The maintenance, groundskeepers, and office staff ensure this is a clean and well functioning environment. I feel very safe here and welcomed and the office does a great job with keeping in touch, hosting events, and always being available in case of an emergency.

Everyone who works in this community is exceptionally proficient, efficient, and delightful to speak with. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is interested? Whether it is young people with children or older single people. It is a very safe and quiet place to live.

It is a beautiful place to live so far so great ! Sara made our process of moving very painless and wonderful this is a lovely community with really great amenities and in a wonderful Fishers/Noblesville area.

Overall great experience! The only problem I had was when there were four loud leaf blowers at 8am. I understand maintaining the community is important, it was just frustrating when it was outside of my window at 8am. Overall great experience. I have no further complaints.

This place has a great staff that really cares about the tenants. The location is perfect for easy access from interstate. The only issue I have is parking could be better. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are kept spotless.

It's been a a wonderful experience living at WOB , pleasant staff , approachable, always ready to attend to your call for any kind of fix within one's apartment. Excellent neighborhood to raise children, will rate it 5/5.

Everyone is friendly. The community is beautiful and quiet. I love that the rent doesn't go up a huge amount at renewal. The staff are so sweet. They plan lots of fun things, like the food trucks, community games using social media, and more.

Absolutely wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Staff display exceptional customer service skills. Apartment was spotless on move in. Close to interstate making accessibility easy. I spoke so highly of it that my daughter rented sight unseen.

We have just moved into this space as i am writing this, but the main reason we chose to move into these apartments is the responsiveness and care shown by the office staff. Our prev apts did not respond the same way as they do here. The longest delay we've experienced here for service or communication is one business day. At our previous residence, we were lucky to get any kind of response within two weeks. That alone sealed the deal for us. The home is very spacious and is exactly the floor plan we were shown. So far, we are absolutely loving it!

Overall I love the Woods of Britton community. They are much nicer than my previous apartment complex. The staff are all very pleasant to work with and the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. The inside of the units are large and well kept with new furnishes. My experience with living at Woods of Britton has been great.

The grounds and apartments are maintained nicely. My apartment is spacious and the price is fair. Shopping, entertainment, and restaurants are close by. Staff have been helpful and friendly. I also like the fact that there are several parks close by.

Good community to live. Very quick when you need something done. Keep the complex in great shape. I would recommend this living complex to all my friends. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance staff is very great in meeting my maintenance needs.

I am very happy with the staff and the condition of the complex, same with 99% of my neighbors. However, the walls are very thin and I can hear my neighbors when they're "intimate". Uncomfortable situation. I'm not going to trade bedrooms with my son because then he will hear it. There isn't anything that can be done to take care of that. Outside of that, we have been happy here.

Great place to live. Very friendly community. The apartments are kept up to date and the staff is welcoming. There has never been an issue that the staff didn't resolve. Pool, fitness center and park is a great perk.

Very expensive for poor customer service and overall quality of the apartment. Water heater rarely worked, maintenance could never fix my constantly running toilet, garbage disposal never worked through the entire stay.

I have had a very pleasant experience when it comes to the administration and maintenance staff. Any problems that were solvable were always solved promptly. The surroundings are very pleasant and spotless. It was quite a change for me to come to live in an apartment since I had owned homes for the last 45 years. But the setup here has made it easier.

Woods of Britton is a great community near lots of stores and restaurants with easy access to Hwy 37 and Interstate 69. Maintenance is very fast to respond to any issues and office staff is helpful and friendly.

The office staff are friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues and their maintenance folks are very knowledgeable. The community grounds are well maintained. Overall the community is a quiet place with plenty of amenities near by. The rent is priced well for what you get. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to rent in the area!

I absolutely love living at the Woods of Britton. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is fantastic. We haven't had any bad experiences thus far and have lived here for almost two years. It is expensive (as is all of the living in the area), but it's worth it to have such great management. Maintenance responds very fast to issues and the office staff are excellent when answering questions or discussing concerns. Our apartment is updated with granite, newer appliances and light fixtures, and new flooring, but even the apartments that are not updated are still very nice (and less expensive). This is not high-end luxury living, but it is still fantastic. Fireplaces in all of the apartments are also a wonderful addition for winter!

Wood of Britton is quiet, friendly, clean, with well maintained complex and apartments. Convenient location that gives you access to grocery, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants, excellent schools and downtown fishers all nearby while allowing you to feel like you are away from the hussle at the same time.

Our apartment building is well maintained. The staff is responsive to all maintenance needs, as well as carefully maintaining the grounds. The office staff is friendly and there have been no disturbances near our apartment. We have always felt safe and happy here.

This is not new apartment but well organized and managed. Office people are very friendly and comfortable to communicate. Garages are not attached to the apartments, so when it rains it's a bit uncomfortable due to wet.
