We enjoy it very much. It is lovely, clean, and well maintained.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, always willing to lend a hand and on the ball if there is a problem. The surrounds are beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and kind.

Decent place to live, horrible area
Complex is very nice, office staff and maintenance good. Apartment amenities are also adequate. Too many loud cars and motorcycles in the complex. Proximity to SR 37, and the never ending construction makes driving very challenging challenging.

A very courtious and patient staff to work with who is attentive to what I was looking for . They took the time to help me navigate through the system to get through the paperwork . I am not one to spend time on the computer so I needed the help . Thanks .

Great place to live. It's quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The community is very safe and is conveniently located with access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and the interstate within a few minutes.

Like the apt. It is spacious and has all a person needs. Am not happy with being able to hear in the other apts or upstairs. No sound proofing is the issue. No garage for the cost and my rent is raised every year I renew my lease. Don't understand that reasoning.

Have been very happy and pleased during the years I have lived here. The grounds as well and the apartments and very well maintained and the staff is always willing to help when needed. I would and have recommended friends to look at Woods of Britton as a possible place for the future residences

Well maintained community. Friendly, responsive, maintenance and leasing staff. Bright and airy apartments. Clean pool. Really nice exercise equipment. Amazon hub so you don't ever have to worry about porch pirates. I'm really happy that I landed here!

I have lived at the Woods of Britton for 19 years and LOVE IT. The staff, management and maintenance have been nothing short of spectacular the whole time I have lived here. Grounds are well kept and community is usually very quiet.

Why Woods of Britain! Why NOT? This place is by the far the BEST apartment complex in the Fishers area! Apartments are big, amenities are awesome, location is perfect, communication from the office staff is fantastic, MAINTENANCE SERVICE IS FAST, price is right! Love this place!

It is really great to live here, the neighborhood is very nice! I feel much safer than I have in other places. It's close to everything I need restaurants stores ac entertainment. I highly recommend living here.

I really enjoy living at The Woods of Britton, the grounds are always impeccably manicured and the mature trees provide shade and quiet. It is comforting to have an on site professional maintenance staff in case a need should arise. All of my interactions with the office staff have been handled with friendly professionalism. I enjoy the layout of my apartment and it's amenities.

No issues since I've moved there 2014. So close to everything. You take care of everything. Perfect. Hope to be here for a long time. The staff is amazing and answers every question I have. The grounds are taken care of awesome. Have a great day and be safe

Still have smoking tenants leaving cigarettes butts which is disgusting personally. Wish the gym was open longer like 24 hours so I could be sporadic with my visits of whenever my motivation strikes.

I love it because I feel at home,the landscaping is beautiful , the lake is a great I opener and the staff is awesome, the apartments are beautiful ,roomy and clean. Believe me once you turn into woods of Britton you are not going to want to leave

This is by far the best community ever! The staff is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The schools in Hamilton County are the best. Your search for the ultimate place to live ends here at Woods of Britton.

This has been the best apartment I've been in by far. The community feels safe and maintenance is fast. I know others feel the same since there are a lot of walkers outside. My only problem is trying to get out of the complex. If you want to get to the highway, you have to turn left and cross traffic. Not a long wait, but a noticeable one. Thankfully there's a roundabout to the right and I just use that if it's busy.

This is our 6th year at Woods of Britton. It has been an amazing experience, overall. The office staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff has also been very professional and courteous. Absolutely wonderful community.

Is Amazing, is beautiful, a lot of space on the apartments.. really quiet.. woods of britton staff are always happy to help, This is the best place for a family !!! I love my new apartment.. feels like a real home!

So far my experience with The Woods of Britton so far have been very positive, everyone is super friendly and responsive. My move-in was quick and seem less. Also, Maintenance work orders are handled in a timely fashion.

Super professional staff that is accommodating and welcoming. Everything is seamless and simple and the property is great. I have nothing but good things to say. Apartment was very clean and everything was brand new and I'm working condition. So glad I chose the woods of Britton!

Wonderful apartments, wonderful people at the leasing office and wonderful maintenance staff. Always welcoming and always attentive to our needs. They are also doing preventative maintenance throughout the year. Communication has always been spot on as well. We simply love WOB!

I was very satisfied with the check in of my apartment home.. everything looked great. The staff is friendly and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I have already met some nice neighbors. I am looking forward to living at woods of Britton.

We have been residing here since July 2007 and this is our permanent home .. friendly people, wonderful office staff, great maintenance staff and the outdoor scenery is beautiful. Many amenities available as well which makes it a great place to live .

Love the staff, community and staying at WOB. The complex is always clean, ready for the seasons and for the residents. Staff is always 100% positive and helpful in any situations. I will always refer my friends to WOB! I actually forgot to add, I did refer my friends Alex Berggren and his wife to the complex and they move in, in October!
