I selected this community because it was established. The neighborhood is full of full grown trees and beautiful gardens maintained weekly. The buildings are an older design so the homes have great storage options. When something needs attention the maintenance staff quickly and efficiently handles it.

This community is amazing. Is always clean and very safe. The staff is incredible and very attentive to your needs. Each time I need any services, it is provided within the hour. The amenities are excellent and I plan to live here for many years to come.

Love living in Woods of Britain. The management team is always very helpful any repairs have been taken care of immediately the grounds look beautiful the added amenities the pool the workout room are nice and I feel completely safe.

We have loved this community, both the office staff and the maintenance staff. The office staff are always very helpful and the maintenance crew are very skilled and knowledgeable. They are a big reason why we will renew our lease.

Maintenance staff quickly and efficiently repaired my issue and cleaned up the floor after they were done. Our issue was fixed within a day of putting in our maintenance request. The Woods of Britton team has always been super helpful for us!

Very friendly office staff & community is very well kept. The reviews were great , and it seems very safe and secure. I did a drive through and it was very quiet.There's a tennis court pool in a small playground for the kids

It is a wonderful community and the office staff are awesome. I appreciate everyone at this community and enjoy being a part of it. The squirrels and birds are basically family to the rest of us here, and it is well kept and fun to run around. We regularly use the tennis and basketball court, and the pool is also fantastic.

Great, professional and speedy maintenance repair. Grounds are keep beautifully. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The walking paths are great and easy to walk in surroundings areas of restaurants, pharmacy and shopping.

After being a resident of Woods of Britton for 16 years (my move in year was 2009)I think staying in an apartment that long says a lot about being very satisfied with where I have chosen to live and enjoy my residency alone.

The staffs and the maintenance are great. They take care any problems I report to them as soon as possible. I recommend this property for either individual or family members. I feel safe in this community and the surroundings are always clean.

This is the best place and very peaceful place, I strongly suggesting this peaceful community for anyone moving to fisher. And everything is near by with in 10 to 15mins drive. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I have been living in this apartment for about a year, and my experience has been excellent. The maintenance team is always available, responds quickly, and handles everything professionally. The area is quiet, safe, and clean ? a beautiful and comfortable place for families. The management is friendly and always willing to help with any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied living here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I've appreciated all of my time living at WOB. The staff is so kind. This apartment complex feels like a true community, not just another 'complex'. The grounds are pretty and the attention to community is felt.

Great place to live! Our granddaughters love visiting and playing outside. We love the fireplace and use it often. Staff are all professional and kind. Grounds very well maintained. Our apartment home fits our needs perfectly.

Woods of Britton is the best place to live in the neighbor's all of them are nice The tennis court the pool the gym is the best places it's all good Maintenance team. They all be on time same as the office they are great

So far I really like living here and the staff is wonderful. They are tenured and very professional. The property is also well cared for - the landscapers and lawn care work daily including Sundays!!!

Quite a nice community within fishers, maintenance has been great. For it being fishers, rent isn't the highest and is fairly reasonable at the moment. Having the amazing locker is quite a nice amenity.

Have lived here for 14 yrs and have been very satisfied with staff friendliness, work orders and clean environment! Great office staff and Maintenence! Feel safe and secure. Carport very helpful and roads and parking area always updated each yr!

We have loved it so far. We moved here in 2022 into a 2 bedroom and just moved to a 3 bedroom. The experience has been wonderful and we love the family feel of the community. It is well kept and maintained.

I had a wonderful experience with Woods of Britton Apartments. The community is well-maintained, with a great location and everything I need close by. Tami, our leasing agent, was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, always ready to answer our questions and guide us. The staff overall has been professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Woods of Britton to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

I love my place at WOB. It has been a cozy, peaceful community for the last 6 years. The property has been well maintained the entire time. The pool is of good size and a great amenity in the summer. Because of all of the mature trees, it really feels like we are living outside the city but with the luxury of city access in seconds. 10/10 recommend
