This is a great community with very spacious apartments. The neighborhood is very safe and kept neat all the time. I enjoy living here with my three children. There are many facilities involved Like a swimming pool, fitness center , playground , tennis court, basketball court etc . I love staying here !

It has been a nice experience, the majority of our neighbors are good, some do not respect our parking space that has a permit required sign because my son has disabilities, the neighbors upstairs are up all nights running and walking around. The apartment community in general is great and office staff is wonderful.

From the moment I drove into the beautiful complex, I felt this was home. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and genuine welcome when I entered the office to inquire about the apartments. I've only been here a few days, but it's been very quiet and neighbors have been welcoming and friendly.

My husband and I love the apartment space and park like neighborhood setting. The office and maintenance staff have be great and are so eager to assist in any needs. We have only been moved in for 3 weeks but we already love it and wish we had made the move sooner.

Well managed and a very nice quiet community. The floor plan is well designed and it offers a home like feel to my life. Each unit offers ample outdoor space and the grounds are well groomed. Older community but upscale design.

Great place to live! Staff and maintenance are always there when you need them! Very quiet neighborhood! People are very friendly! I feel safe here! Great pool! Love exercise room! It's a very scenic apartment complex that you don't fined in most apartments! They also plan a lot of different things for residents !

I have been a resident since 2000. This is by far the best place to make your home. The staff is top notch. Maintenance is superior to other communities. You can see where your money goes in this community. Tenant appreciation day is a day to look forward to. Come join the community and see what tenant appreciation day is all about. You won't be disappointed.

I love the community, Because they have been a big help and anything I need done is done in the same day. I have transfer apartments and it was really easy for me and my family, very friendly in the front office, and respectful. I really would love to see my entire family live here. Because of how welcoming they are.

Love Woods of Britton! The apartments are nice & come with washer/dryer (ours were brand new), I like that water/sewer/trash is one flat rate, maintenance is wicked fast (usually within 12 hours), they have bike parking, pool is super nice, gym is great (two levels, more than the basics), neighbors are mostly friendly & quiet. Added bonus is the lake at the beginning of the property, it's nice to drive by after a long day.

I absolutely love this complex, I have lived in other luxury apartments and the quality of the community, maintenance and grounds team and office staff is far superior. Anytime we have needed anything the maintenance team has it taken care of within 24 hours. One in particular, brought treats and toys for our dog to play with while the other switched out some filters. The complex didn't bother us at work with not being able to handle our nervous 30 pound rescue dog, they just took care of it and made her very comfortable and happy in the process. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We enjoy walking around the large complex, especially in the summer when many residents put out flowers on their patios. I mostly appreciate the incredibly friendly and helpful office staff. They provided me a quick solution when I forgot to leave a key for the dog walker. They have also been transparent when dealing with lease renewals and clearly communicate with residents when something is happening in the community. If you're looking for somewhere with the best customer service, Woods of Britton is your next home.

Very slow on maintenance requests, snow removal is a joke. Upgraded units are just the same unit with cheap wood on floors and same old appliances with stainless steel. Cost much more than unimproved unit. No incentive to remain with property, . Better to just move into another property

Overall, this place is wonderful. We moved in a few months ago and have been very happy. We've had 2 small maintenance issues since moving in and both times the staff was out the same day and fixed it on the spot. Affordable price and great layout in an awesome area. My spouse & I truly love it here!

We've lived here for a year and could not be happier. The floor plans are excellent, they look amazing, and it's a nice tucked away community. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful and we've never had an issue that maintenance wasn't able to resolve quickly. Very very satisfied and I always recommend the Woods of Britton to friends and colleagues looking for an amazing place to live!

You guys never disappoint, I came home from work and found the work order form that my bathroom issues have been taken cared of!! Wow! Who does that?!! Customer satisfaction to the max!!it did not even take 12 hours and my issue was solved! I can't thank you enough for making my stay here in this community sooo worth it!! If given a chance I would like to retire living in my lil piece of heaven, my apartment. I love living here so much!! This is my 2nd year n counting... Thank you Tami.. also to John H. who took care of my bathroom issues in a more than prompt manner. I appreciate you guys!! Thank you Kathy for treating me so kindly while I was looking for a place to call home. You were there to listen and to give me suggestions on how to make my place beautiful that i would call my own. I am so hooked to this place, everything is clean and the surroundings top notch! So love listening to the rustling of leaves and the trees are beautiful. I love sitting and enjoy the pond area, love the fountain! The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful trees, can't beat that! The fitness center has everything I need and it's always clean! It's an urban oasis with a rocky mountain feel. I actually cancelled my reservation at another place just across this community after seeing the layout and surroundings of the Woods of Britton. It's safe, quiet and it's like living in a resort everyday. For me, It's HOME!

WOB is by far the BEST place I have ever lived as a renter. The office staff is personable, compassionate and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond and repairs are completed as requested. The rent is reasonable and the pool area is beautiful! I lived out because of a chance in my work territory, but I plan to move back once I retire. WOB is a fantastic place to call home.

The Woods of Britton was our first stop on the list when my fiance and I went apartment shopping over a year ago. From the moment we drove down the winding Old Oak Drive to get to the club house, past the serene pond and full-sized tennis court, I got a really good feeling about this first option. The apartment community was nestled among a forest of trees, away from the main traffic of 37, so it was very quiet and peaceful as soon as we entered. My excitement continued to grow as we toured the grounds and inside of the unit and all my expectations had been exceeded. My main criteria was that I needed a pool, workout center, and somewhere to park my bike. I learned that Woods of Britton would provide all those amenities, including several bike shelters (with repair stations), a (competition-swimmer-approved) large pool with lounge chairs (and a mini waterfall!), and a well equipped gym with multiple levels! As added bonuses, I learned there was also a sauna, basketball court, playground, walking path, and pergola! Another good sign that The Woods of Britton would make a great place to live was that the sidewalks and streets were well cleared very soon after a snowstorm. (I slipped many times at our last apartment because they did not do as good of a job as WOB, so this was an important factor for me as well). I was super impressed with everything that we were shown and couldn't think of anything else I wanted that WOB didn't already have. Of course my fiance and I had to look at our other options as well before committing to WOB, but as we toured other places, both our minds kept going back to WOB and none of the others seemed to compare. Woods of Britton was hands-down the #1 choice for both of us. (Not that the free, freshly baked cookies offered to us as we toured WOB influenced us at all - haha!) I'm so happy that we decided on Woods of Britton and we have both been very pleased with our decision everyday ever since we moved in! The staff is wonderful, providing a sense of community and listening to our feedback. And the maintenance staff is incredible, fixing things even on the same day we put in a request! The Woods of Britton is the only apartment complex I've felt I can truly call home.

We moved to Indiana from Wisconsin for my husbands job. We had 2 days to look at several property's to find a new home. Moving so far away from all of our friends and family was very hard for us. We looked at 12 property's and I told my husband we had to live at Woods of Britton because when we did our tour Kathy made us feel so welcome and made it feel like home! I can not express how wonderful everything is here, from the staff to the pool to the prompt maintenance team. We were so very lucky to have found this amazing place to call home for 5 years! If your looking for a beautiful home with wonderful people and amazing amenities, this is most definitely the place for you!!!!
