The Woods Of Britton is a great place to live, office staff are wonderful as well as the maintenance staff,I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a very well run apartment complex that is also well maintained

Everything has been fantastic living in this apartment complex. Any issues that cropped up were promptly fixed. The staff live by the mantra that every problem has a swift and prompt solution to it and it truly shows.

This apartment management is awesome. Office staffs are friendly and maintenance requests are quick to be worked on. Located in a great location. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.

This community is very quiet and calm, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a laid back area with kids or pets. Neighbors all are very courteous and kind. Plenty of extra-curricular activities with basketball, tennis, and swimming pool available. Plus the ponds are beautiful and peaceful!

Grounds: beautiful Staff: kind helpful relational professional amazing Community: pleasant neighborly peaceful This is my home...because that is how I feel here not simply because it is where I live. I genuinely have zero complaints. I am close to everything I need including entertainment and recreation. ALL the thumbs up for my community.

Amazing community! I am so glad I chose this community as my home. They have been amazing since day one. They even sent a personalized handwritten note to thank me for touring back in 2018 and have been here since!

I will be moving to Indiana in 2024 and made a trip up to look for suitable apartments in the Fishers/Noblesville areas. The Woods of Britton was the second community I visited and the last. It was pretty much everything I was looking for. The leasing agent Sara couldn't have been anymore helpful.

From the beginning of the leasing and paper work to move in Terry has been amazing and the rest of the staff have been wonderful. This was the easiest leasing and move in and the most cleanest property apartment wise we have lived in. Thank you for making the transition smooth.

We were on the waitlist, and the apartment we wanted became available at the perfect time! Sara in the front office was amazingly helpful and super friendly. We just moved in and we already feel at home.

No surprise. All of the staff are friendly, professional and polite. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. A great place to live and feel safe. I would recommend the Woods of Britton to anyone.

Both the office staff & the maintenance staff has been outstanding in resolving any issues or questions that at I've had. They have exceeded any & every location that I've ever lived. Seriously in my opinion - no one could ask for more. I'm feeling thankful as my move has just recently been completed.

We toured the community as our first stop on what we assumed would be a dozen different communities. We were so blown away that we both agreed we'd love to live here. We can't wait to move in! If you're looking for a new home, we recommend you stop by.

This has become my home. Office staff warm and kind. Maintenance always ready and will to help. These folks are like Family. Well kept, quite. Neighbors are quite nice. Would highly recommend this community to anyone

This is a safe and quiet community to live in. The grounds are kept up regularly and upgraded as needed. The staff are friendly and respond quickly to requests. When maintenance problems have occurred, they have been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.

I have enjoyed my years at Woods of Britton. The office staff is always friendly and maintenance is great. The grounds are very well kept too. I love the location. It is close to everything I need. I love living here.

Beautiful apartments. Property is very well maintained with great pride of ownership. Price is lower than most in the Hamilton County area. Anytime I have a maintenance request the work is completed the following day.

The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I love the community and feel safe here. I have not had a problem in the 3 years I have been living here. I highly recommend checking them if your looking for a place in Fishers.

I moved to Woods of Britton as my first apartment after graduating from college and moving out of my parent's. I absolutely recommend Woods of Britton as a community due the environment and staff. The complex has typical amenities you'd find such as a pool, fitness center, and an Amazon hub. The interior itself isn't necessarily brand new or looks like the more modern apartments that are going up nowadays, but it's definitely not outdated by any means.

I highly recommend Woods of Britton!! It is beautifully kept, maintenance is superb, and office personnel are terrific and always accommodating. My apartment is spacious, quiet, and a well organized in layout. I really love it here. It truly feels like home!!

Nothing but good things to say about the community, as well as the staff. Any problem gets fixed within a reasonable time and they staff are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

Great response time by the office and maintenance staff. Community is clean and quiet. Buildings are well constructed so you don't hear your neighbors. Great amenities and love the trees. Great place to live!

If there were better deals or accommodations we wouldn't have been residents of Woods of Britton for over seventeen and a half years .We believe the main complaint during this time is that there is a minimum of 200 characters required for this posting !

This property has very comfortable apartments, very well maintained properties, helpful staff, and incredibly prompt maintenance responses. I'm very pleased living here and would recommend this apartment complex to others.
