is all the communication I received. This escalated the situation because my door would be left unlocked all night. He told me do you want me to tape it or not? This further escalated the emergency. I told him that just wasn't good enough in not so kind tone or words and so he just left. I made another ph call, but nobody came. I had the door open and cold air blowing in the apartment and felt very unsafe. There has to be a better solution and plan for this type of an emergency. I am not confident the door is locked because the pin at the top of the door is not in place and I don't have an estimated timeframe as to when the work to fix the door will be completed. Don told me when it thaws out. I shared my experience with Tammy from the front office and she was very unprofessional and not caring or empathetic. I also let her know that I didnt feel heard or that she/they cared. She told me I refused to let the maintenance person tape the door. She got defensive and said she was professional and how I need to understand this will be handled by a contractor, which I acknowledged. She never acknowledged or showed empathy in her communications with me. She told me what would I like for her to say or what do I want to hear? A customer service professional knows what to say. She continued to be defensive and escalated the situation so I asked to speak to the property manager. She got Terry, the assistant manger on the line who at least listened and agreed with me. They can handle simple fixes, but do not have a good plan in place for big emergencies and/or the communication necessary to help the tenant feel confident they are safe and things will be taken care of.

Me and my significant other first drove through the apartment complex before touring the apartment. We were super excited about the cleanliness and convenience of the apartments. After touring some mediocre and concerning apartments, we were feeling a bit disheartened. But after talking to the office staff and touring the apartment as soon as me and my partner sat in our car we both looked at each other and said "this is the one". Only having lived here a month now, I can say the neighborhood is fantastic. It's easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. The facilities are nice and kept up. The grounds are beautiful especially during summer. And the apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. Everything has been so easy to complete and all of our concerns or questions were answered immediately. Being first time renters I can definitely say this apartment was definitely an amazing find.

I am very happy to live at this community. The quiet atmosphere and polite neighbors contribute to how much I enjoy my time at home. I don't hear my next neighbor tsk throughout the walls. The garbage container is located at the complex entrance, not at every corner like some others complex apartments. The light throughout the window is amazing . Even my cats are happy!

This complex is very disabled and elderly person friendly. Plentiful curb cutouts and other attention to detail. Service calls were answered within 24 hours or sooner on most all circumstances. The unit is well maintained too.

It is a well kept community with friendly neighbors. The grounds are kept clean as well as the apartments. Maintenance is consistent and always quick. The apartments themselves are lovely and spacious. The only downfall of this community is its office staff. It seems very gossipy and judgmental of their tenants. When you pay as much as you do to live here, dealing with gossipy management is not ideal. It does not make me want to continue living here.

So far it's been great! Move in was smooth and they addressed any concerns I had immediately. One person called and walked me through checking my breakers when I was struggling with the power in some outlets. Amazing!
