I've lived in this community for a few years now. The community has a wonderful culture and everyone I've met here is very friendly! The leasing office and maintenance teams are a terrific! It's a great place to live! The community is filled with mature yrees and the circular design makes for a pleasant walking path. The place is dog and cat friendly and the community activites are fun!

I was a homeowner for 60 years - said if I ever sold my home and rented, the only place I would go is WOODS of BRITTON ! BEST decision I've ever made ! Staff are excellent - outstanding maintenance crew - a lot of extra events planned by office - WOODS of BRITTON cares about it residents

There is no better place anywhere to live than i am aware of. Never have i had any problems or complaints. Staff and grounds are flawless. Very fast response to all everyones needs. Staff is very caring.

Great apartments and staff. Maintenance is top notch, fast, and courteous. I have been here many years and the staff and area is what keeps me here. Also one of the few apartment communities with huge trees and even a dog park.

I have lived in this community for almost four years and have loved every minute! The vast grass space is beautiful and perfect for my dog and the maintenance team is very quick to respond to all needs!

Great neighborhood community to stay in Fishers. Spacious rooms and new appliances are notable feature. Good place to stay in with amenities and near to downtown. Spacious parking place to park. Well maintained gardens.

The pool and workout area are great. Size of the apartment is perfect. Love the quiet community and all the trees. They keep up well with landscape consistently. Feels more like a home than most apartments.

From our initial interaction the staff has been so wonderful to work with. So much so that during my time in corporate relocation, I referred several expats to visit and explore the community. We continue to enjoy all aspects of our community. Including neighbors who have now become like family.

Great community, the property is very well maintained, great location, very nice apartments. The Amenities are very nice and kept well. Any maintenance issue gets resolved immediately. The office staff and the maintenance staff are incredible. Rate 5 out of 5.

The community is super clean the apartment complex did an amazing job with street and sidewalks in the winter! They would put salt on your door step and sidewalk leading up to your door and it was always cleaned off in a good amount of time best sidewalks I saw done was at this apartment complex in the winter time. Very impressed!

Great office and maintenance staff. Responds to inquiries and requests quickly. The area is ideal for getting to surrounding cities, really centrally located. I can't say enough good about the mature foliage. So peaceful and quiet. Also a secure place to live.

beautiful landscaping, no loud noises , I know most of my neighbors, very safe community. I do miss the ponds fountain. great area to go for walks in and outside of the complex . I can walk to the grocery store in less than ten minutes .

I did not rent here but toured the apartment for consideration. The price is fair for the offering. I wish the pet policy was not so restrictive which is the biggest deterrent for me. However, the unit might be a perfect fit for someone else.

I enjoy my residence at Woods of Britton. I like the peaceful atmosphere most. ?? There are somethings you cannot buy and peace is one of them! I like the efforts of the staff to ensure that the grounds are kept clean and safe. The buildings require some upkeep (e.g. the buildings need the walls, windows, and awnings CLEANED at least annually. The outer windows are filty. The gaps in the walkways need filling. It's a hazard for people who wear heels). I find the staff so friendly and helpful. They make me feel"seen." WOB is a great place to call home!!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and have no complaints other than it would be nice to see police drive throughs in the late evenings/early morning hours. Otherwise this is a great place to raise a family

Indiana is state with many communities, many neighborhoods and many complex's. I've experienced living in several different places and nothing compares to The Woods of Britton. Sarah, Terry & all the lovely ladies in the office give such a warm and welcome feel that Im always happy to give a call or stop by for a quick hello. The most I've had happen here is a tree or two fall down to the strong winds. They're quick to take care of that, the grounds are well kept at all times. Where I live for my dogs they have these bag area stations for their feces to keep the community clean. Everyone does their part. Everyone can feel welcomed. This place is home.

To put it simply, living at Woods of Britton has been a joy! The apartments are well built, pleasantand bright. It feels like a house rather than an apartment. The WOB staff keeps everyone informed of events, weather issues, etc. Maintenance are knowledgeable, polite, professional and thourough. Whenever I have needed them they are here usually within hours. Even weekends! I have never experienced a more responsive staff. I am mobility challenged senior. I feel completely safe here, even alone! Our fur-babies love it here as well, especially when they can bask in the sun. WOB living is a 10.

It's a beautiful community that stays clean, up to date, and always on top of stuff. They keep their community engaged by having food trucks, events that has the residents stay involved, and announcements too.

It's been amazing! Kathy our leasing agent was wonderful every step of the way. We felt very taken care of the whole time. We love the value we get for this property and especially love all the greenery around us.

Great staff and maintenance. It is noisy from the Britton Tavern. Not happy about the decisions of corporate in the past couple years. No bird feeders or feeding the animals allowed. The rent has gone up a lot the last two years.

It has been great living here. The staff is fantastic and the grounds are always well maintained. The neighbors have been great. The complex also has helpful events such as shoe drives, school supply drives, food trucks, etc.
