I have lived in the Woods of Britton complex since March 1, 1999, (I'm in my 25th year of residency). in that period the staff has always been courteous, helpful, and professional. The buildings and grounds are always meticulously maintained, and response time to my maintenance requests any other questions and needs is alwaysimmediate.

The staff is wonderful, maintenance items are addressed quickly, and the whole community is welcoming. My children and I love living here and feel safe. I would recommend Woods of Britton to anyone looking for a quality apartment and community.

This community is absolutely wonderful. It's quiet and extremely well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and very quick to respond to any question I have. Moving to Woods of Britton was one of the best living decisions I have ever made. I love it here!

This community feels like home! The people are kind, the staff is quick to respond and friendly, and the place is quiet all year around! It truly has been a great place to live and the community walking trails are just off campus.

It's a very pleasant place to be - especially liking the trees. The office and maintenance personnel are pleasant and seem eager to make things right when problems arise. As a walker, I am satisfied that I am safe when doing so throughout the neighborhood.

I love this community. The community is well kept, the office staff is kind and thorough and the maintenance staff is top notch. The area is beautiful. I love all if the old oak trees and lots of evergreens so we always have greenery outside. I'd highly recommend living here.

The Woods of Britton community is terrific. A very secluded feel while being surprisingly close to everything I want or need. Very quiet within the apartment complex, and more food trucks and events than I've experienced elsewhere. Highly recommended for those looking to feel at home while living in an apartment.

The leasing specialist here are very friendly and helpful! The move-in process was a breeze and not only is the apartment beautiful but the community is very relaxing, comfortable and safe! There's a lot of spaces for extracurriculars too like tennis, basketball, fitness center and a nice park for kids to play at. I love it here.

The Staff are tops. They work hard keeping the grounds clean, updated, and looking great. It is also nice and quiet. We have always had prompt maintainence service. Close by stores, resturants, and schools. The shady trees really add to the appeal here.

The fitness center is awesome, I've had no problems with any neighbors, response time on work order requests has been quick, and the interstate is just right next to the entrance/exit making it very easy to get to work!

Beautiful, peaceful community with great service and staff. By far the best apartment community within Fishers. Quick access to downtown Fishers, Hamilton Town Center and The District. Located within the Hamilton Southeastern School District.

I love it here so quiet and clean staff very nice and personable love my apartment would rent here again for sure the residents that live here are also very nice . First time I have not had any complaints with my apartment ever. . Thank you woods of Britton!!??

The Culture here is Very Family Orientated the staff really care about us as tenants! One of the reason's why I Love to live here. They really put there heart into working here! The staff and Maintenance really work hard to help make us feel at home!!

Staff was great. Tami and Terry were so kind. They got me into my #1 preferred floor plan! The application process was more entailed than my previous apartment and the apartment was more worn/less clean than the original unit we toured. Still thankful for the natural light, trees, kind community, and space.

Very good. Perfect for a divorcee with kids. The pool is well kept, maintenance is wonderful. Front office extremely responsive. Neighbors are friendly. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, etc.

Office personnel very courteous. Handle requests very efficiently. Maintenance program good. Grounds maintained excellently. Would highly recommend living here! Added features are the gun as well as the pool. The safety issue is well addressed with good lighting.

We've had a few bumps here and there but overall it's a lovely community with beautiful grounds, our apartment has so much natural light which we love, the staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is wonderful

Courteous and helpful staff, always friendly and ready to help. Prompt response to needs and repairs. The grounds are well kept, pool immaculate, and all the beautiful landscape. There are special events and food trucks planned for the residents. Safe and nice place to live.

We have always loved the complex. The woods of Britton team always exceeds our expectations and does a wonderful job. The complex is clean and has the best team members ready to help with whatever they can! We love our home here!
